I like the location alot since it was near everything where I wanted to go.
Nothing really, the room was smaller than expected but the bed was comfy.

The robot delivering our towels! It was a fun experience to watch the robot deliver the towel to your front door and bid you farewell with a song. The phone call to let us know that it has arrived was totally uncalled for though. The bed was cool too!

The location of the hotel is very prime, at the heart of Orchard Road shopping district, easy to go to anywhere in Singapore as the MRT Orchard station is just a short walking distance. The facilities inside the hotel room is very comprehensive despite the tiny space of the room. Moreover, the bed is very comfortable and clean. I had a very good sleep for 2 nights of my stay in this hotel room. There are swimming pool and gym facilities too for relaxing. Furthermore, the unique thing in this hotel is they provide 2 robots to deliver your toiletries request as well as towels and mineral water bottles. It is very awesome.
The space of the room is too tiny, however this has been covered by the comprehensive facilities provided inside the room. Nothing more that I don't like from this hotel, it is an awesome hotel.
