ข้อดี: The car was very nice, and pickup was efficient
ข้อเสีย: I prepaid the reservation on line, assuming that was standard and would expedite pick up. Then I had to change the date of the pick up...and it cost me a $100 cancellation fee, even tho I had already booked the new reservation with Hertz. Apparently the confirmation email from the first reservation stated there was a fee for cancellation, but since I cancelled more than 24 hrs in advance and rebooked a car, it is pure price gouging that they charged this fee. Will never book a car this way again

Great employee
ข้อดี: Lebanon airport, where I picked up the car, is SMALL. The Hertz representative there was exceptionally helpful, in spite of being quite busy when I arrived. The car was a Nissan Sentra; not going for luxury here, just my wife and I driving to another town to catch a flight. The car was in good working order, clean, and served us just fine.

Świetny pracownik
ข้อดี: Port lotniczy w Libanie, na którym zabieram samochód, JEST MAŁY. Przedstawiciel Hertza był tu wyjątkowo pomocny, mimo że był dość zajęty, gdy przyjechałem. Samochód był Nissanem Sentra; nie chodziło tu o luksus, tylko moja żona i jadę do innego miasta, aby złapać lot. Samochód był w dobrym stanie, czysty i służył nam w porządku.
