Spacious, conveniently located near, but far enough from the noise and crowd of the Naama Bay; courteous staff. The rooms (at least the one I stayed in) are in need of immediate renovation. The upholstry was unbelievably worn and grimy, polish and paint are faded and peeling.
Yes!, the hotel is big and a golf car is needed to move from the room to the enterance of the hotel and vice versa
I like location ,the beach, reception was so friendly specially Abdelfattah and Mina ,breakfast was very good I enjoyed and will go again Housekeeping was slaw to respond
The room was spacy but the hotel denied to give us ground floor, although there were rooms available The hotel has problems in electricity and hot water supply. The safety box is out of order. The hotel room has no internet for apple
The layout of the buildings, nice to walk around resort. Hotel is older and needs to be refurbished. Breakfast finishes to early at 11am. when you make it to breakfast, you realize its not good (very poor quality), the shower head in bathroom was very bad, our sink kept clogging, the fridge of mini bar very poor, not cold and dirty, the electronic door lock brokedown on us once, couldnt get back into our room at 3am, had to wait for someone to come, it took them 25 min, if you dont have a no distrub sign, house keeping staff or maintenance personel knock on your door as early as 8h30am, if you dont answer the first time, they keep on knocking forever unti you answer the door, quality of room sercvice food is poor, no ice machine, when we ordered ice bucket from room service, they charged us.
The room was confortable. The location in Naama Bay was good. The service and overall the staff I interacted with was a disaster. To mention some examples:1) One tried to sell me drugs, 2) I was refused the pool towels twice and the other two times they arrived one hour late, 3) Time for ordering drinks by the pool unacceptable. And other annoying things. We complained very loud and will never recommend that hotel to anybody.
Location and facilities of hotel are excellent. Staff very helpful. Good variety of meals available each evening. Plenty of pools to choose from depending on if you are a family or a couple. All inclusive stated you were allowed water, wine or beer with your meal on an evening, however you had to request by the glass and sometimes waited for 15 minutes before you were served.
the swimmingpool the room was far away from the entrance of the hotel .. and there is no golf car to transport you
The hotel staff were exceptional.
I like the meal times. The fact that meals are available throughout the day. The pool bar was nice. The room itself was nice and the beds were comfortable. Made for a good nites sleep. My room key was deactivated on my second day. I had to go back to the receptionist to rekey it. There were no washcloths in my room upon arriving. Had to wait an hour to receive some.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was OK, but not great. The variety of fruit was poor during breakfast, and the snacks were not overly healthy. And I'm not quite sure why it was so difficult to get a reservation at the Italian restaurant.
The beach and snorkeling off the beach. The food - we both had mild food poisoning during our stay. Not a great selection, and quite repetitive.
The resort is excellent! We stayed in the new side, beautiful pool and rooms. Our room was a Deluxe Family with a separate living room. Also great diving there as the other side of the resort is right by the red sea. Great place to relax. It's also a 5m walk to the Soho square. Many places to eat, considering is an All Inclusive, however the food is only ok, not that great dining experience. We found that many hotel staff didn't speak the bare minimum English.
The hotel staff were very friendly, always willing to help. Very clean, large rooms with a lovely balcony and a great view of the pool. Lots of choice of food some of which was cooked fresh in front of you. Would recommend staying in the new 'deluxe' side of the hotel which is where we stayed, as the swimming pools were great and the accommodation was lovely.
The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms are very nice, the hotel has a quiet atmosphere, located right at the beach, it has great facilities, excellent food outlets. a bit expensive.
The staff were excellent, any queries were dealt with promptly, everyone was very friendly and efficient.
It was great ! We are so amazing time during stay in the hotel. Also the location is very close to the beautiful beach which so fantastic!!! Which was 2 problems, 1st is for the internet in the room. No internet connection eventhough connect to PC. Also staff come to room to change the cable but no signal. Please maintain the infrastracture! 2nd is the greeting! May be it is relayted with the culture ? Nobody smile and greetings ! Very surprised !
The staff were wonderful, the location fantastic! All was great!
Very good hotel . Location is excellent few steps to the beach & 10 Minutes walking to naama center where evrything is there espcialy nightlife,Coffees,Resturants . Hotel staff are very friendly and obliging the bed was Comfortable and clean . hotel food is not that good but its ok as long as you are in naama bay where you can find a lot of place to eat . we enjoyed our stay & if I will go back I will stay at Hilton Fayrouz Nothing
The hotel location was perfict and near the beach The breackfast resturant need some care
The staff was great and accommodating, location to the beach and resturants was even better!
