The hotel itself and the room. Nice location and large well appointed room.
The room was comfortable, well appointed with excellent bathroom. Hotel gave easy access to 'Old Town' and to the venue I was in Warsaw to attend. Breakfast in hotel too expensive.
Central location for the old town, excellent rooms and efficient staff. lovely open air breakfast area. Minor observation that the upper rooms have rather small windows because of the old nature of the building. This makes the rooms somewhat dark during the daylight hours
Great service and staff
The comfort of the bed as well as the bathroom. Also, the complimentary water was appreciated. Lack of air flow.
The staff and the location were perfect. I loved the bathroom and the modern feel and cleanliness of the hotel. It was a little too quiet. The seating set up on the front patio didn't see to say"come and sit awhile".
Very nice hotel with high level of quality. Good location within old town. Not too big. Facilities were close to 5 star but small things were not at that level. Cleaning staff walked into my room early in the morning (8.15) when I was still sleeping. Toilet & shower room was cold. Water was not running well away from the bath-tab. Breakfast was ok but not 5 stars level.
The location and ratings helped me choose this hotel. It is just inside the old city with ancient walls and fun venues. Not a thing.
Beautiful, comfortable rooms-bathrooms were amazing (heated towels racks, marble, etc); Rooms were extremely quite and the staff were exceptional! I will definitely look for this brand of hotel as I travel throughout Europe all the time. The best hotel by far out of all 5 stars on this trip between Warsaw, Krakow, and Prague. Perfect!-Only regret was not looking into this brand of hotel for Prague. The hotel reception had helped us with our train ticket and printed off itinerary info. with the train that you make a reservation for a seat and to pay at the station. It ended up it was the wrong train and we (me and my mom)had to stand for 3- 1/2 hours plus on our train to Krakow. I don't know what happened, and it may have been a website error, but it ended up being an experience to talk about and we had some great local flavor and met some great Polish people-it was up close and personal!
Very quiet and relaxed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really nice visit.
Great location for touring around the old city. Close to shops, restaurants. Also near the river and lovely park.
The position of the hotel was excellent
The hotel is located near the center so you can walk to main sightseeings. The room is big and clean. The staff is proactive and attentive. There is a cute bar in the lobby that is opened 24 hours a day.
Rooms were big enough, good location to metro and walking distance to city attractions. Good value for money!
The staff were friendly, rooms clean and bed beyond comfortable! I missed having a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room. A fridge would have been nice too, but could manage without the fridge. Morning coffee in bed would have allowed this to feel a)like home, b)luxurious. Also - the bench seat was serviceable but there was no comfortable seating other than a desk chair in the room. Would have been nice to sit in an armchair of sorts.
The room minimal, simple design.
The hotel is a nice place to stay if you want to tour the old city. I liked the cleanliness and the friendly staff.
Easy access to the old town
nice staff, good bar, spacious room, big bed, garage, easy to reach
Visiting historic Warsaw.Marius organised a taxi to take us to Treblinka. Very kind
very quiet and privacy first time i was in a hotel where my bed wasnt done everyday :-)
The rooms were very clean, it is located a short walk from the old town. The bathroom had a sewer odor, we had to close the door the whole time, Breakfast too expensive.
The 24 hour bar/cafe.
