Not helpful when I needed them
ข้อเสีย: Their airport office closed at 6pm and our outbound flight was cancelled within 15 minutes. There were stranded passengers who needed rental cars (including me) and no rental facility was open. Not helpful at all. Instead of saving a few $$ of payroll, Hertz should consider this and have some way for stranded passages who need cars to access them. I will not use Hertz ever again.

ข้อดี: They never call me back or anything after I made the reservation. Please tell people when is their reservation open or not. I got there and they told me that didn't have enough cars, having a reservation 3 days before hand.