The hotel was really nice and the pools were beautiful. There isn't much beach access. The hotel picture makes it look like there is ample beach space but in actuality there isn't much beach. The majority of guests are Ukrainian so the hotel seems to cater to them. Which meant blasting annoying pop music by the pool at 10am. My room wasn't even in that vicinity but I could hear the music.
Spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent service and reception staff. Good fitness and pool area. Great value for money.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The selection of facilities was very good as an example you had a choice of beach, sea water pool or fresh water pool. In addition the "Dive Centre" was well run and the staff very knowledgeable.
My family enjoyed especially the animation program that held every evening,The funcilar made our life easier and accessible. The hotel furniture is worn out I think they need to do rennovations for the rooms, beds, chairs......
We liked the pool and the view, the breakfast was ok but not great. The telefrike was conveniant but did not work the all the time. The hotel staff was terrible, they obviously did not like to serve Egyptians there and were rudely asking for additional tips any chance they got. Whatever enjoyment we had at the hotel was ruined by the Staff's incompetance and non professional manners. They also looked down upon Egyptian lady guests which should not be tolerated at a Hilton Hotel.
They offer free internet on the beach and pool area The staff wasn't helpful
Near to the center of the night life
No Internet in the Room
The design of the hotel is very nice, Friendly staff and the activities during Eid was great... None
the room viwe although i thought i booked ofr the beach side service was too bad and very very very i mean very slow.
The terraced rooms afforded great views of the Gulf of Aqaba. Friendly staff were most accomodating to my personal needs.
I had a very bad experince in Novotel Sharm El-Sheikh, as the hotel staff dosen't give any privacy for you even in your room, even you put the sign of do not destirbe and the hotel staff open the room door and broke your privacy, I hope BOOKING.com can help me to get the answer about what happend during my stay, I reported to the shirft manger about what happend to me and he promised to get back to me and he never do so,
Nice design of the rooms, nice landscaping, relaxing pools, beautiful beach... Security Staff very annoying and does not respect the guest...
Nothing the worst experience of my life the worst experience of my life, bad management, reception was unhelpful, they complained and were rude, waited 4 hours just to check in, they didn't offer even water, and it was almost 50C temperature, I actually left the next day
The pool The check in proses took a long time and we got a room on the back side of the road and not on the front beach side
the spa,the design of the hotel, the breakfastand the staff are friendly the beach is small and the sea sports were expensive compairing with other hotels
It is avery good hotel for for a family it fit all ages . The food is not bad but it is not so good .
Events on the sea more
everything is fantastic when i the currency prices exchange make me pay more than booking site. i should pay by doller.
Great scenery, beautiful weather and nice location.
Underwater beauty, position, facilities. It took 45 minutes to check-in for two families at 2 AM, where nobody other than us, with 3 front desk members available. Yet another 30 minutes for the additional bed arrangement.
I want to say that when we arrived to hotel there was only 1 room for us instead 2 reserved rooms. And i had no notification about it before!
Breakfast, location, facilities, organised, cleaniness, flexibility of front desk: on day 1 were not able to give us the room we booked but after the first night booked us into a familiy suit, bigger what we booked Limo service poor, hagging by spa staff on the beach, Aqua Bar has some constant noise from underneath the pesestrian bridge (pumps?), disco at nearby lighthouse noisy (not every night though), food tend to be overpirced and boring at hotel restaurants
The price was great for a short stay. The hotel has a nice location on the water. You can rent snorkel gear, get in the water at the hotel, and see amazing Red Sea aqua life.
Location I did not like the value for the money I paid. It was supposed to be a delux sea view room. There was nothing delux about it; and the sea view ... yes, I got a picaboo sea view, certainly not worth almost $200 per night. I also did not like that, when I was checking out, the receptionist tried to shortchange me for LE 100.
