Location, style of rooms and the size, they were very large A/C did not work right and room was very hot
Very good hotel. We payed only 50 euro for a room. The hotel is just perfect and the location also.
Good location. Friendly staff. Hotel & room modern & clean. none
the interior design of the room.and the breakfast the receptionist in the evenig aswell in the morning were lacking of hospitality.Iin the evening it took time to sort out some room organisation and took time to get the room. In the morning the breakfast was not open at 7 am.The hotel closes door in the night against drunkenpeople. whilst 24/7 is given service with 4*.receptioninst do not stay at the desk. You cannot enter the hotel with your card or something as client.
Location and amenities (free, excellent wireless) Marginal breakfast
I asked for a non smoking room and was surprsed that a hotel of this size and price did not have rooms designated non smoking let alone non-smoking floors. I had to ask for the room to be deodorised which was done but it all seemed to be a bit of an effort and I felt uncomfotable. Also there was a daily charge to use the safe in the room- quite a high charge for such a passive servuice. As the booking covered the weekend I had no option but to stay put. There seemed to be very few other facilities on offer either, the resturant was downstairs out of sight and the bar seemed not to be operating
Good location, clean room. The noiseist point on the planet on a Friday and Saturday night, especially if you are staying at the ground rooms. Seriously noisy until 5 am.
nice location city centre, in the centre of all activity no
good hotel. not entirely clean.
I really liked the location and the comfort of the room. Everything was quite pleasant. Our shower was leaking and we had to mop the tiled floor, so that it wouldnt run down the next floor.
We have stayed at the Silken Zentro many times and always enjoy it. The hotel is very central and within walking distance to everything. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the staff very accommodating. We also like it because they have parking beneath so checking in and out is easy. It is a very modern hotel built on top of the ancient ruins that exist all over Zaragoza and that are on display through glass in this hotel.
The room itself was perfect - it was the last leg of our "minimoon" and after lots of typical Spanish hotels this hotel gave us a good rest: the bed was huge and comfortable; wifi actually worked; it was very spacious and modern and the shower was strong - the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch too (we stayed in Avanza - one of the superior doubles/suites for eur99).
A relatively small hotel, but very central for shopping and sightseeing.Good underground car park.
The location is very central No English TV channels, no spa facilities
good location. hotel staff were not friendly. coffee at breakfest was bad. It is absolutely overpriced (212 Euro per night without breakfest).
wonderful shower mirror didnt steam up. very comfortable bed & room good breakfast the entrance looked dull & didnt create a very good impression
Comfortable room, well equipped close to sights and shops
It is a design hotel: nice bathroom, wide screen tv, decoration attractive. Hotel is in the middle of the centre. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Shower temperature kept changing: from very cold to almost boiling hot: dangerous!
Good staff Internet not working
Location, design Shower door should avoid water to go to the bathroom floor
Good location. has its own parking. a large, pleasant room. clean and tidy. good price for this hotel. Difficult to reach by car first time. No WiFi in some rooms.
very friendly and helpfull staff on reception and restaurant. Restaurant excellent and good value. Excellent position with parking only a 100 meters or so away
Fantastic location and friendly staff
The location was great. It was 5 min away from all the great restaurants and clubs. And it has an advantage with the parking. In the room description it was stated "sound-proof rooms". Unfortunately the rooms were extremely noisy.
Friendlyness of staff The hotel room was a bit outdated
Easy access to Town.
Checking in and out was easy. Breakfast was very nice and there was plenty to choose from The bathroom was little under stocked
The location was great. Room clean and comfortable but very tired.
Room was very spacious, and the internet connection was good. And in general i liked the hotel In the shower the towel holder was very rusted
The location, the outside look, the entrance hall, the food No much view from our bedroom windows
It was very nice expirience, the hotel is relatively near to the city center, the staff, food, services were ok .
The hotel was very well-situated and was clean and comfortable
This Hotel is central.Zaragoza is an interesting city.A useful stop-over. Finding the car park difficult. Breakfast not good value for money, apart from toast, nothing hot available !
