ข้อเสีย: I need wheelchair but your crew an Indian Lady I think in the check -in counter did not give me wheelchair from Singapore. She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. I hate you Scoot and I will never take scoot again in any of my up coming trips

ข้อเสีย: Boarding is thru T2 airport bus which brings all passengers to Flyskoot plane parked somewhere. Not good for those with strollers. Will avoid Flyskoot if going to Hanoi.

ข้อดี: The price was excellent, the (A330) plane was in good clean condition, they provided with blankets, pillows and headphones. The food was better than most airlines I have travelled on and the entertainment was okay but not as good I would have wanted. Overall, I would say 4 stars all round.

ข้อเสีย: Entertainment could have had more on offer, the plane was generally cold, an on-board wifi on their major (A330) planes would have been helpful and upgrades to their short haul planes would be good too.

ข้อดี: Crew ignored my existence just because I sat on the window seat, plus I'm an asian, so I'm not sure which of the reason makes her to ignore me for serving my food. Luckily the guy passenger that sit beside me helped me to inform and made sure that she served the food to me.

ข้อดี: This was a cheap flight from LAX to ZRH with a layover in Moscow and that's about as good as it gets.

ข้อเสีย: The check in personnel was not that helpful and were very slow to check in everyone to their corresponding flights, and since kiosks were not available for aeroflot the experience was unavoidable. The plane economy class is really as uncomfortable as it gets for a transatlantic flight. There were no beer options for the flight (nor vodka which is weird), and flight attendants weren't that happy to talk to you in English. 5 hours wait at Moscow are the worst, if you're thinking on saving some dollars on a transatlantic flight this is not worth it.

ข้อเสีย: Can't blame the airline but getting through terminals is time consuming in Abu Dhabi. Seats are small and hard but I felt excellent value for money.

ข้อดี: I really like the Qatar flight from Auckland to Manchester. But beware now that the Akl leg leaves 1 hour later the transit in Doha is officially 1.15hr. But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Although they are efficient and i made it this time, i wouldn't want to do this with kids.

Cup holder was good for nothing, i tried to put my soft drink bottle in it and it slipped right out the bottom and when I tried to put a cup of water in it supplied by the crew it wouldn't fit! When I reclined my seat to sleep the passenger behind me pushed my seat hard back to upright position. When I turned around to ask why the rude response I realized that he was a tall fellow and his knees were already touching the back of my seat so when I reclined it, it hurt him and he had no where to move his legs. I couldn't do or say much as I understood his misery and therefore kept my seat up the whole way for 5 hours! The flight was full and neither of us could relocate to another seat.

ข้อเสีย: Paid $30 for wi-fi: It never connected. Just failed to work. “Failed to load page”. Paid for priority check-in: The people in the economy queue checked in faster. Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap.

ข้อดี: Good news, the checking in process was so delayed as there were so many people, they made sure all who checked in, got on the plane, no hitches on the lugguages either. I got my lugguage in Singapore.

ข้อเสีย: JFK to Singapore through Abu Dhabi. The checking in process at JFK was a mess, it was a full flight. There were many people, trying checking in. Two lines, (1) checking in. (2) checked in, dropping off bags. Some of us who had checked in online was trying to drop off bags only. After waiting 1.5 hours, this line isn't moving at all, while the checking in line was moving. Tried telling the gentlemen in charge who worked there that the checked in line dropping off bagguage was not moving, he didn't really care, they made all kinds of excuses saying other people were waiting, so they were completely clueless as to what was going on. I have never experienced this ever and I fly massively each year. First and last time in Etihad. JFK to Abu Dhabi is a good 13 hour flight. NO SNACKS. SG/BA, or any other airline really has nice sandwishes, ramen, chocolate, cookies, chips. Etihad has NOTHING. Not that I snack but still with a 13 to 14 hour flight, airlines should have something to eat during long flights. Really. Etihad who brands and advertises brilliantly, was extremely disppointing to actually be on the flight.
