Location is great for business. Comfort of the room is superb regardless of having spent little for the room.
nice hotel nice pool nice staff good food modern great showers and air con the gym was really bad no english tv stations shuttle bus times to early
The hotel personal was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a pool in the hotel. It was nice to have the ice making machine to cool down the drinks. The room was a good size for 2 people and it was very clean. We have expected bigger pool and bar with the drinks near the pool.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Stylish hotel, with a comfortable, good sized room. Varied breakfast. Courtesy bus useful. Be clear to state that it's in the suburbs, in a residential area and that there are few restaurants nearby. The walk to the station at Trastevere is about 20 minutes, although there are buses before the station.
The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were wonderful! The location. Had to take a taxi everywhere which ended up costing us over 200 euros in cab fare or whole stay there.
Our stay at h10 was amazing. As many others wrote below the revolving door was broken however there is another door directly next to it, zero inconvenience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was relaxing and refreshing. Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The location is definitely outside the city but you can walk a few blocks and catch the 170 bus into town or take a taxi to the center for 15-20 euro at the most. The wifi worked well and was fast. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind staying a little ways outside of the city
Convenient location and value for money
Great location if you know Rome. Comfortable rooms.
Fabulous modern hotel , good restaurant and nice roof top pool. Decent shuttle service to city centre.
The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked mini bar and a personal safe. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is quite far from the city center, but there is a shuttle several times during the day. Also if you need a taxi, the hotel calls one for you and it arrives in a matter of minutes. A taxi from or to Fiumicino Airport costs no less than EUR40. And from the hotel to the city center or back at least EUR12. Also the hotel restaurant does not offer lunch during the day.
proximity to customer for business meeting Menu and price in resturant. With a 20 Euro taxi ride too and from Rome. A captive audience. But on steak and salad?
it was ok but not really up to holiday inn standards distance from anywhere. Its location meant that a taxi ride was required to go anywhere. There should be a warning on the website about its isloation
The shuttle use was extremely useful to get into the city and also to the airport. Include this into your price the stay was extremely affordable and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the hotel although we were unable to use the pool due to times. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff exceptionally helpful and polite. I commend the managers on a enjoyable stay with no complaints! Not long enough Maybe the shuttle to the city more frequent and later than 8pm. But that is minor a great service!! Very happy . Thank you
accessibility of airport we were given a smoking room, we requested a non-smoking room. The hotel was accommodating and changed our room.
The shuttle service they offered was a nightmare It was very disorganized, they were extremely rude and you never knew if you were going to be picked up as there were always more people to ride than the bus couold carry.
The hotel breezes the charm of the early 80ies, together with its carpets. Reception staff friendly, competent and helpful. No newspapers at breakfast. Abundance of waiters at breakfast still manage to be unfriendly, in line with the limited value for money for 16 Euro.
I liked the pool area and the rooms were very spacious and clean. The fact that it provides a shuttle to the airport is also an asset of the hotel.I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Well located to the airport and therefore convenient for early departures and has an efficient hotel shuttle service.
free city/airport shuttle service and late check out til 2pm.
- The shuttle to the City, - the internet connection, - the pool,
golf course on grounds, large hotel, courteous staff
You have to wait for long to people to pick up phone at switch board and also room service, restaurant.
Stayed at this hotel because of conference, mixture of business and touring Rome. Hotel has 3 buildings. Stayed in Parco de Medici 2 in preferred guest floor. Ths is the more modern building and looked the best. Restaurant food was also very good. Free shuttle bus to city centre was good. Half way between city centre and airport was convenient. Hotel quite isolated, convenient for business as near fiera and industrial centre. To visit Rome may be more convenient to stay nearer city centre.
Comfortable. Slow check in. Slow wifi. Instant coffee at breakfast.