I have stayed at this hotel before and I like the location. no
room cleanliness and 24h availability
The welcome ...and access to snacks and water in the lounge.
Perfect location and very friendly staff Breakfast very basic
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were comfortable, though can be a little noisy outside with traffic and people. It had a lift too. no
Nice hotel very near from touristic places in Zaragoza city
The hotel is in the heart of Zaragoza with easy parking. Zaragoza is amazing and only 15 minuits from the track at Zuera. going to work early
Our stay at Avenida was really nice, clean & safe. Location was ideal. Zaragoza is very interesting and we enjoyed the friendlyness.
Location, cleen room, breakfast included in the price. Poor breakfast, walls not acustically isolated - noise from the adjoining rooms and from the outside were annoying.
Staff spoke english quite good, they were kind and very helpful. Rooms are really nice and quite big and we had excelent view from the room. Very hard to find because it is quite new and my GPS, which is a little more then 1 year old, didn't know this location.
Nothing really this hotel does not cater for the customer needs and are nor prepared to make any attempt to accommodate the international traveler.ee above See above
Very luxurious hotel (we got bargain for 90 euros only), very clean, ultramodern and spaceous rooms with huge whole-wall window looking on a river and the city. The room was probably specially designed for disabled (unless the whole hotel is like this) - the semi-transparent toilet door wouldn't close at all - would hang half open, there was no shower curtain, so everything got wet and slippery. Another note - you can't open the window, so if fresh air is your thing - don't go there. Very expensive restaurant.
Friendly staff, large pleasant rooms Difficult to find, not on gps
Staff were off hand and not friendly. Chef couldn't boil two eggs for four minutes, I was handed raw boiled eggs to eat yuk!!
Very comfortable - fantastic room and great views over the River to the City. Staff exceedingly helpful and friendly. No translation of welcome pack or Room Service menu into English so made it harder to use the facilities of the hotel. Lot of noise from an open air performance at The Beach, a little way from the hotel but the noise level was high and went on until about 1 a.m. Even with no opening windows in the bedroom it was quite hard to sleep through the noise. I know the hotel has no control over this noise pollution although they have tried to get something done.
rooms were nicely done . decor of the whole hotel was nice housekeeping took away bathing towels after the first night.which was very odd
Nice new hotel.werry freindly la staff. Nothing.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and very quiet. Beautiful view from the room.
Nice new hotel. Close to railwauy station 30 minutrs walk to tje center. No fitness room nor i.door swimming pool
The breakfast. Bad pillows.
staff were excellent. good value for money
So many channels can be watched in room TV including canal+. We enjoyed watching football game. All staffs at reception desk are so kind and friendly.
position quality - very tired
too much noise at night. the room was small.
Free WIFI Internet in all rooms. Very clean and modern! Great hotel. There started construction within the hotel too early. So it was too noisy my last morning. It took 20 minutes for it to be my turn to check out.
Restaurant was excellent!!! Staff is very friendly and attentive. All in the hotel was good, except extra thin walls. There was perfectly hear everything that happened in the next room (talking, watching TV, how to use WC - piss etc...). Every morning we woke up by the sounds of flushing the toilet ^_^
location, very clean and modern, big room
Nice place, the room was very large and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Our lock wasn't working and they fixed it in a jiffy. You can also request various pillows which is amazing (although i didn't do it). Location is also very good. Noise. The room was next to the main street although it seemed like double glazed windows there was still a fair bit of noise coming from the street.
Close to centre Extremely hard to find due to the city´s 1 way systems. Very noisy at night as next to allyway where people were gathering to 4 or 5am.
nowhere suitable to eat nearby
It has a nice safe parking and the staff is great. It includes breakfast. The breakfast can be more varied.
It was clean and the price was good. There was safe parking and it was not far from the motorway.
Easy to find, excellent staff, clean and tidy, brilliant breakfast included in the price.
welcoming staff A small point but taps in bathroom very difficult to operate
Clean and comfortable with garage facilities available at a modest price (worth it for the peace of mind at a stop-over en route to the Santander ferry). Coffee in the room was pleasing - absent form overnight stops at Ibis hotels on our outward journey through France. The breakfast area was a little "canteen"- like though the quality of the food and the choice was good enough.
