The staff were very courteous right from the Checking-in point.
The cabin crew was not taking that much care and as the ground staff. No snacks or drinks are served till upto 4 hour of the flight commencement. Food was served just two hours before landing in Hongkong. My order for meals was AVML. Bengaluru is a good place to pick up good, nutritious, and tasty Vegetarian food. But what was offerred was absolutely mediocre.
Leg space was barest minimum and not comfortable for a person with normal legs and height.
New aircraft Airbus 350-900 - has lot of leg space even in economy class. Food was just OK, nothing special and far from what SQ used to serve to the passengers. I was very disappointed finding out that travel pack consists only toothbrush and tootpaste with socks included. No more slippers, eyes cover and no more other necessities for intercontinental flights ! What a shame for SQ to save the money on such important things for passengers. Staff was over indulging, someone would say - fake kindness shown ...
I didn't like the crew... They have to learn from Air Serbia staff and Turkish Airlines what is genuine kindness and politeness. And the most expensive aircompany should not be stingy and provide to passengers on intercontinental flights just toothbrush and socks in traveler pack !!! What a shame for SQ !
