It was fine for a cheap place to stay. The staff was nice- check in was pretty straight forward. The room was very simple but clean enough. Beds were comfortable and towels were clean. TV did not work well. The Windows offer now privacy. The area is a little desolate. The guests are not the most reassuring.
Very kind and helpful staff, rooms have a very pleasant appearance Location was in ano unsafe neighborhood, ants in carpets, stains on carpet.
The water in the toilet ran constantly. I closed the door to the bathroom and couldn't hear it afterwards. Forgot to mention it when I checked out.
There were two beds, one if which was convex and not usable. When you turn on the bathroom light, it made a loud noise as I think the heat fan was broken. The room smelled like old pinesol, and really unpleasant. We stayed two nights, and no staff came to clean our room. The Days Inn was one of the cheaper options, and the old maxim you get what you pay for is certainly true. If I could go back in time and pay the extra $100 for something nicer, it would have been money well spent.
We where very disappointed in the hotel. It was noisy and in the slum part of town... mostly what stayed there where construction types... I called Kayak however, they said there was nothing they could do for us... which pissed us off... we checked out early and had to pay for another room.... we did not belong there! No refund... blew our budget because of it.... not happy! :(
Upon arrival I had some complications with my reservation and payment method. The front desk was patient and accommodating which was a huge help to me. I found a dirty hand towel folded and hung as though it were clean, the coffee offered in the room had dust on the packaging, the air conditioner worked although the knob was broken. Be wary of the nearby shopping center with sometimes observable "sketchy" behavior.
Zero Old small bed, felt springs. Rude staff. Tiny bathroom. Had to stand in tub to shut the door.