Service less than expected eg one person on reception and a queue to check in; a modern "egg box"
The girl on reception was extremely helpful, even though I asked her to make several phone calls for me regarding a campsite near Santander.
found staff ok, the adjoining restaurant had no english menu or no english speaking people if advertised as and international hotel they need more info in the reestaurant and hotel, for me in English
Reasonable sized room. Clean, and nice on-suite. Poor parking, unless payment made for Hotel underground car park.
confortable and big room for 3 persons
I have stayed at this hotel regularly over the last five years, the prices seem to have decreased giving better value for money. It is comfortable, the rooms are large, bedding of good quality. My concern is the same as always, the hotel staff, especially the receptionists can sometimes be a bit unwelcoming, austere, but they are efficient. This has never changed in several years. However it is a small issue and would not change my view that this is a good hotel.
Very nice hotel, friendly atmosphere, perfect location .
the gym and size of room
Good price, but... Unconfortable bed and pillows, noisy room (room 320), badly isolated sound- wise. Parking really expensive at 20eur / night, but in the surroundings it's really hard to park outside, too.
Good hotel, centrally located I did not like the hotel and room decor, it was outdated and very heavy Hotel needs remodeling , it is not a five star hotel in my opinion
central location and very welcome
Luxury rooms for an affordable price
The staff were very couteous. The room was very nice
great location, good facility but air did not work
Excellent hotel and facilities. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool was closed in October. Central location, but not in a pretty side of city
It was lovely to be able to relax in the pool and have an evening swim after a long hot drive. The hotel is conveniently placed and having its own parking, although expensive, was worth it for us. The reception decor was attractive.
the rooms were very clean and big considering it's location (city), the hotel is very well situated (in the center of the city), the breakfeast buffet was very nice
the quiet and comfort of the rooms the swimmingpool was bad. the personql of the bar was bad.close early at 11 in the evening without asking. the airco in the room éé( was broken
Location and the room. Everything was excellent.
Wonderful bed! Great breakfast. Terrible reception employees. Couldn't find reservation, didn't respect the reservation for double bed, sent us to a room with non woking air-conditioning, didn't complete registration of the veicle for the garage, didn't help with the lugage. Not a five star hotel.
The staff were all very helpful, our room was very comfortable and breakfast was very good. The restaurant was not open, which was a slight disappointment since it had been recommended.
Perfect central location, attractive accommodation and a superb breakfast. Secure parking also available. A little pricey.
Luxury with great beds, facilities and position to major attractions No
Everything! Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great rooms in the middle of town, pefect hotel. The rooms were very warm and it was difficult to cool them, and the staff speaks hardly any English. But...minor details in a really great hotel!
The superior room is gorgeous with sauna and spa (jacuzzi) in the huge bathroom, an isolated huge room for the luggage, 2 TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the livingroom), balcony, very clean. The cot for the baby was already there when we arrived without question. Really good value for money. N/A
very nice no
Nothing. Everything. Four stars? No way.
The room and bathroom were a reasonable size Thw room was boiling hot and we could not adjust it ,the entire hotel was the same temperature also although we told them when we booked that we had a dog when we arrived they said that they did not take dogs although they let her stay in this instance.
The comfort of the rooms The lightness of the room
The breakfast The location, no very good public transport
I love the hotel, the staff in the front desk was so kind and helpful! at 1.00am this kind man helped us to search for a cheap/good train ticket, Thank you! I 100% recommend this hotel Nothing, everything was brilliant.
