Staff was great and service was responsive. The Pool and Lazy river was good fun. Beds were not comfortable and rooms were small. Brunch was delicious but facilities were dated.

Loved the pool and lazy river. Staff very friendly. very relaxing I could see this place being packed with kids and families on weekends and summer holidays. It was great for mid week off season.
Lazy river awesome Low season in guessing so they were running with a skeleton crew, also drinks were outrageous at $12 a drink no fresh mixes all bottled mixes. I feel for 12 you can give me something fresh
The hotel was awesome! Very relaxing and lots of activities to keep you occupied. I wish there was a little more pool activities for kids. The pool was very crowded and not enough space for little ones to play. A splash pad or water playground would be very nice!
Beautiful scenery and quaint. Rooms were nice but the walls seemed thin. I could hear people talking in the room next to me and through the door way to the next room made it even clearer when they spoke.

The amenities of this well laid out hotel were everything that I would have expected from a Hilton spa and hotel. From the fire pit seating areas and heated pools to the decor and spacious rooms, I very much enjoyed the hotel itself. First. We arrived at almost 1pm to find that we were not able to check in. No rooms were ready. Next. The staff. It seemed that there were as many trainees as there were experienced staff (not very many of either). At the bar restaurant, there was only one experienced server. She was great and did the best with what she had. However, she couldn't keep up with everyone in the restaurant and train a new person, too. It took a very long time to get our food (some good, some not good) and drinks and there wasn't more than 20 people in the restaurant. I can only imagine how understaffed the kitchen was as well (we were there for about 2.5 hours). The breakfast restaurant seemed to suffer from the same lack of trained, attentive staff. The housekeeping staff were noisy and yelled down the hall to each other in the morning. Not professional at all.
I was in San Antonio due to my mother being hospitalized. I had been at her bedside all week and my family came for the weekend. I needed to relax and get some rest. Casey front desk reception was very kind and went out her way to make our stay wonderful. Walking thebeautiful grounds and being poolside was very relaxing. We always stay at Marriott hotelservices but definitely choose Hilton in our future stays. Nothing comes to mind.
The hotel is quite nice and the rooms are really good. Is located in a easy to get location and near a lot of POI. The staff is the worst I have seen in my life. Housekeeping didn't leave towels in the room and not only one day but several days and more than 1 room that my family had for our stay, I told these to the people on the reception but I don't know if they didn't do anything or the housekeeping didn't understand. The firt day we had breakfast at the hotel but since it was so slow and bad the rest of the days we decided to go out. Even the bar was lame and closed like 9 pm. I think the rooms and the hotel is good but has the worst manager I have seen in mi life.
Over all rooms were nice. No coffee in the lobby. House keeping knocked on the door to come clean while we were getting ready. We told them we weren't quite ready. They never came back. After we returned that evening, the beds were not made and the dirty towels were still on the floor.
Very relaxing and family oriented. Great experience. Definitely going back. We were told that a movie was going to be played but not that night and nobody knew why. Everyone kept saying that they were working on it and nothing was ever set up so the movie never played.
Got an executive room on the 5th floor Great view Very clean/clean Felt Welcome by the front desk I was provided free wifi My only complaint was that there were some loud people in the hallway horse-playing but it was taken care of quickly.
I liked the fact that it was clean, close to where I was traveling and reasonable. I booked the executive floor hoping that there would be no kids in the lounge while I was working. That wasn't the case.
The place is really kid friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids. My kids enjoyed the s'mores and the movie. Staff is really great
ordered towels...never came spa/steam room "closed" on the days I was staying!!! no weights in the weight room on tap beer was sour out of steak!! tried to check in at 3:40...no rooms??? That was ridiculous..made to wait until exactly 4pm out of marshmallows! Can't even pay cash for smores..must charge to a credit card?? smores should be provided FREE staff was not concerned or urgent about anything!!
Free shuttle, decent room, pools were nice but can get crowded Service was spotty, had to be immediately changed to another room bc our room was still not cleaned upon arrival. I wouldn't have been as unhappy about it had the lady at the desk was more atentative or apologetic. No maps of seaworld at the official seaworld hotel?
The saff was so friendly. I had a job interview the next morning and the shuttle dropped me off and came to pick me up afterwards. The lobby staff wished me good luck on my interview. The hotel has a mini-market that serves pint sized ice cream; the staff gave us two spoons to share while we ate out by the pool. The Staturday morning breakfast bar was excellent. We took Uber cars everywhere, the hotel was convenient to anywhere in the city. Everyone that we came in contact with in San Antonio was very nice and he city is very clean.
The staff overall was super nice, welcoming and always around for anything I requested. Room was spacious and so comfy! Also the shuttle to Sea World was a big plus! I didn't care for the 18% fee for room service, the food was not all that and the pool are needs more attention especially if it's summer and everyone is swimming outdoors n no towels to use.

The staff was so accommodating. We needed milk 2 evenings and did not want to go out and ask the front desk and they provided a large cup for us. Also any request we had…whether towels or extra sheets…they had them to us ASAP. The breakfast was very good and everything was clean and neat…I would stay there again!!!! nothing!!!!
shuttle was great. staff was very friendly. coffee was great and always full. we were om the bottom floor. several families on the bottom floor complained about the noise above us but nothing was ever done. there were children jumping til around midnight and again at 6 am.
Rooms were clean and overall a good value for money. Breakfast area could be larger to seat more people and reduce congestion
Comfy bed, TV with my favorite Channels, Rooms well Ventilated. Wish they would have more hangers, for people staying three days, because we had more clothes to hang but no enough hangers.
Liked having the sink and counter outside the bathroom.
Proximity to SeaWorld was great, just a very short drive to the park. They also have a shuttle at the hotel to SeaWorld. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Above average breakfast buffet was a time and money saver. Free Wi-Fi. We didn't really have any negatives during our stay, it was one of the best hotel experiences we've had.

