value for money
Staff were extremely helpful and informative. They gave us information about the fiesta which was taking place in the town. It was great fun.
Easy to drive to the hotel. Own parking garage under the hotel. Great design of the rooms.
Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, restaurant in hotel
Helpfulness and friendliness of staff. The glass doors for the bathrooms were a bit of a strange thing.
The location to the the towncenter was okay. Terrible hotel. They did not provide us the correct reserved room. Airco didn't work. Airport shuttle is an ordinary public transport bus, which you have to pay for additionally. Lousy hotel, not worth the money.
Spacious and very nice room, 10mins distant from the Reus airport, bus direct to the airport even in the early morning, the bust stop is right in front the hotel.
The staff were very helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location to reus airport.
Difficult to classify your hotel as we only stayed one night, so didn't avail of any facilities, Your restaurant was closed so we had a bar meal which was very poor. We liked the hotel and the staff were very friendly. We also liked Reus, lots of buzz, shops and sunshine. Food disappointing, but maybe this was because the restaurant was closed.
Great staff, great location, great value
proximity to beach / restaurants etc - breakfeast / food very good staff not friendly - had problem with our room and staff very unhelpfuk
Only ten minute trip to airport.
Room small but clean Food was very average ,disappionting. No english t. v channels only news.
Excellent location, frendly staff, good selection of food
Good location (not far from the beach and from the main shops), good food, pleasant area... And refurbished bathroom Small and uncomfortable rooms, very old furniture, very old conditioning systems, no services (laundry, spa...). Very loud animation every evening from 9 till 12 p.m (we lived on the 5th floor, and it was impossible to sleep and spent time in a quiet). Queues on the breakfast if you come up at 9 a.m (so you have to come at 8 or 8.30 a.m, not later). The next time I would choose another plase for my vacation
Reception staff very good polite and friendly bar staff no social skills what so ever not at all friendly Hotel very nice but not as good as it was 10/15 yrs ago i have stayed in this hotel many times over the last 20 yrs and seen alot of changes.
The different cultures staying there made our holiday interesting and very enjoyable, while friendly barstaff ensured the children were just as important as the adults! Some staff not very helpful.
Great position, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, breakfast good, generally a very pleasant stay... just the people in the room next door coughing at 5am non stop and walls a bit thin and beds could be a bit softer....
Everything was very good more like 4 star except the food, although the food was edible it lacked something to tempt you, but acceptable for a three star Not really, except a very hard bed! and food could have been slightly better but ok for a three star hotel.
good location small pool area
location and convenience for the town center and airport. helpful staff.value for money and beautiful room. everything was A1.
the room only not possible to get food to eat in the cafeteria at 9.25pm after arrival
Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Not a lot of frills but just right for us. Stayed a day longer, partly due to excellent accommodations. Would be nice to have a vending machine in the hotel.
The hotel is very well located, close to the center of town wich is very attractive. Neat and clean hotel although it isnt new. I had a very nice stay there. Helpful staff. The Air conditioning was blowing to near the breakfast-buffet table.
Only stayed for one night, so not sure. Very conveniently located in the centre of Reus. Also close to a taxi rank The covers on my bed had holes. The bathroom was old, the bathtub did not drain properly
It was very spacious and comfortable.
excellent location lack of wifi
good value, close to airport, interesting little city
Relaxed, informal atmoshpere and helpful staff
polite staff card entrance on rooms
the food was very good except for he soup which was very poor the soup and around the pool and pool furniture needs a revamp
excellent location, short walk to the beach, good swimming pool, doctors&chemist within 50 metres
Staff was really great. Food was rather good, but the same so one can get fed up with it after few days. Room was comfortable, but had no mini bar. There was an entertainment program every night. Beach is near by, you can enjoy in the shade under the tree or to pay 14 euros for 2 chairs in the shade (this is not related to the hotel, just info). No mini bar in the room. No remote controller in the room, neither for tv nor air condition, because people kept stealing them. If you want a remote controller you have to leave a deposit on the reception. This has nothing to do with the hotel but with the people who are staying. Hotel was crowded when we were there, so it was impossible to go for a swim in the pool, which is rather small, and you can use it only from 10am to 7pm. Parking can be painful, even though there should be a garage in the hotel, nobody informed us about that.
the food was excellent
Clean rooms, good position near center and sea. Rich and variegate breakfast and dinner. They transfer us to the Hotel Best S. Francisco near the S. Diego because have problem with reservatiaon.
found the hotel to be well up to standards despite the negative feedback some reviews gave it.Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room and as indeed the hotel were clean and cheerful and the food was very good.We had no faults with this hotel.
Food was good, Rooms were servicable and clean The whole place was just far too noisy!!! No chance to just rest and read or enjoy some peace and quiet. Walls between rooms were very thin!
I enjoyed very good kitchen and nice and friendly staff. I was good beaches were very close and the bus transport is quite goos and not very expensive. I did'n like that swimming pool was closed so earlu - at 7 pm and actually the jacuzzi didn't worked when we stayed. It was very far from railway station- think about it! Unfortunately I din't found website of your hotel...
The staff of the reception helped me a lot, very nice ladies. The breakfast buffet is good. Chambermaids clean the room realy bad: they just make the bed and change the towels, nothing else!
Nice clean room, great buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent location only two minutes walk to the main strip but far enough away to have a peaceful rest. Great hotel
Location was perfect, quiet but close enough to restaurants and nightlife Nothing to complain about
very private, very clean , good location. just a minor thing bacon egg sausage did go cold quickly in the heated container.