Very friendly staff and not far from the city center. Free Wi-Fi only available in the lobby.
good to be able to take dog
Ease of access from motorway and into city. Breakfast was lowest standard ever experienced - very narrow menu and lack of variety - mainly bread and cake. Seating arrangements inadequate and only one person available for service - grossly overworked.
location ok, 15 minutes by walk from old city. Room was clean and of a good size Poor breakfast. No minibar in the room. Room very hot, airco not working. Bad insonorisation.
silence, friendly hotel staff
The thermostat in the room was not working. Even when we turned it to the lowest temperature, the aircon was still blowing out hot air which made it very unbearable on a warm spring night. The location of the hotel was fairly near the city centre but the streets wasn't well lited at night.
proximidade do aeroporto e de centros comercias, ideal para quem viaja de carro
Hotel is modern and well situated There is no restaurant at the week-end which should be made clear on web site.
Fantastic modern room, lots of space and a huge bed. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to city centre. Located in a desolate logistical park miles from anywhere. No cafeteria open and nowhere to get anything to eat to drink if you arrive late. Fine if you arrive late and just want a stopover near the airport.
Room was excellent. Breakfast was excellent (but expensive). Dinner was expensive and utterly unmemorable.
The hotel is new and very well run. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are special. The heater didn't work well. The hotel is a long way out of Zaragoza and they have a courtesy van that takes you to the train station. However, the van driver was 15 minutes late. He was in the hotel but "otherwise occupied". The heater in the room did not work well and the room was very cold.
Everything was perfect room, staff, breakfast, dinner
The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, the services included in the price very good, the buffet breakfsat variety was good, and the location next to the exhibition center, shopping centers, and the airport very convenient. If the visitor requires a taxi has to be booked in advance as there is no taxi stop nearby or public transport. It was not my case as I had a car, however other visitors might want to take it into consideration
This is a very modern hotel with comfotable rooms and a restaurant offering good value.Although out of town, it is convenient as a stopover if travelling through Spain.
The rooms were nice designed and the staff were friendly. The brakefast was good and you could feel you are in a 5star hotel. It's a bit far from the centre, but it doesn't take long to get there with a taxi or car.
very nice and modern room, special bathroom, very quiet airco, good bed not to hard, white and ...black!! slippers, the general theme is chessboard, Good breakfast, shopping-centre very close, but most off the shops are closed, cinema with original version films and good wok restaurant in walking distance parking difficult to find, do not mix with the parking from the shopping-centre, limit choice off TV channels,
The room was amazing. Very modern with nice furniture. The location. It's a bit far from most of sight seeing places in Zaragoza.
The room design, size and layout, the toiletries, the huge tv screen, everything first class. Very well priced for a five star. I didn't get to try the food. It is simply unbelieveable and unacceptable that a five star hotel should open his wellness center and gym only at 9 a.m. This way, it will be impossible to use it for most of the guests, simply because at 9am everybody (both business guests and tourists), are already out about their business. I think that is a huge setback!
Excellent hotel with perfect service.Shopping and cinema very close by with excellent wok restaurant.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Badly needs renovation. Looks rundown.
The location of the hotel was great, parking was provided at a reasonable cost and the staff were friendly. N/A
-Position, quite central. In the bathroom they have anything, toothbrush and shaving razors. Friendly staff. Breakfast not included but cheap at 8 euros. -The room was difficult to open because of defective key. The air conditioning was incontrollable. I payed 128 euros / night, really really expensive for what it was. Because of this price I will never ever stay at this hotel again even if they reduce the price.
Good double glazed windows so very quiet although looked onto sreet. Close to tourist spots and good places to eat.
The central position gives good access to all the main attractions. Car park only takes small cars.
I was in an annexe of the hotel, just around the corner from the main building. As such, it was very quiet and private. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Also, the location of this hotel is second to none, very close to the Plaza del Pilar. I don't think there were any negative points at all.
The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Location was excellent. Good comfortable bed. Parking close by and secure. Our room was rather small and the bath was tiny. We would still stay in the hotel again though.
the kindness of the staff
Very friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast. There's wifi in every room (just ask for the password). Right in the center of Zaragoza.
central and clean room. The hotel was difficult to find, could have been supplied with a better map together with our booking confirmation. The underground parking is was very narrow and very difficult to find a space. This facility should be improved!
