long wait, poor service

ข้อเสีย: long wait to drop off no cover for rain protection waiting for shuttle bus back to airport for departing flight, also long wait for the bus headlights need adjustment, driving at night difficult without bright lights on

car troubles

ข้อดี: comfortable ford focus. they have a free shuttle service from their main location.

ข้อเสีย: the car had mechanical problems almost immediately which got worse over the trip and eventually had to be towed and replaced. We had to press to get a day refunded which they did eventually. it was a dangerous situation on a brand new car. Lucky I wasn't hit. they did rectify it fairly promptly.

Not same car

ข้อเสีย: Reserved a bus for a big group and they tried to switch it and give us a station wagon. Took over an hour and a half to get the bus because they said it was being cleaned. It was very unorganized and they also made us pay the difference for upsizing even though we originally reserved the bus. Will find a different company in Reykjavik next time.
