The seats are too too close together, we were so tight in the center 4 seats, both next to me & in front of me & especially when the person in front of me reclined their seat. It was a 8+ hour flight from hell.
The flight got off & landed unbelievably hard. Never again
The plane was uncomfortable, the seats looked unsafe, the flight was overcrowded with many crying babies, the food was terrible. Turbulence caused the flight to take an hour longer, which was even more excruciating.
I wish it truly were Finnair instead of American: The seat, the legroom, the fact that you have to pay 20% more to have the same rotten seat 12 rows further up front, the food that's barely fit for human consumption, the presence of 20 year old cathode screens that can't be watched but do prevent the cabin being dark, etc.
The fact that I got home in one piece I really like.
Planes are old, small tv screens in aisles, older seats and headrests. I had requested Gluten Free meals and on the way to Amsterdam they did okay (besides the snacks). On the way back they didn't even offer me the second meal GF, I had to ask another flight attendant who went looking for it and found one.. so it was there, they just hadn't bothered to look for it. I also never understand why you wouldn't start boarding with the last rows? Is that just me? The aisles are always so crowded when the last rows walk in and there's always a line.
clean. Seat covers nice and clean. furniture color scheme pleasant.

2. seat width on the borderline of being acceptable.
3.. No entertainment, not even a flight info screen available.
4. Only instant coffee available. If it is instant, cappuccino or other café specialities should be available. Emirates and Etihad make the example.
5. Food okay - but not for french airline. No innovation, no thought in it. Standard "how do I get the cattle fed the cheapest possible" food.
6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown.
With the cheapest ticket option you have to pay for choosing a seat. So we didn't. And I didn't expect the bummer - the registration person gave me and my wife the middle seats in different rows, which is kind of unexpected treatment for a family. We couldn't find any room for our suitcases as we boarded not among the fist ones. That's because the cheapest tickets are "cabin luggage only". The sandwiches were too dry, and no juice option.
Ethiopian Airlines need to get themselves better organised for how they line people up for boarding and make it clearer in the airport where people need to go and when; we headed to the gate waaaaay too early; very uncomfortable seating at gate 1 area.
Where are the movie screens for such a long flight???? 6 1/2 hours of a screaming baby makes for a very uncomfortable journey - also TURN OFF the lights sooner; when people are leaving at 1am; they aren't worried about seeing inside the cabin; they want to be sleeping!!!!
I was on a Germanwings flight operated by Lufthansa. Smart fare and Basic fare ticket holders do not get many of the regular offerings. We were not even allowed to board the plane the regular way.They made us go out on the tarmac, walk around the airplane, and climb stairs to the plane with our carry-on bags...all under the rain! Personally, I've never seen this on any flight to the US, and 'm too old for that. Only the business class passengers were allowed to board the plane through the walkway. They charge for earphones, access to the entertainment (music/films, etc.), for coffee...and the food was not sufficient. My ticket cost aprox. $1000 from Cologne to Miami. I should have been able to get free coffee for that amount :)

Why do flights always serve chocolate biscuits, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake? Strawberries,carrots and humous, grapes, olives, would make a nice alternative for example.
Hot food boring, tasteless
Terrible flight had to delay few times , we had to wait inside in the plane for more than 2 hours , they had me to check im my carry on in geneva layover even i had a personla stuff inside and with no lock , rude crew i never even fly with suiss i had toncome back with lugthansa because they had to delay the flight again
We waited in line and on the aircraft after boarding for an hour because we were waiting for flight documentation or something??? This should not happen, everyone knew when the flight was leaving and the airline should have all of this taken care of ahead of time.
I flew with multiple international airlines this summer and KLM was by far the best. The crew of KLM were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others.
If I were going to list any negatives, I would say that the little travel pillow that was given to the passengers was so thin that it was practically useless, but I brought my own with me, so I was none the less comfortable.
The Amsterdam airport is super disorganized, with rude employees great at making excuses for their incompetence.
The boarding crew really struggled to organized the boarding and wouldn't really care about people's status. We had to take a bus to the airplane, and even though both plane's entrances were open, they sent everybody to the front entrance.
The comfort of the plane was horrendous, with seats over 20 years old and their business class was the same as the coach, but with no one sitting in the middle (can you get any lower than this?)
The flight attendant woke me up to shove a food tray that I didn't want.
We had to wait over 45 minutes after the plane landing to start seeing some luggage show up on the conveyor bell.
The overall flight experience make southwest look like a luxury airline. This was my first and last time flying on KLM.
My stay in the air was approximately about an hour from stockholm to Helsinki. They smiled me and gave comfortable service as always . Thanks
It may be not about flying process but airport environment or service. ARN airport was a bit cold even inside of the building . The WiFi was offered only limited time , which was very shorter than I expected but overall status with cosy mood made me as if I were at home . On the other hand , the finnair check in counter had only two , one of which was business and the other was economy it took about 40mins to send my luggage and check in .
Overall I would highly recommend it. Excellent service, good food, good on board entertainment.
Flight attendants and crew in general very polite and very helpful.
Despite our delay in arriving at the airport (check in was done online in advance), the flight attendants accepted us for the trip. The whole process was extremely efficient, there was no delay in take off time and the suitcases arrived all on time to our destination. I really appreciated their help: we did have a medical emergency 3 hours prior to our arrival to the airport, hence the delay..
Everything went smoothly, I had no bad experience with this flight..
The crew was friendly and made me feel at ease (lone passenger) and the entertainment they did have various things to watch.
the seats was cramped, and the food was tasteless and the snack they had (chives pretzels) is not to my taste at all and they didnt have any other options (why not salted instead?) . Im lactose intolerant and I understand they dont have any other milk options apart from cow so I dont mind black coffee but they didnt give you sugar to sweeten the coffee.
