ข้อเสีย: Flight delayed 3 hours, then estimated departure delayed another two hours. Made me miss my flight, cost me $300, did get a free meal voucher for my trouble. Still a good value in the end even with my additional purchase

ข้อดี: Was good - everything you would expect except the boarding times etc were odd. It asked you to be there at the gate an hour before departure but it only started boarding maybe 10 mins before and didn't give updates about departure delays.
ข้อเสีย: No space in the Kayak booking to make meal requests like vegetarian, so ended up starving and without dinner until I got to the city 4 hours after boarding a late flight because VN Airlines didn't have any vegetarian meals on board. I couldn't even eat the salad as they put salmon on it. Cold bread roll and fruit... Kayak need to have at least the most common fields in the booking like vegetarian meal request.
ข้อดี: From check in to final arrivals this was a smooth and faultless flight. Too short for food or entertainment but everything was perfect. All booked through Kayak.

Staff did their minimum job and that's it no drinks during flight etc strange during a day flight they dimmed the windows to watch movie I hate the offset seating configuration I'm 184cm and it was difficult to stretch out.

ข้อเสีย: On our flight from Shanghai to Toronto (September 27th, 2016 @ 12pm - flight MU207) was total madness. A lot of the passengers were out of control. I've never seen anything like it. The amount of people walking around were unbelievable. People were playing cards, doing jumping jacks and tai chi around the emergency exit. None of the flight attendants tried to control the crowd nor informed them that they shouldn't be doing that by the emergency door. We had to inform the flight attendants of what was going on while they were hanging it or doing whatever they were doing in their own area. If that wasn't stressful enough, the passenger behind me started punching my seat and shaking my headrest multiple times because he wasn't happy that I had my chair reclined. EVERYONE HAD THEIR CHAIR RECLINED. We called the flight attendant and she apologized for what the man had done instead of putting him in his place and him apologizing for what he did because not long after she left he did the same thing! I've never experienced such a horrible flight and I've been on over 20+ flights just this year. China Eastern really needs to train their flight attendants better and teach them how to manage passengers when they are out of control. I've never written any reviews before but this was just such a terrible experience that I needed to leave this review.

ข้อดี: I have travelled with china eastern from Tokyo to Fukuoka. My check in was aesy and travel was beautiful.I had not expected as this was my first journey,but the care was ultimate.We had no moption for Indian Breakfast but was taken care beautifully from Heart.Thank U,i wil not loose any oppurtunity to fly with China Eastern

ข้อเสีย: Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then didn't board for another 45 minutes after that. We were given a mediocre coffee or soft drink in a lounge, no food. Basically the afternoon at Patong was wasted because we didn't arrive until after 5pm. Vietjet is renowned for this sloppiness and persistent delays.

ข้อดี: Flight was very smooth and pleasant. The entertainment was great with lots of choices. Premium economy seats on A350 was amazing. Very similar to Qants reganal business class on their 737. But how ever the seats on their A330 was average. But otherwise all was good. I would recommend Cathay.

ข้อเสีย: More often than not, Philippine Airlines has been our airline of choice because we found their rates to be fair and flights direct and easy. Despite the fact that the PAL terminal was pretty poor, and the food on board was never really decent, we remained loyal to PAL for quite a few years. On our way back to Melbourne from Manila on June 17, Saturday, Colin, Hendrix and I were awaiting boarding at gate 10 for flight PR 209. Having flown with PAL from Melbourne to Manila (as well as with another airline from Manila to Manchester and back), we understood that the usual procedure was to allow passengers with infants to board first. Due to the lack of order (there were no clear queues in sight), Colin decided to ask 3 different PAL personnel if there was, indeed, a priority queue for people travelling with infants. ALL THREE PERSONNEL ASSURED US THAT THEY WERE NOT YET BOARDING AND THAT WE WOULD BE CALLED UPON PRIOR TO THEM LETTING ANYONE ELSE ON THE PLANE. 2 minutes later, a PAL personnel appears with signage that reads certain row numbers and begins to call out to ALL PASSENGERS FOR BOARDING. Colin swiftly rushes to the front (me and baby in tow) and demands an explanation as to why we were told one thing but are watching them act upon something completely different. I wish I was joking when I tell you that the personnel just stared blankly at us and then carried on checking boarding passes. No apologies, no explanation offered. As soon as we boarded, Colin turned to the first flight steward he saw and asked for a complaint form and told this could ONLY be done online, to which Colin requested we be given the email/web address upon take off. The seats assigned to us were on the right most side of the aircraft, a window and a middle seat. As Colin was placing our bags in the overhead compartment, the steward called to Colin from across the aisle (past the 3 seats in the middle of the plane) to introduce the purser, Jolly Bello. Please note this was happening while people were also trying to get past and get to their seats -and Mr. bello called out across the aisle, "I heard you have a complaint??" to which Colin, baffled, replied "yes do you want to come over here so we aren’t shouting over these people?". Colin yet again told this purser what the complaint was about and was asked (verbatim) "so would you like to make a complaint against THEM?" Would the correct protocol not be to 1. Apologise for any confusion, miscommunication or poor service, 2. Take some responsibility and acknowledge the complaint and 3. Maybe come approach us AFTER TAKE OFF and not while everyone is trying to board the plane? We are no longer choosing Philippine Airlines.

ข้อดี: The food and entertainment was excellent. Thr crew are friendly and luxurious plane comforts make it worth the trip paid for.
ข้อเสีย: Not enough fresh air, breathing quality was poor before take off. We had fumes from jet gases leaking in through the air conditioning, but once the plane departed the quality improved.
ข้อดี: Quite comfortable, met my expectations and I rested. On board team were friendly and helpful.
ข้อเสีย: Lounge in TPE is awful! Over crowded, noisy and a mess. I wouldn’t fly CI again just from the lounge experience.

ข้อดี: I was surprised that they provided meal for less than 1.5 hour flight. The fare was very affordable for only a few extra hours waiting in Taipei. Very happy with their service. I will definitely use China Airlines again.
