ข้อดี: I enjoy the pick up and drop off van service. I enjoy the friendliest at the counter and the presentation of the vehicle. Ace has developed an A1 service for their customers.
ข้อเสีย: I received the vehicle with 1/2 tank of gas. I didn’t realize it until after I left the facility and there was no visible phone number to contact the location I received the vehicle from to let them know.

ข้อเสีย: Bee aged for your costumer, it’s very cold when we come in, while waiting we could keep warm with something to drink. Thanks.

ข้อเสีย: Car was not full at start. No problem, just inconvenient.

ข้อเสีย: I didn't like the fact that the car wasn't at the airport and we had to take a shuttle. That wasn't represented when I reserved the car online.

ข้อดี: Staff was helpful and easy to work with. Drop off was quick and easy as well.
ข้อเสีย: I booked a standard size SUV but was told based on the model it was a mid size SUV, so I needed to upgrade my rental to a standard size which costed more money.