Staff is friendly, beds are big and comfortable. Location is geat, street is not noisy. Elevator suitable for two person, had to wait for it often. No really space to sit at the working desk. No shelf in the bathroom to put stuff.
The hotel was very attractive and comfortable, well situated.
The hotel staff is very polite and well trained, it is a classical four star hotel. The room is fulfilling, you have good WiFi, everything was great. The beds are giant. The parking is a bit steep for a small town like Zaragoza-15 Euros. They have a settlement with a public parking which is about 300 m away. Also the hotel was a bit worn down and you can see it has seen better days. The glass shower wall was cracked and also some of the tabletops but we didn't mind. All in all it was quite alright.
Very good value for money. Bar and Restaurant both closed on a Sunday night. Would have liked to try them out.
The rooms are clean and of comfortable size. After a couple of visits to the on-site restaurant, I found it totally lacking: as a solo traveler, who speaks the language fluently, I received a cold welcome, neglectful service, and the food was inedible...at very high prices. I would highly recommend the hotel, but definitely not the restaurant.
We were upgraded to suites with jacuzzi baths and separate sitting rooms, very comfortable. Quite difficult to find as the entrance to the road is across a wide pavement and a bus/taxi lane.
This hotel was excellent - we had a family room which had 2 separate bedrooms - perfect for our needs.
well located near the city center.
Room was extremely small.
Close to the station (five minutes walk) and 10 minute bus journey to city (buses every 15 minutes) great place to stay and see Zaragoza which is a surprise package Bit hot in the room so left the window open (which was ok)
The price per night for a 3-star where we were staying in a 5-star for less per night.
Very nice hotel with good comfortable rooms, good value for money. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Very close to train station. Surrounding area not that great, but it is very close to train station and public transport into the city which was good.
The staff spoke enough English to make us comfortable and the location was good for our departure the next morning. The Hotel sign was not very visible until you were at the front door.
Modern, clean, comfortable, close to new delicias station & airport bus terminal At some distance from historical centre but well connected to it by bus
First time in Zaragoza - what a wonderful city. We will return. Access to hotel by car and rail excellent (secure parking available and railway station opposite) although the Google directions left a little to be desired. Not ideal if you want to be in the centre, but good inexpensive access by taxi if you do not want to drive in the city centre. Cafeteria closed at weekends.
Explanation of where hotel entrance is, would help when arriving by car.
Design of the hotel & Location No internet in stable operation which a major drawback for business and others
The modern, spacious feel of the hotel and the good food on offer. Its location! Impossible to work out the route to the hotel from either map or GPS. Utterly confusing when arriving from the A68 motorway. One ridiculously small sign pointing to the hotel car park in a street 50 m away. I saw municipal police slapping tickets on cars parked on the forecourt outside - a warning notice would have been useful; Is this how Zaragoza plans to welcome visitors to Expo next year?
Friendly staff, location, good rooms. Access to the hotel, paid Internet should be free.
the rooms were clean and adequately furnished, and the staff very friendly and helpful the restaurant menu was uninteresting and very limited in choice
Extremely distinctive building which is fortunate as sat nav is almost useless due to massive re-development and re-routing of roads nearby. Ultra modern hotel which has all essential facilities. Very hepful staff. A good 30 minuite walk from the old town through not the most desirable area!
It´s a new hotel and next to the expo at the rush hours check in check out no enough staff
Very close to EXPO 2008 in Zaragoza. Hotel has its own parking spaces. Personal attention to the clients by the hotel staff. Design and the colour combination used in the room,
excellent hotel, everything perfect, big quiet room, good infrastructure, helpful, professional staff, very good breakfast. very close to two supermarkets.
Because Zaragoza is a permanent cinstruction site for the 2008 EXPO, the Hotel is situated right in te middle of this chaos.
The hotel and room were clean and bright, and everything was as advertised -- cheerful and modern.
Modern well equiped rooms, helpful staff, good underground car park Not easy to find for the first time, should improve when the Convention centre and roads are finished
Nice employees the restaurant is more a luxurious fast food than a real restaurant
