The check-in and check-out was very bad due to a lack of attention by the staff of this hotel.
I did stayed at this hotel before the name changed to Bourbon. Now, is nothing to be liked in my opinion. At this price? This is my last time. Thank you.

close to airport not sure if it deserves 4 star rating, probably 3 star more appropriate
convenience to my needs, just a layover for the weekend that allowed me to work. No complaints, however, 2 items: 1) I know that people have complained about the planes. They didn't bother me. 2) This questionnaire is more than 4 questions
this hotel seems to be only interested in Business clients and not the regular holiday-maker. we thought the service was very poor. would not be staying again at this hotel.
The hotel is value for money. Well located just opposite side Ibirapuera mall. The rooms are roomy and clean. Breakfast is farily good with lots of options. The restaurant is not big enough to accomodated the guests during the peak hour of the breakfast.
Comfortable bed. Area around the hotel is nice with good restaurants and shopping. Spacious room. I would liken it to an older, but still in good condition, Hilton.
The breakfast! I gained about 2 kilos... The bed was not "premium grade", low shower pressure is the default in Brazil.
Good location near to many restaurants and shopping center very small bathroom, with shower only (no bath). Internet not included in the price. Unpleasant lobby bar
In total, the hotel and the staff are OK, The hotel i would rate 7 from 10 and the staff 8.5 from 10. Negativ i found followings: 1. because i came 5 hours earlier from the airport, the hotel charged me 50% from an entire daily rate. 2. Exchange rates of the hotel are 25-30% lower than any exchange office. 3. To use you electonic devices you need an adaptor which cost at the reception 24 Reals. The same device you get in the shop nearby for 4.99. The hotel taxi (black) charged us 45 Reals for the same distance where we payd 24-25 Reals with normal Taxis. This things make no honor for the hotel management.
The shower was not so good. But it was a minor thing.
Service was excellent and friendly, good location for visiting Sao Paolo
Practical hotel for business. They charge you for all the extra's: early check in, gym, water, internet... There is nothing to do in the neighborhood you need to take a taxi for everything.
Was happy with room, room service, and especially hotel gym.
the view is stunning I was not amused when the room that I had booked for 220 Reais through Booking.com was all of a sudden 298 reais.Further the internet charges are 30 Reais a day (around 11 euro) which is ridiculous - should come free.
all of them check in saying long
very nice hotel in a good location for business travelers with meetings in Sao Paulo. excellent staff, rooms, bathrooms, breakfast.
The bathrooms are great. Best shower. Great location for business and airports. Price should be more competitive. It is expensive.
Despite having do not disturb on the Room Door - woken by Room Service who responded to the wrong room. Complained but no apology forthcoming.
Staff was very friendly, exellent food (Feijoada!), very well situated for shopping. We stayed in São Paulo during an extremely dry period with a lot of smog in the air. We had a room on the 6th floor. We had to sleep with all windows closed in order to avoid the smog entering the room at 5 am. Earlier that week we stayed 3 nights on the 10th floor and that was (of course) much better.
Great hotel with very helpful staff, convenient location and excellent breakfast. Extremely good value for money, and cheap internet.
on arrival a drink for the whole party, after 1 day staff knows you by name and pay more personal attention to needs, no problem to get 4 hours later check-outs for 2 rooms.
The staff at the hotel was fantastic and they all spoke good english which made our life so much easier. They all did their utmost to make our stay a pleasant one. Locatated in a very nice area in Moema.
Excellent price/value offer, perfect breakfast
Everything was nice. The staff was very friendly and motivated, the room was really good, the location was excellent... I guess they should have WiFi in the rooms, and included in the room price. But they have internet in the rooms and the price is alright anyway...
Clean hotel, nice staff, excellent breakfast (best I had in Brazil in 5 different hotels)
Good, clean facilities; very helpful staff Rooms as well as lobby were quite small.
close to national airport congonhas. weak or no englisch speaking personal. The airport, there are flying during morning, day and evening over the hotel. (very low)
Good room, good breakfast, location and parking facilities. Shower curtain not very effective to prevent water on the fllor
I enjoyed staying in that hotel and I recommend it, as well as others from the same chain "Mercure" where I stayed in S. Paulo. They have swimming pool, sauna and a small gym. Personnel very friendly, rooms spacious and well maintained. It's like a little apartment with a mini kitchnet, which is always very useful. Only the breakfast variety could be improved.
Location, room Staff was good but not very knowlegeable of the surroundings. Technical assistance was also slow (I've asked for assistance to fix my alarm clock and it took over 12 hours to get help, and only after second request).
Hotel is located in the Moema District (one of best´s in town) and has restaurants, bars, supermarkets and mall at walking distance. It is closely enough to Ibirapuera Park (SP central´s park) and Congonhas Airport (local flights). Very safe area to be in. It is far away from any subway (so taxi to get to or from nearest one (Santa Cruz) is needed - aprox $10US). It is in between Congonhas and Av. Paulista, So buses from the international airport (who is far far away), won´t leave you near by (again, taxi is needed. If you get the taxi directly from the international airport would be more than $55US, if you get it from congonhas or Av. Paulista, would be, $12-15US + Bus fare from Guaruhlos). Rooms, though complete enough, might deserve a renewal (specially bathroom).
nothing, really the nearest metro station is 4.4 km away
my room was very good, very confortable the accuracy of the billing process was not satisfactory
Quality I expected
Nice size suite, good breakfast and not far by taxi to everything the sauna is currently out of order, the pool is not appealing.
Great hotel and staff, value superb!
The room was just perfect; it has a "living room section" and a "sleeping room section" -- like 2 rooms. It was very clean and equipped with a coffee machine and a microwave. It was quiet what means a lot to me.
hotel staff, comfort, and general cleanliness. heating system and tv remote control didn't work well.
Great neighborhood for walking, dinning and close to first rate mall. Suite they gave me was really functional and spacious -- bill w/o breakfast was $62 USDs per night. Can't beat that!
