overall, we had a great stay - very convenient location close to shops/restaurants and the city of arts and sciences. Very easy to get to the city centre or the beach by bus. excellent value for money.
There is not much to fault here. There is a ''cafeteria'' in the downstairs lobby, but it is a bit funny - you have to buzz and hope somebody will show up and the selection there is quite limited. Some of the staff were friendly, others not so much which is a shame. the location of the sockets in our room didn't make much sense.

It’s a great hotel in a fab & convenient location.
The line (or Q) on a Friday afternoon for reception was quite long & took over 20 minutes to get to the front. The parking is a bit of a rip-off as the hotel is located at a shopping centre therefore you have to use the public paid parking & if they’re for a long weekend - can be very expensive indeed!

Great Location
This is a modern and comfortable hotel located on the top floors of a shopping center. So there is plenty of choices for restaurants. I highly recommend renting a bike form the hotel to take advantage of a vast bike path which is part of nearby L'oceanogràfic and the City of Arts and Sciences.
Although the entrance and the lobby give you a feeling for a 4-star stay, I must say the room-furnishing is fairly basic without giving me much to talk about.
