ข้อดี: Staff were very friendly and service was fairly quick.
ข้อเสีย: I called Hertz to let them know my flight was cancelled and that I would be arriving a day late. Unfortunately, they failed to notify the location where I was picking up the car and, as a result, they rented out my car to someone else. They found another car for me but not what I had wanted.

Problems with the Corolla TouchScreen
ข้อดี: Kirk at HERTZ Nanaimo Airport, BC--Great Service! Car was mechanically sound My final email bill was exactly what I expected in CAD (I dropped off the car using their dropbox at 4:30am and got my final bill via email soon after they opened at 8am--no problems)
ข้อเสีย: Corolla Touchscreen--many problems, Often would not respond to touch...completely blacked out for three hours--then rebooted on its own...changed radio stations at its own whim...and could not be turned off. I worked with it over the week I had the car-- so I did not have to waste time returning it.

ข้อดี: El personal era muy amable y el servicio era bastante rápido.
ข้อเสีย: Llamé a Hertz para hacerles saber que mi vuelo fue cancelado y que llegaría un día tarde. Desafortunadamente, no me informaron de la ubicación donde estaba recogiendo el coche y, como resultado, alquilaron mi coche a otra persona. Encontraron otro coche para mí, pero no lo que yo había querido.

El coche estaba mecánicamente sano Mi factura final del email era exactamente lo que esperaba en CAD (dejé el coche usando su dropbox a las 4:30am y recibí mi factura final vía el email poco después de que abrieron en 8am--ningún problema)
ข้อเสีย: Corolla Touchscreen (muchos problemas, A Menudo no respondería a touch...completely se apagó durante tres horas) y luego se reinició en sus estaciones de radio own...changed a su antojo... y no se pudo apagar. Trabajé con él durante la semana que tuve el coche, así que no tuve que perder el tiempo regresándolo.