We enjoyed the swimming pools and beach area and loved the garden setting and look of the resort. The family suite was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and generally very helpful. As a family with two children including a baby we found it difficult negotiating the steps every day with a pram especially at night - as the resort caters to families we would have expected ramps to access all areas not just some areas. The family suite contained a lovely kitchen but was totally empty of plates, cutlery etc which seemed a bit strange.
climate bathroom and boring menus
The staff was very friendly trying their best to please their Guests in well behaved manner. This indicates that they well trained to do so and also it is the culture of the in house to achieve customer satisfaction. Trivial incident, we attended an evening event (Bedouin Night) which was not at Renaissance standard (This excludes the folkloric Tanoura the actor was so good and also the food).
Lovely location and grounds, spacious rooms, with good onsite options of recreation - snorkelling, diving and parasailing, decent choice of restaurants can be more professional on offsite tour arrangements - such as glass boat rides on naama bay (our driver was late by 30 minutes to pick us), and Mt Sinai climb at night (the guide turned up without any lights!). The shuttles to Naama bay needs to be hourly and complimentary.
I liked best during my stay: all staff was trying to serve and help in a professional way that I have never seen before, simply they are very helpful and polite
Snorkeling on beach Internet not work on all rooms,WiFi failure ,type of foods not on the same level of five star hotel ,poor launch ,all times
Our stay was so great and nice , excelent services and stuff . Non
Excellent resort for young couple, Swimming pool & jazuzzi awesome.. Room cleanies & different styles done by them on quilt was very good.. Colour combination done in the room is very good..
The position, facilities and weather Unreliability of room servicing and incidence of stomach problems
Food is very good Staff were friendly The pool should be heated but it wasn't although the weather was cold. Ther was no baby sitter for babies under 1year
The overall service is very good, all the staff comes round to greet and smile often, things get done fairly quickly upon request. The natural and beautiful coral reef at the doorstep is a big selling point for this property as well as the floral and fauna landscaping. complimentary wifi is a huge plus but it is only at the lobby so the description on your website about wifi in the room is incorrect The property can deal with some upgrade as the furnishing looks a little dated
good location Reception Staff was not friendly and not helpful
Good location to those who enjoy beach and sun. The royal club room where I stayed was comfortable and I liked it.
Mainly swimming in the daytime and shopping at night The fact that there were royal rooms available but the manager refused to give them to us when we asked for an upgrade despite the fact that we were more than willing to pay the extra. We only got the room when we booked through your website.
the best thing is the location and the view cleaness
Service is poor, staff lousy and lousy food
In the heart of Naama Bay Staff should be more friendly
Location of the hotel; nice view once we got a decent room No hot water for 6 days; poor water pressure throughout; lack of response for service requests
The only thing Iliked was the perfect location, beautiful beach & wonderful activities on the beach for all ages by animation team. The room was nice clean but the toilet is very small hardly can turn inside, I bang the door several times. Some of the staff has no manners & need to have courses in customer relation skilles. Also the food was very poor fue itemes from ala card can be eaten.
location close to all services There're much of bugs and the room far from the door of the hotel.
Excellent location and large rooms. Top floors rooms have magnificent views. Excellent beach facility. The hotel caters to large groups and does not look after as it should individual travelers like my wife and me. The breakfast buffet is a disaster - little fruit and slow service to replenish items. There is no restaurant serving food a la carte in the evening.
some of the staff the dont know how to to deal withh the cusstomer and they are not good with them
1. Big comfortable appartment 2. Nice big swimming pool 1. Food and service - breakfast wasn't impressive, a-la-carte and buffet were expensive and not at all value for money. Servers at Al Forno italian restaurant were irritating. 2. Long way to the beach - only by bus completely overcrowded in the morning. 3. Room service - not bad, but we noticed that once the housekeeper didn't change towels but just put one accurately like it was a new one. 4. Reception - a man at the reception told me there is no computer with internet access at the hotel. However it was one, I found it just before check out. Still when I urgently needed internet I had to go to Naama Bay and search it all over.
Every thing is wonderful, room, swimming pool and food,If you plan to visit Sharm dont miss this hotel. none
Large and clean rooms.. beautiful swimming pool. the meals there are over priced..
Spacious rooms and bathroom. Very competetive price. Magi and Mustafa are very helpful persons and have smily face all time for help. The staff at the reception needs to be very helpful and stop saying call me after 5 or 10 min. I understand they are under pressure but customers needs to be helped promptly. The hotel is far away from the center but there are free transport from hotel to neama bay and to the beach. The hotel beach is not for kids since there is no sand beach, it goes 8 meter deep directly.
