Hotel Employee was great as was the entire hotel. The shuttle service was the bomb to get anywhere, I never had to worry about taking my car out or dealing with finding parking in town or at the beach clubs. It's pricey to eat/drink there, 22 Euros for a Mojito is crazy! But our room came with a Nespresso Machine and I took full advantage! I loved it so much, my husband just ordered one for our home! Wish the shuttle service ran later into night than 12 am.
The service was excellent, especially the concierges were there to serve. I loved the bathroom and there was plenty of storage in the room for an extended stay. The shuttle to the beach and town made the location okay. I wish the hotel was within walking distance from town.
Very nice hotel, wonderful pool, beautiful gardens, very good restaurant, friendly personel, excelent parking, good bathroom... 1. Rooms very small... 2. Hotel a little far from down town St Tropez... 3. No sauna, no jacuzzi...
it was calm, relaxing, i like it that they took us to the centre of saint tropez and take us back no
Lovely setting, nice hotel, great staff!!
Staff were most friendly and very helpful. Poolside ambience was quiet and relaxing. Location was excellent. Shuttle service was a real bonus. We LOVED our stay and hope to return. Choice of "cooked breakfast" was a bit weak.
Staff very helpfull, good service, a special place to stay.
Nice environment, interesting concept, luxury Flooding of the terasse while raining
good service the bed was still 2 singles pushed together. very uncomfortable and not nice sheets - I was very cold and itchy!
Close to St tropez- nice shuttle - nice view restaurant overbooked twice
The level of service was among the best we have experienced at luxury properties in France. Very impressive. It is now my favorite hotel in St. Tropez.
Nothing I really didn't like this hotel and the rooms are small and sometimes bad smelling, I left the hotel after the first night! For € 340,- per night I got a room under the ground floor, the room was like a garage!
The service is very good, the staff is friendly and the pool area is nice. The rooms are very small and the website is deceptive. Too expensive for what it is at the time of the year I went .
We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and and well organized, we were surprised to find such a complete package in quality, value for money, location. I would highly recommend it to all my friends! All the male staff were too gorgeous!!
Very new and nice spa, with most services someone would need. Nice swimming pool and garden. The location is very unconvenient, far from the beach and St Tropez center. The hotel provides a shuttle to one of the beaches and the city center, but then there is less freedom as you would have to call the hotel everytime you want to go back. The price is too much for the hotel rooms and also because the unconvinient location.
Over all nice hotel, funky style, relaxed, music piped around well designed pool, shuttle to private beach or st tropez. It you want a quite retreat its perfect.very nice message/beautician tent. Very expensive breakfast! Staff- all seemed very young. Rooms quirky but compact. A bit too far from town.
Location, friendliness of the staff, shuttle service into town Most things didnt actually work, the phone in the room, dvd player, extractor fan in the bathroom etc
Room small but functional, shuttle service to town excellent. Very expensive extras breakfast 24 euros coffee or tea 8 euros etc
Not much. Extremely difficult to locate, no intimacy, basement room with a view to... a wall, very limited service; in other words, a "fashionable" hotel with nothing below the surface.
I liked staff/ service / breakfast / pool / concept area. The size of room.
This hotel is just too far to walk to the beaches or the st tropez town but is worth the money.nice swimming pool and staff very nice. And on the right site of St. tropez so no trafic jams to the pamplonne beaches and into the town.
everything was beautiful, surpassed my expectations, breakfast was brilliant although very pricey but i guess to be expected in a boutique hotel. would definitely return!
Hotel é Maravilhoso / The Hotel is wonderful! Nothing!
Very comfortable room and good location.Pool looked nice but as it was November it was too cold to use it. I felt for the price the hotel should have provided a bottle of water and tea/coffee making facilities. As it was, a small bottle of water was 5 Euro from the mini bar!We found the same bottle for 45 cents in the supermarket done the road!
Nice location. Cheaper than most overpriced St. Tropez hotels. Our room was less expensive because there was no air conditioning which meant leaving the window open. Unfortunately, I was awaken by drunkards at 4am in the morning and then again, by several delivery vans at 7 am.
We were arriving late in the evening when normally the dinner time was over and chef cooked us some food in order to avoid us sleeping hungry Finding the hotel was not easy, they should work on the signs on the main roads.
The only think we liked is location in St Tropez. The hotel is generally overpriced for the comfort and services it offers. The room and toilets are pretty old, the carpets are dirty, the hotel does not have a gym, the pool is too small, breakfast is very very bed for 23 eur extra cost, etc ...
A large car park and terrace in the room Cleaniness such as ants in the room was terrible
A nice place in a beautiful countryside. You find all the charme of the southern France and St.Tropez in this lively Hotel.
Great view from the rooms, and great atmosphere at the hotel. Feels like the middle of the nature however just 5 minutes walk from the city center.
The security staff. Hotel design. We did complain but to no avail. The design of the hotel is fabulous with lovely gardens and pool etc., but it is in desperate
nice interior and exterior decorations, each room has its own little garden (open space) / balcony, sufficient carpark... wifi service only provided in public area...
Although a bit out of St Tropez, we loved our stay at Les Capucines. While the rooms were quite small, the facilities at the hotel, swimming pool, bar/dining and areas for relaxing were superb. Rooms just a bit too small, but we expected that from the description we were given at booking.
It was as we remembered it from 25 years ago, and we still like it.
amazing view, excellent style (pool, rooms, decoration,...) None
We liked how calm and quiet the location was, also we appreciated the amenities like sunbeds, nice swimming pool and of course jaccuzi. Did not like the prices of food which could be ordered at the hotel.
Quite high class with lovely pool and terrace A little out of town so had to drive or catch a taxi but this was offset by the lovely hill side location of the hotel and far reaching views.
Very nice, experienced, open friendly, no-nonsense staff, just like you want it!! The location, facilities, kitchen, bar, rooms are a correct value for your money! We enjoyed it till the last minute! See you next time!!
The room was fairly spacious and nicely decorated. Loved the special touches to the room and the bathroom. The location - to far from the city centre and the parking is to small and not enough
The staff was excellent, and the views were unbelievable.
