Again as with most hotels, lighting in the room is dim which is fine most of the time, but sometimes you just want to be able to see what you are doing!

Please note that Photo-ID is required from all guests when checking in. For all reservations of 4 nights or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit payment for the full stay will be charged upon booking. For bookings arriving on a Friday or Saturday night, full payment will be charged to the card the booking was made with up to 3 days prior to arrival (this is the only way for us to make sure we are not holding a booking with an invalid card). If paying with a Credit Card or a foreign Debit Card, there is a £1 charge on all payments under £40 and a 2.5% charge on all payments of £40 or more. If you wish for payment to be charged to a different card or split payment over several different cards, then please contact our reception with new card details at least 4 days prior to your arrival date.

ข้อดี: This hotel is lovely elegantly set out. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean.
ข้อเสีย: The sink I the room I stayed in did not drain very well it took 30 minutes to do so. The stem wear had a huge smash on the side of it. I explained thsee issues to the front desk and was told 'oh dear' not given an apology for it.
ข้อดี: The room was clean and the facilities were great.
ข้อเสีย: Being the first time I stopped there, I found the reception confusing as it stated it was a club reception, but I could not see another reception.
