Whilst not as central as we would have liked, the hotels staff and facilities were excellent. The only draw back is the location. As we were only there for 2 days it would have been better to have stayed in a hotel closer to the City centre. However a hotel of this quality would have been much more expensive in the City Centre, so maybe the balance was right?
Friendliness and comform
the relaxing atmosphere the food menu
Not much Nearly everything. First and foremost, it is a convention and meetings hotel, and as such, caters to large groups. As a result, the single guest gets relegated to the back of the line in terms of service. Our problems included: Our safe was not working when we checked in. The air conditioner kept the temperature at a humid 78 degrees. The internet connection did not work. The only concierge worked limited hours. The breakfast that we were promised on our reservation was not provided. The floor of the rooms was filthy. We left one day early because our experience was so poor. We negotiated our way out of the hotel at a reduced price due to all our problems. Also, as an aside, it is a 40 minute walk to the downtown area and any sites.
Fantastic hotel, comfortable, efficient staff, lovely buffet breakfast. Our junior suite was amazing. One of the best hotels,... would stay at this hotel again.
Very good value for money. Very comfortable hotel and very helpful staff Like many hotels in Spain, there are no tea/coffee making faclities
The room service and facilities were excellent. Lacked the evening dining facilities for the rest of the hotel quality.
the breakfast was great. this is not a 4star hotel.but for a 3 star hotel was very good.
we found the hotel to be very clean and the furnishings exquisite , the grounds were well maintained .Thankyou for a nice stay. We found the international restaurant not very good value for money.
The staffs and owner were very friendly. Because of the taxi strike, the ower took us to the station by her own car. We were so much appreciated! The place is outside of city. It takes 15 mits by taxi. There are nice restaurants ( 2 of them?) very close to this hotel. Heater did not working effectually in the room. Breakfast could have been better.
Small family-run hotel: modern, stylish, comfortable, quiet. Lots of advice and help from the owner. Flexible service. I look forward to returning when the orange trees that line the streets of the Heliopolis district are blossoming. No.
The minimalist and modern atmosphere but nevertheless warm ambiance, the location in a quiet area of 1930's houses and the kindness of the owner and her staff the lack of swimming pool :-(
Terrace and decoration are nice Rooms are very small and noisy
Excellent experience. The design of the hotel was beautiful and the service was amazing. The little touches here and there (like the daily handwritten poems on the bed) made the whole experience even better! Everything was perfect!
Quit location... almost empty hotel having booked two rooms. No elevator .. you have to take you packs up to the second floor (no help from staff). No mini bar or fridge in the rooms (40° c outside)! No English, French, German, Dutch speaking host. (only one person in the hotel !). Does not deliver what is expected and looks tired/run out.
Great location in wonderful quiet neighborhood and still very close to the sights of Seville. Hostess extremely helpful in all aspects of hospitality and ready to help with anything. Spanish breakfast a bit rudimenatry, but that's normal
Unique location, nicely restored building, stylish interior, hotel manager was very helpful (thanks Carmen) No mini-bar, small bed, no pool
An atmosphere of discreet and great hospitality. The design is elegant and modern. It`s cleanliness cannot be beaten. This small hotel is a gem and I my rating is AAA+. No complaints at all.