Luxory room with all the facilities.Very clean, comfortable bed, spacious & fantastic service.Beautiful view with good food.I recomend to anybody.Infact thinking to come back again Unable to use the beach/public beach is rather small
The hotel is very romantic and very quite . Help you to be more relax as all the facilities of the hotel is available at any time .
The staff was excellent. More than one staff member went out of their way to be helpful. It is out of the way. The grounds were ok but then it is the desert.
Poor staff .. Need some customer service courses. The food in Pensinsula Restaurant are limited & took them ages to provide coffee cups. The staff was (races) means that they treat (Blonde) guests better than Arabs.
good F&B service team, food taste was good also the variety was fair Front office team was not up to the standards, i had to wait about 45 minutes for my luggage pickup, show at last day of my stay was so weird and i commented this to font office manager who agreed, maintenance at room very poor also quality of room amenities, simply it is a hotel i will use for emergency
Excellent location right by Raz Umm Sid, a prime snorkeling spot. Wind not an issue bc it faces south. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Tons of food all day long plus bars open all day (all inclusive). Mostly family-oriented. The restaurant staff were rather rude most of the time. The place was a bit noisy with so many children around. Other than that, it was a good 3-star resort on the beach.
really every thing there its more than excellent nothing
It was very nice for kids and relaxation we had a good time . They charged me extra money however my reservation was for 2 adults+2 kids for each room
the warm feeling of the hotel and their staff
Good staff, excellent location, clean room. We found much more than expected.
Only the pool They let me wait for 3 hrs at the help desk area to check my reservation. They are doing maintanance aat the hotel so it was bothering since the bazar was closed and you have to go out of hotel - to the market - to get anything
Good location, courteous staff & meals were included in the package. Everything was within the resort right from the swimming pool to the beach. So you can enjoy your entire day within the resort. Apart from the children policy which was misleading for the room which I booked, everything was fantastic. We had booked 2 rooms, a Double Saver & Superior Family Room (2 Adults + 2 Children). The website clearly stated that Children below 12 stays free of charge using the existing bedding. My son is 5 years old and they conveyed upon check-in that in Double Saver Room child cannot stay with us as per the hotel policy which is quite absurd. So they charged me US $ 100, as per the other room policy (1 child stays free and other is charged 50% of the room rate) which I had booked for a friend of mine. On reaching the Double Saver Room, it was quite spacious and the irony of life is that my son was with us throughout our stay in the hotel, so I strongly believe that I should not be charged anything extra.
Very pleasant staff It is too spaced out and not enough entertainment in the evenings
nothing, is not at all 5 stars level.the website is not matching at all with the reality.please take care on the further because this experience is unacceptable. is not that i was expected.the quality of the room, the service in general, ....on the reception nobody was speaking english.
I liked the pool view, water sports, the stretching sessions, the free dinner shows, and the horse riding. As a 5 stars hotel, the rooms were really big but it could be more decorated with a bigger TV.
Snorkelling & private beach. Proximity to Soho square. Free transfer to and from airport. Free shuttle bus to and from Nama Bay (need to reserve early in day). Rooms are a little dated but clean and acceptable. Star rating is based on facilities (footie pitch, riding paddock, beach etc) rather than the quality of food or rooms which I'd rank as a good 3 star hotel. Staff always play the "We have no change" con so make sure you have correct money, charge it to room or pay by card.
The beach part of the hotel Noise of plains because in front of airport, cleanness of room
The pools and beach were lovely and the snorkeling just of the beach was fantastic. The airport transfer was very convenient and there were lots of facilities and activities available. Due to the size of the hotel some of the service was disappointing. It can take a while to check-in and out, there don't seem to be enough waiting staff and some of our requests through room service were simply ignored or forgotten. While these aspects were frustrating we still enjoyed our stay. Note that there are two separate hotels which is not clear from the website. One is next to the beach and the other is accross the road next to the airport.
rooms clean, lots of sports activities I booked a king size bed at sharm hotel and was offered two single beds that were joined together to form a king size bed and same thing happened at Cair, helliopiles hotel and when I asked for room change I was told that hotel is fully booked
excellent hotel, nice swimming pool and wonderful beach. Tax is high almost 24% per day.
Personnel was customer-oriented and friendly, location was also good - in the middle of the bay, few steps from SOHO square, so there was a place where you could walk outside the hotel The room was quite old and a bit scuffed, the territory was not impressive. The hotel has only two restaurants.
