The Hotel was beautiful, the hotel offered a fantastic room service menu and you did not feel the need to leave the hotel with the pool side Bar and Resturant offering everything you would need.

We were staying with another couple and we made the booking at the same time, we did book 2 x Queen Rooms, however when we arrived we found one of the rooms had 2 x single beds we were able to push the beds together and this was not much inconvenince at all, however still not what we booked. We also were located on different ends of the Hotel we thought as we booked together our rooms would be much closer again not a huge inconvenince but a let down non the less. We also both had problems at one time or another with our rooms keys not working and needing to be "re-cut" the staff were very helpful however we did notice other guest also have the same problem.
