The seats are too too close together, we were so tight in the center 4 seats, both next to me & in front of me & especially when the person in front of me reclined their seat. It was a 8+ hour flight from hell.
The flight got off & landed unbelievably hard. Never again
I found the crowded squashed seating very uncomfortable, , the 380 from Dubai to UK was wonderful, the relaxed atmosphere was great, more leg room, and the staff were extremely pleasant, not sure I want to fly in a 777 again terribly claustrophobic .
The legroom was the worst I've seen in a long time. I'm 6' tall and my knees hit the seat in front of me. Seats would also not recline. Crew was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Food was pretty mediocre. Both my partner and I had to ask for replacement headphones as the initial sets given were not working. My partner was on crutches and, though told she could get priority boarding, this was not followed up on by the crew and she had to deal with the normal jostling.
Good legroom, flight not full so room to spread out
We were forced to sit in the aircraft for 2 hours before takeoff without explanation. This is now standard airline/airport strategy to get people out of the way and out of the boarding areas when they are running behind. Unacceptable and should be resisted.
the new Boeing 777 is horrible...
no space and small seats >> my feet were swollen, everything hurts
the inflight- entertainment is integrated in the front seat, you can`t change screen if you are blinded
as i wrote to the service center to change the seats (july 21st) i still have no answer on my mail.... service????

When we landed Hong Kong. The plane to Abu Dhabi had closed boarding. Very unprofessional management from airport crew. Me and other 40 passengers will have to wait for the next flight which could be after two days. I booked Emirates to Dubai and I have taken a decision that neither me or my friends will never never go for the poor Hong Kong airlines.
I can't even choose what did I like the most about this flight, I was in economy but felt like I was traveling in business...
The crew was excellent, the flight was quiet and calm, great food,..... And so on.
No USB plug: haven't encountered this on an intercontinental flight in a long time.
They ran out of Chicken not only on this flight but also already on the first flight! Only meal available was vegetarian. How can this be possible twice in today's world of statistics and forecasting?
I paid a higher rate to not have a layover and Oman Air changed my flight to a cheaper fair and waited in the airport in Oman for more than 7 hours. This is unsatisfactory and I should be reimbursed for the cheaper flight. I also had a stop in Dar Es Salam that was unexpected. My friend got bit by a flea or some bug...the seats are filthy and not properly cleaned.
