The cleanness and the warm hospitality.
The street where the hotel is located is very dark and dirty. I wander if they can do something about it because this is why I will not recommend my friends to stay there.

Great staff & Outstanding services
The check in was quick, the receptionist was very informative on tips around the city. I love the comfort of the room and that WiFi was available.

Nice room and very good location! 200m from Manzoni Metro Stationand 10-15 minutes from the colosseum.
Even though the staff was generally helpful, there was one guy very rude with annoying behaviour!
