ข้อดี: the staff was freindly. the location is good
ข้อเสีย: the car was smaller for 4 adults with our suitcases. in the office they said this is as according our category, but i think it was the smallest one.

Great little car. Of course, maybe because I was given an upgrade.
ข้อดี: This 2016 Mazda 3 SUV was a dream, to drive. Maybe, it is because most of my vehicles were trucks and big rigs like diesel pushers. Though I do not know what the possible final price, the original written agreed on price was attractive. I was very fortunate being a day late to even able to have this rental.
ข้อเสีย: The dear lady agent was a little fuzzy on the start instruction. Like none. Though, being somewhat hearing impaired, maybe, I did not hear her. This was a keyless car which the manual did not seem to be very clear. Once, I called her on the phone, the instruction was not only simple but straightforward.
