It is pretty convenient to the city and transport. Rooms are very clean and the air conditioing makes them very comfortable I thought the lack of coffee making facilities was a problem and the single rooms are very small
The cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed me to have an early check-in, around 8 am, with no extra costs and they kept my baggage for 8 hours after check out, without any problem. The hotel is not very close to the center, but it can be found very easy and also the distance to the center can be walked. Quite and safe area. The single room was too small. No indication about internet or swimming pool. The TV in the room was too small and the remote control did not work. Only one small soap and a small shampoo envelope in the bathroom and for the second I should ask. For sure this is not a 4 stars hotel.
Kind staff. Good localisation. Clean. Breakfast is so-so. No indication of the swimming pool. A picture of the building is misleading - the hotel occupies two floors, there are some businesses in the building as well. A double room was very small.
Accessible from Mariahilferstrasse and public transport Not applicable
Very nice staff!
Brillant staff - helpful at every opportunity. Good location.
location, staff, very clean room.
Location, staff helpfulness
The staff was extremely helpful, kind and proper. Excellent breakfast with ham, fruits, cheese, espresso coffee and more.
The lady at the reception was extremely kind and gave us every possible info on how to get where, which not only proved exact but extremely precious. A 15 minutes' walk to the very heart of Vienna, very well connected by public transportation We had chosen this hotel so our 3-year-old daughter could have something fun to do in the evening, namely swimming: unfortunately the swimming pool was not heated and water temperature was way below comfort, she refused to bathe a second time after we had tried. I couldn't blame her, it was icy cold! Also, on our second day we had to queue for a breakfast table, because all were taken - you'd better go downstairs a little earlier than 9.00.
The staff were great. They had a great beakfast and they had other great customers that were fun to talk to in the morning. The table in the breakfast is not big enough for all the rooms to have breakfast in the morning. Also it would be nice to get our own coffee.
Apparently, there's a lot of the same establishments in different locations. I've booked for the one at the countryside but got the city instead which was actually quite good. Its about 8 mins walk to the train station and its 4 stops away from town of Stephensplatz - which is fantastic. Its an apartment. Good for long stays....Washing machine is available which is great. Bed is too soft and the configuration is not ideal...Unfortunately didn't sleep too well...
easy axcess to the city Internet did not work
Good position near the city center Pension is situated on a very busy street
Good location in the center of Vienna, near University and underground station, and very helpful staff.
As I arrived —really— late in the evening (I called in the afternoon the hostel to inform about that), I really appreciated that someone was waiting for me to give me the keys of my room.
The location is good. The Underground station is very close to the Pension( the owners of the hotel dislike calling their acomodation a hotel) The other neans of transport (bus 40A. trams) are also at your disposal. Breakfast was rather poor. They didn't cnange the sheets at all during a week and the towels smelled.
The hotel has a good location, and you can easily walk to the center. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpfu in any way they canl, and spoke good English. Moreover, the hotel is just a few minutes walk from Schottentor metrostation (U2). I had a very pleasant stay here. --
Very good location only 10 min to Wiena center, good breakfast, very nice staff, clean rooms.
People were friendly and honest and did there best to please us! I would give them "A" for effort! The signage on the hotel is so small it can not be seen from across the street. the sign for the hotel is 12" X 6" posted only at the door. The internet access is the hotels reception computer and is needed for booking people in and out. Using it was inconvienent for all, with plenty of interuption so they can make transations
location near to old city
Very good location, hotel staff was very kind. The room was not very big but clean and comfortable, OK for one person.
It's a modest accommodation, located very close to Votivkirche ( a great location). It is self-service, so you may never see any staff the whole time you're there. This is a budget-conscious facility.
It is a good place for young couples. Good value for money. Perfect location.
It's easy to get food and shopping around.
Room very clean, big, quiet and very well furnished. Central location. Very good price. There is no reception, and check-in can be complicated.
The location is perfect. WiFi. Calm street. When taking shower, it is nearly impossible not splash the water around bathroom. If your neighbours are noisy, you will hear them. We were in two, but had one key only.
Quiet street in the center of Vienna, large and clean room with privet WC, shower, hairdryer, free of charge mobile phone (local calls) which can be used out of the pension and even something like a road set with threads, needles, etc.
Excellent location in the city cente, budget price, kitchen.
its very comfortably located, and quiet the cell phone provided is outrageously expensive you might want to buy some cheap sim card for your stay if you plan on using the phone.
Non-expensive, good location. Could be good for big student company - it was 6 places their. Rather old furniture, There is good place for little kitchen but kitchen is absent.
