It was extremely close to Lackland AFB for Air Force Graduation, which was our purpose for being there. Not in the nicest area, but we were only there for one night and the room was adequate for our needs. Would have preferred some additional variety in the breakfast menu, though.
Staff was friendly, close to Air Force base Facility was dirty.
The free internet was fast and convenient. The staff was courteous and helpful and the room was clean. Be aware that this is near two major highways so there's a little big of background noise. Also, the hotel is separated into a few buildings so if you want to be near the lobby, be sure to ask for that.
Rude man at counter when checking in.
Hotel itself was in poor condition, bugs everywhere, my sheets were wet.
check in process was good, the guy in the front desk was nice and didn't have any problems over all .. next morning even invited us to go have breakfast which was nice .. i would definitely stay here again.
The staff were wonderful Fridge door was being held up by a coat hanger and didn't work,, carpets were very dirty and sticky
Staffs efforts in assisting with issues and needs. The option for a breakfast bit in the morning. Parking lot, curb, walking paths cracked, uneven, wet, trash. Room not completely cleaned, maintained. Bathroom issues (Door falling from hinges, faucet to shower valve not working, tub not completely cleaned), room phone not functioning, bed too close to the wall AC unit. Pool access seemed unmanaged. Capacity was met with kids alone with limited supervision by adults. Too dangerous for us to even be in the area of the pool.
I liked how it was very close to the base so I could visit my girlfriend without having to drive very far The only issue I had was that I had called to make a pre-paid reservation and the card I had placed on file was never charged so I had to make a surprise payment when I though i had already did.
Location close to Lackland AFB, beds were comfortable unlike most hotel beds, hotel staff was very friendly, beds were made daily, room was clean, has a Continental breakfast with cereals and packaged danish pastries and such so if you want to save money of breakfast at least you have that option. Comforter had a stain on it and not sure what it was. The stain could have been set in but I wasn't checking. You could hear people stomping around upstairs but it was not super loud. I am not a light sleep and it did not hinder me from sleeping.
I love the convenience of this place to my relative house. It was extremely convenient and very inexpensive. However everything has its downsides, as soon as we woke up, the staff was asking us to leave,"You guys are still here? " with a very bad attitude. I had to pay extra money for 2 more hours.
The room was great to begin with! We were having a great time, clean room until we found bed bugs! The breakfast wasn't the best selection but it works! The bed bugs we found! That is really nasty!
Very close to Lackland AFB. Nice, attached Mexican restaurant - good food, great prices. Clean rooms. Extremely "dated". Hot tub - not so hot. Your BASIC accommodations.
I stayed for 6 days with my 2 kids 9,11 years old. Was there to visit my wife who graduated from the Airforce. Was very close to the base and staff was very friendly. The room was ok. Never had a problem withat towels or house keeping issues, they we great. The only minus was the mattresses seemed older and the breakfast was not the greatest, no hot foods, except instant oatmeal and it ended at 9am. All and all for the money, was worth staying. Was extremely close to the base and served our purposes great.
At least 50 cable channels if I recall correctly. Wi-Fi worked well and I took advantage of the refrigerator and microwave The bed was made every day. I don't drink coffee but the room has its own coffee maker. It was close to Lackland AFB. It's located on a highway that is not heavily used and is just outside the entrance to a neighborhood. It was quiet. The price was very good and I would stay here again if I visit Lackland AFB. Let me point out that the pool is clean but modest in size and that the continental breakfast area practically gives you no place to eat. There was an issue with the stopper in the bathroom sink not working and when I went to use their PC by the front desk so that I could print a boarding pass, I was told that the printer didn't work. There are no restaurants within walking distance and the rooms open to the outside, in case that matters to you.
