ข้อดี: Staff was great, but totally unprepared for our arrival. We purchased extra insurance at their urging, even though we really didn't want to. They gave a slight discount but for all the inconveniences and inconsistencies it should have been more. The car was great and overall service was good
ข้อเสีย: Car was not ready upon arrival. They had to give us a ride to our hotel then deliver it later on. The car was 3 1/2 -4 hours late to be given to us. No offer was made to compensate us. If we would have brought it back 3 1/2 hours late would they have expected us NOT to compensate them?

ข้อดี: El personal era genial, pero totalmente inpreparado para nuestra llegada. Compramos un seguro adicional a petición de ellos, aunque realmente no queríamos hacerlo. Nos dieron un pequeño descuento, pero para todos los inconvenientes e inconsistencias debería haber sido más. El coche era genial y el servicio en general era bueno
ข้อเสีย: El coche no estaba listo a la llegada. Tuvieron que darnos un paseo a nuestro hotel y luego entregarlo más tarde. El coche era 3 1/2 -4 horas tarde para darnos. No se hizo ninguna oferta para compensarnos. Si lo hubieran traído 3 1/2 horas más tarde, ¿habrían esperado QUE NO los compensáramos?
