Mostly good
Lovely staff, beautiful hotel, vety good location with lots of great places to eat nearby. Not too far from the cathedral.
Incredibly noisy! Got very little sleep during the stay.

This hotel fine but the decor is cold and souless (as was the receptionist) and frankly this makes the experience like a holiday in a funeral home. Business travel only I would suggest.

The room was spacious, clean and cool. The staff were helpful. We could pull in right next to the hotel to drop our bags. It was quite attractive and not too far from the town centre.
It was very difficult to find and driving in Seville was a nightmare and we had to pay for parking. The bathroom was dark, and badly decorated (in black). In our room the water from the shower leaked everywhere and made it damp. The laundry service was very expensive but efficient.

Pitty that there was no real restaurant (although the food was fine - choice being somewhat limited). Rather dark rooms, due to the structure of the (nice) building.