The suites had plenty of room and the dinner nights were great The carpet was disgusting. It looked dirty and there were stains all over the floor.
The staff (especially the front desk!) was more than exceptional and were very attentive to our needs. The breakfast was nice, for what it was. I would have loved to see more of a food selection at the Social Hour

Clean, close proximity to area I was needing to be. Check out is at 11:00 am but was not able to check in until 4:00. Could not even leave bags in room. Reason given was that there were still people trying to check out. Did not like the double talk.
The location is the best element of this property if you want to be near SeaWorld. It is also fairly quick to access from one of San Antonio's major beltways. The bed was amongst the worst I have ever slept (or not slept) in. The mattress was broken down as well as the box spring. The waiting line for the meager breakfast offering was over 1/2 hour (at 8:30AM). The hotel was obviously unprepared to be full.
Location is great for sea world and the rooms are huge. Bed hurt my back, couch had stains, and the dining area was too crowded.
Room was dirty. Bathroom not cleaned. Not enough towels. For breakfast the milk was rotted and it was only muffins or toast to eat. A few very small apples also n but not enough for all four of us.

I liked the location relative to the airport. Unhelpful staff, defective amenities like computer and printer, bad part of town so stay in hotel. Bad smell in restroom plumbing. Broken ironing board but good iron. Uncomfortable beds, like they've been used as trampolines. Overall dirty appearance.
Dis not clean my room the whole time i was there never made my bed never gave new towels or took out trash an i have toddler's with dirty diapers so they got a suprise in bath room trash for when they go to clean it terrible stay i even told the manager an he did nonthing will never stay again
Not enough towels, i seen a few roaches, need new carpet, does not smell fresh, AC units barely work, it just need a complete remodeling.

The bathroom rod was falling off it's hinges. The ceiling had water spots and was falling apart. I couldn't take a shower because of the state of the bathroom and I felt more dirty after washing my hands because of how disgusting the sink was. At least the bed wasn't uncomfortable, but based off the cleanliness of everything else, I probably have bed bugs.

Liked the price and location, but not enough to return. Room was not clean, mold in bathroom, smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by two wires and beeping (the desk attendent just took it down for the duration of our stay), ironing board broken (was replaced with a bent one), electrical outlet by sink not working, bedspread dirty, refrigerator handle was dirty with fungus, bathtub was filthy and stained.
The bed was super comfortable. There was people outside listening to loud music, drinking, and smoking. Also there was a man outside walking around trying to sell drugs.

The rooms were well designed for the cost point. The staff was very nice. Even when there was a small issue a breakfast the staff looked in control and were very accommodating.
Location is convenient Strong fragrance of air freshener. Clean, fresh air needed in the rooms. No vent for outside air to circulate. Unpleasant odor in the hotel halls and rooms. Sofas and chairs in rooms were lumpy and seemed old and worn. Shower head was clogged with hard water and sprayed everywhere. Not enough towels in room and policy is that you have to pay for extra towels. Vending machines mostly empty and not working.
All suites property. Rooms are well appointed with modern amenities and kitchen. Workout facility is good. The billing arrangement was confusing; we weren't sure if the room had been prepaid or not.
The hotel really exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to my next stay at this location. I thought the staff was very friendly and the room rates were great for such a clean and quiet room. Free washers and dryers are icing on the cake! No, everything was perfect
clean room room was not ready at 4pm, several people were waiting. staff did not seem to be trained and appeared lost. no bed options, only queen and a roll-a-way was an extra $20.00.

I enjoyed the convenience of a having a kitchenette, fully loaded. Everything you may think of, you have in supply. I will return to this hotel, but not on the 4th floor. The hallway on the 4th floor, stunk really bad of cigarrette smoke. I could feel the smoke linger in my throat. This was a huge discomfort due to allergies. The other dislike was a low water pressure from shower.

Staff They need to dedicate one floor to pets. Those of us that have no pets shouldn't be subject to barking dogs all day and at night.
The staff was amazing. Whence we asked for anything it was always met with a smile. My daughter left her wallet and they are taking care of it for us.,you both are wonderful.You made our stay enjoyable. The pool area was nor inviting so we did not go for a swim.

Rick, front desk. He was very accommodating and helped make my stay very enjoyable. The room very nice and comfortable and the breakfast was a good way to start the day. I will definitely stay at this Quality Inn in the near future.
Service Loved everything
The front desk people were very welcoming upon our arrival. The cleanliness of the room was terrible. The first morning we were there we di not have a cleaning person in our room while we were out for the day. Came back to no clean towels, room not cleaned and unmade beds. Shower curtain would not stay closed due to poor installation. The toilet seat was loose. Very disappointed with this location. I have stayed in Quality Inns across the country and this one will make me rethink my decision on my next business or family trip.
The girls at the front desk were phenomenal with their customer service. I was not a happy patron and they did all they could to assuage me. I paid for the Premium WiFi. Getting into it was a challenge. The signal was week and slow, and every 3-5 minutes it would go down and I had to sign in again every time. I finally gave up after a couple of trips to the office to complain about this. The bed was hard and it only had a sheet that tried to pass for a blanket. Not only was the tv reception terrible, but the channel selection was as well. The room was like staying in a 3rd world country hostel. Doesn't matter, management wont read this or do anything about it, but you asked to be rated.

It turned out better than the online ratings and the negative feedback.
