Such an amazing place to stay in Ubud ! Very quite and very luxury! The staff make you feel very special.

beautiful place, architecture, view, room, decor. visually it was amazing. the greenhouse was interesting. in the end, it was just the view and nothing else besides.
other than a few senior staff, the others were yes-men who didn't follow through. you would call front desk and ask for something and then have to ask again a few more times. the food was mediocre or at least didn't match the rest of the hotel. frankly, for the price, I thought I'd be getting more.
The views were incredible. The villas were very clean and refined. They were stunning and they considered all the details.

The Viceroy Bali is located in Ubud, Bali and only five minutes from the center of the city. The hotel is located at about an hours’ drive from Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport or guests can reach the airport in 12 minutes using the private helipad at the hotel. This family-owned and operated hotel is air-conditioned and offers a total of 25 well-appointed villas to choose from.
The villas at this hotel are more than a single room and operate as a home away from home. There are pool suites, terrace villas, deluxe terrace villas, vice-regal villas, and viceroy villas. Each villa comes with a daily a la carte breakfast and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. Evening turndown service is provided along with around the clock room service. The suites include 49” flat-screen televisions with satellite channels, Bower & Wilkins speakers, and espresso coffee machines with coffee pods.
Guests have access to two on-site restaurants. Aperitif Restaurant & Bar is a fine-dining restaurant that has a whole host of dishes on the menu from around the world. Cascades Restaurant offers both casual and fine dining options including classic modern dishes and Bali-inspired cuisine. Several other dining options are available in the area including Liap Liap, Fu Shou Noodle Club, Gangga Coffee, and Muse Café & Art.
The hotel has activities for guests to enjoy including yoga, cooking classes, cycling, and massages. There are also many tours leaving the hotel from the Bali Bird Park to the Petulu Village Tour, coffee plantation tour, and Elephant Safari Park tour.
