I don't know because j never made the flight. I got a completely different time of the flight than what the time really was which caused me to missed the flight. On top of that I was treated rudely whenever I called to get another flight and I was unable to be helped. Additionally I never got a a refund. I am in the military and was out of 1400 moving costs on a flight that wasn't worth it. Never using again
The legroom was the worst I've seen in a long time. I'm 6' tall and my knees hit the seat in front of me. Seats would also not recline. Crew was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Food was pretty mediocre. Both my partner and I had to ask for replacement headphones as the initial sets given were not working. My partner was on crutches and, though told she could get priority boarding, this was not followed up on by the crew and she had to deal with the normal jostling.
Good legroom, flight not full so room to spread out
We were forced to sit in the aircraft for 2 hours before takeoff without explanation. This is now standard airline/airport strategy to get people out of the way and out of the boarding areas when they are running behind. Unacceptable and should be resisted.
The KLM staff that were assigned to this flight were incompetent. After telling them I was flying with Etihad and I had a 30kg limit the told me to unpack my bag to reduce them to 23kg. I did this 3 times, and then at final weighing they figured out I was right and that I could board with 30kg. Morons!
Modern airplane, great crew and on-time arrival (which is not to be taken for granted in china). Great that they offer wifi and in-flight movies.
Weird boarding setup with separate "holding pens" for customers in Dalian, followed by several bus transfers to and from the terminal in Qingdao. Absolutely crazy boarding with no groups and everyone pushing. No English announcements in Dalian or Qingdao. Food is expensive and the portions very small, especially given the long flight duration. All in all still the best way to get to/from Dalian and Singapore though.
The terminal we were waiting in, not organised well, very messy, smelling very bad except in lounge that Cost 40$ for 2 hours with discount. So I'm having a layover 12 hours, I pay 240$ just I can sit in a non smelling place and eat some food. Adjust some of these and would be great. Other terminals have so much to offer in same airport, over rated Dubai airport.
My parents and in-laws travel in 17th from Ahmedabad to NYC.
The service was terrible, especially at kuwait no wheel chair was provided they had to stand up walk at the last boarding announcement. Moreover, people from kuwait were preferential treatment in boarding and in flight service.
The staff was terrible and didn't care about my parents, multiple request of food, sandwiches or drinks were neglected.

The staff was terrible and didn't care about my parents, their multiple request of food, sandwiches or drinks were neglected. I will not fly kuwait and will recommend paying extra bucks to go in Qatar to all my families in states.
The flight, crew members, pilots were amazing. Take off and landing couldn't be any smoother.
This is second time I land in zone B, terminals F. The worst terminals and airport treatment by the staff ever. You can never get a complete answer or help, staff most don't care about your concern. No help can be assisted in any way possible. Few of the staff are professionals and know what their job is, others not at all. Bathrooms are disgusting, I have 12 hour layover, to sit in a lounge I need to pay 120$ , just to sit on a proper chair. In short you have money they welcome you, you don't , too bad find your way they don't care. Very over rated airport. Should be considered one of the worst, or maybe this terminal is made for unnecessary people, when their entrance phrase clearly states Dubai connecting the world. Connecting nothing. Simple money transfer isn't available, in case of emergency you need money, too bad sit yourself down and do nothing. Once again very over rated, and I will publish my review in all travel guides.
I paid a higher rate to not have a layover and Oman Air changed my flight to a cheaper fair and waited in the airport in Oman for more than 7 hours. This is unsatisfactory and I should be reimbursed for the cheaper flight. I also had a stop in Dar Es Salam that was unexpected. My friend got bit by a flea or some bug...the seats are filthy and not properly cleaned.
Some payment fees are estimated. Not all providers support all payment methods.