The View of hotel Food
We liked the view of the sea from our room and the location of the hotel, being beachfront was very convenient. We ordered room service the first day we were there. We had to send our pizza back twice as both times the topping had slid right off whilst being carried. In the end we cancelled our room service order and asked for it to be taken off our room bill. We did not enjoy the amount of the people and would choose to stay at a smaller resort next time. The music was loud and intrusive day and night!
The location of this hotel is good, big rooms in a main building. Very good service and food in Italian restoran "Portofino". Cleanliness of the room and timely clean up was an issue, hotel staff is far from being a service oriented.
nothing too far from everything
Resort side rooms need to s too much of reforms and attention
every thing no
view . spacious rooms toilets . shower too small and spilling water outside badly
The room was very nice. The breakfast was very good and the Lebanese restaurant also. The staff was very friendly. There is a shuttle bus (No charge) from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the Naama Bay every day (at 16:00,19:00 and 20:00).In the sea there are many corals and there is a platform where you can swim but 7 meters depth!Excelent for snorkeling! There is a charge for 0.6 euro for every room service(I just ask for ice) even in the price I've already pay for service. If you charge the room from bars or restaurant you pay an extra 2%.
i like the view and luxury i don`t like complicated of transportation to out side the hotel ,the staff not supported all the time , our room not cleaned permanently from house keeper .attitude problem at some sectors like restaurant.
The landscape and greenery vast color of flowers in bloom wasn't what i expected,
the best thing is the green areas in the place it was great there should be a maintenance company responsible for the place it is missi and as a civil engineer worked in maintenance of palaces in gulf area so i figered out a lot of non profficional work that is taking place !! so many minor changes should take place
it is a very big hotel nice location, good diving center. all the staff were in their world.there was no small changes from the most of the shops.it was a big problem
the aqwa park Noise, Furniture, Claining
Nothing. this was the most generic hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was terrible.
I chose superior room and it was indeed a beautiful room. WIFI Internet didn't function all the time and staff was pretty indifferent about it.
From the moment we arrived, my friend and I were treated wonderfully. Stepping from our taxi (it only takes approx 15 minutes to/from airport to reach hotel), our suitcases were taken from us and we were led to reception. Booking in went very smoothly, especially with the help of Mohammed (Ali) and his excellent customer service skills. We were made to feel very welcome and that nothing would be too much trouble (also look out for Wagdy on reception, he too is really very helpful indeed!!). Once registration was complete we were taken to our room by the porter, who also transported our luggage for us, a nice touch I thought. The room: Whilst it could be said that it was a little tired, our room was large and very clean. It came equipped with a safe (free of charge), mini fridge (empty), tv and a hairdryer in the bathroom (don't bother taking your own, the hotel's are perfectly adequate) and all rooms have either a balcony or veranda. Towels were changed daily and if we so desired, our bed linen too, otherwise its done every three days. We found our room facilities perfectly acceptable for the amount of time we were in there. Swimming Pools: There are two main pools (one heated throughout winter) and the aqua park. Although we didn't use the aqua park, others did and had a great time on the slides. There's plenty of sunloungers and towel hire cards are given to you on arrival. You exchange the cards for towels and you can change your towels as many times as you like throughout the day. We didn't use the beach facilities, but we did take a walk down there on a couple of occasions. There is a shuttle service, but its only a ten minute walk at most, even for the slowest of walkers amongst you. The beach is shingle but sunloungers are provided. There is also a bar there for the use of guests staying all-inclusive at the Park Inn and it serves drinks and snacks. At this time of year all meals are served in the main dining room. N/A
The room was very clean, comfortable and nice. The pools and the aqua park were great. Staff was good. The food (except for the bbq).
the staff was very good & the facilites that the hotel made was very good the locatian not very good ,because it's not on the side of the beach
The staff is really very friendly . the timing of the meals , it was very close that I did not feel hungry to enjoy the food .
kids liked the waves pool it is second line no see view and the gave me for the fairst night a very old and far swet insted of tow rooms the resiption was very bad
nice hotel staff...hotel was nice lack of night time entertament
the worest food i ever had mainly catered for russians, even the beverages are so local they put classic cola instead of coca cola wich taste is so bad, you will find nothing to eat or drink and take care of the houskeeping because they could open the door easily while you are sleeping