The pool was wonderful! Quiet and peaceful and cool. The location was very convenient to the airport. The staff was very helpful. The air conditioning in the room worked great - very cool for sleeping.
pool, parking, ambience in pool/room area (old building) food/beverage prices too high. we ate out. Pool closed too early, several people turned up to swimm after 7pm. Breakfast choice was good, but cooked items were cold.
the free bus to Rome was quite often full therefore we spent a number of hours just waiting for transport rather than sightseeing.
Sound-proof of the rooms around swimming pool is horrible. Internet is very expensive (22 E/day). Also eating is very expensive. Far from the city if you are on tourism. Room poorly pluged and the one from laptop doesn´t fit. Only one shuttle goes at 08,00 to the airport. they also tried to charge me more than booked.
The room was fine The food was very poor and very over priced for the quality
not long enough to enjoy I explained that I was with a tour group for the first night but had a 2nd night booked through booking .com I was told all would be fine and could stay in the same room the 2nd night. After a full day of touring returned to fine that we were locked out and had to rebook for the 2nd night. This could have been avoided if I had know this to be the case before going off for the day.
the room was big and clean They charged us more than what booking.com specified, it was 30 euros more for every day we stayed. Breakfast was very expensive, 33 dolars per person
The media in your hotel is not free and it isnt good
All of it... Party one night that was a bit loud.
dinner was more than accpetable. Waiters were very pleasant with all of us. Our booking was made through your services, because we wanted a 4 pax' room. Arriving at thier desk, they said they had not such rooms. Fortunately, they accepted to add 2 beds No pb.
staff are great, very exspesive and the food poor in the eveing
The food was limited, quality was excellent but would have liked a more varied menu
Nice location and luxury hotel and Spa No
the rooms where spotless and very comfortable as where the bathrooms and the indoor pool was lovely the choice of food was very limited they only had a buffet dinner which was ok and cost 35 euro a person
The hotel lobby is large and quite beautiful, with ample seating. A bar and restaurant also share the large, open space. The room was nice and clean - no complaints. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor pool. The hotel is a 20-25 minute drive from the center of Rome, which makes it somewhat inconvenient for people visiting the Vatican or other religious or historic sites. It would have been nice to return to the room mid-day, but it ended up being fine. I noticed someone else commented that the shuttle is unreliable. That was not our experience at all. We took the shuttle to the city center (a five minute walk from the entrance to St. Peter's Square) almost every day for a week and had absolutely no issues. The shuttle tickets 10€ per person round trip, and must be pre-arranged with the concierge. They will bill them to the room, which is convenient. This is substantially less expensive than a taxi, which will run approx. 25-30€ each way. We also took the hotel's shuttle to Fiumicino without any problems at all.
it takes to long to ceck -in ceck out.
Very helpful staff. Excellent facility Far from downtown
We were staying at the Ibis since it was close to the airport and we needed to catch a flight the next morning early. Everything was incredibly comfortable in our room, and made for a great last night in Rome! If your looking for something close to the action, this isn't it. It's close to the airport, but far away from the tourist centers of Rome. Taxi would be expensive to go back and forth.
Like any other Ibis Hotel, you know exactly what you're going to find, related to facilities. The location is not good for turism because it is very far from the city. You have to catch a bus and a train to go to the mains turistics points.
proximity to airport
Location, comfort, nearness of restuarants and shops Nothing
It was relatively close to the airport for an overnight transit stay The rooms were very basic and stuffy. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. The location was desolate and remote. The restaurant was bare and unwelcoming and the only other place nearby that we found to eat was a takeaway pizza cafe . No family rooms so kids had to sleep on their own in another room. Ended up with one parent sleeping in each room.
Clean, well kept,& close to Airport Not in a commercial area so no choice in the area to go to eat other than at the hotel
Access to aitport and main roads. Needs a airport/train shuttle. Why if the gate to the ajacent shops and restaraunt closed and locked???
Relatively fair price and proximity to airport. Hotel restaurant catered to a big group of tourist from Asia and could not provide us with supper within reasonable time. No other restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
Low cost. Poor Internet access