Location, value for money price for 4 star and facilities no coffee or tea facilities in room but suppose you don't need in Spain. And also heated pool was V cold
Fantastic rooms with internet
A very relaxed atmosphere The dinner options are not very good
the breakfast was amazing!!! there was so much to choose from and all great fresh food. the buffet dinner also looked really good but we didnt get a chance to try it.the staff were friendly, they also have a spa/beauty and gym which was quite handy. the only thing i could fault them on is most of the staff spoke very little english, but we did get by fine, just was surprised in such a touristic city!
we always book Magnolia if it's no space in Puertaventura hotel it is our 10 time stay ther.......... nothing
Spacious rooms, good location. Some of the members of the staff showed incompetence. The hotel charges 5 euro per day for the safe box. The hotel does have a parking which is impossible to book in advance.
The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable and had a good range of facilities.
We had a relaxing time, in a good location. The hotel is well finished with all the amenities we wanted.
central location small rooms
we thought the spa and pool area were good.also the hotel provides lots of activities for children. we are hopeing to return with our son next year.
The food and the hotel staff
Everything in the hotel and room was nice Could not use internet at night.
at arrival early morning the room was already prepaired and reday for us.we were welcomed in a nice way.the distance to the beach and shops around are closeby! we certainly go again. Also the food was price/value correct!
Family suite and balcony were ideal for our party Would have liked fresh orange juice for breakfast
spa facilites, evening entertainment.
Room was cleaned daily, entertainment was very good in the evening, location was quite Breakfast was not to our liking, walls were very thin between rooms
Reception staff were good and spoke good English and were very helpful Food was awful. Some of it was inedible. Also often long queues to get into the Dining room
Very friendly service.Excellent value for money. Will definitely return.
there was plenty to do if you wanted or if you wanted to just chill you coulg in your spacious room. Not enough English speaking tv channels.
entertainment, rooms, views, location... the heater in the pool was brok so it was freezing for the week.. the single beds were not very sturdy.. the mattresses were held up by wooden slats and collapsed when i sat on it whilst my half empty suitcase was already on it! also the restraunt meals were not great but the snacks menu was great!!
Native English speaking personnel. Very friendly service. Double beds are not the most comfortable. Cleaning was very bad (in the room, we found garbage left by other guests e.g. under the sofa).
SunClub Salou is well located and the 1 bed apartment gives you a good space. The food is okay and reasonably priced but you should be aware that its not spanish in any way. There was entertainment until midnight each night and if you wanted an early night you would find it difficult to sleep with the noise from the entertainment. Only small issue we had was that while the note you receive states that towels will be changed twice a week we had to request towels as they had not been. Another small issue is that bins are supposed to be emptied each day but was only done once during our stay.
the appartment was newly refurbished, well equipped with large balcony with the sea view. and the location of the hotel is very good. tomatoes and mushrooms for breakfast were tinned :-(
Nice relaxing break. The room had everything we wanted and was clean and tidy.
Fine location. Beautifull view from the apartement. Close to the beach. Price. Very nice and helpfull ladies in the reception Disturbing music in the evening - too loud, both from the hotel and the hotel Mediterranian Village. The reception should be a quiet place also in the evening when the music avtivity/entertainment in the restaurant is far too loud.
Room was clean and big enough for two people and no more Very little seating in lobby main area down stairs a bit clustered a little noisy
good value clean spacious accommodation. easy to get to salou - lovely seaside walk & lots of buses outside door. port aventura 10mins by bus. reception staff and club rep helpful. food in the hotel was ok but it was difficult to get healthy food both in hotel and salou. pool was too cold to swim in but we were there in October.
Everything was easy and smooth. No problems or worries. Small and complicated parking.
A good middle of the road family hotel Not enought seating outside and not enough shade when the sun ws very strong
I love the hotel been there for four years now, very frendley polite.
I have stayed there for the last 5 years and I love it.
Walls in the building were quite thin and we could hear when our neighbours were speaking loudly or a child was crying.
Good location, first line to the beach, 300 m from aqua park. Sand on the floor of the room, poor cleanliness of the hotel pool, very poor animation (better cancel any then keep what they have in tbe evening), food (same breakfast every day for 12 days, poor selection in the evening - almost no seafood, same pork neck every evening, expensive drinks - 3 euro for small beer and 2 for small water, water not included into to the dinner). Next time will go on breakfasts only and many nice cafes and restaurants around with much better food.
the food been excellent, near to the beach some waiters unfriendly
I did not like hotel staff
It was a convenient location, for travelling to Tarragona, Barcelona, and a nice resort While there was some nice staff the majority were cold and unfriendly, both in the restaurant and reception with quite poor english
The chicks at reception are sexy and nice, a rare combination! Breakfast is only till 10.
The location of the hotel was fantastic There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which as self catering meant you had to get up and go out for a drink first thing in the morning.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at hotel, the staff at the reception were very helpful. We found that the tables in the dining area were a bit too close to one another and also the satelite tv in room didn't have enough English channels.
Calidad precio fabuloso, muy familiar. El servicio impresionante.
Hotel was very nice and clean with ample pool area. Breakfast was very disappointing and would not recomment it as this is an all inclusive hotel, I would not consider this hotel for an all inclusive deal based on the breakfast buffet. La Pinda as a resort was very disapponting. Good bus service which helped. Breakfast was very disappointing. The resort as a whole was very disappointing, with little choice of resturant or night life. Spa break as advertised was just access to the spa and nothing else. I think the spa element in the advertisment was misleading.
Only access to rooms was by lift, no staircase. Reception staff nice and polite, resturant staff rude.
Food, services, clean. noisy
very short breakfast\dinner`s time for this big hotel.:(
The rooms were kept very clean and comfortable but a little tired and out dated. The restaurant was shabby and very noisy and unable to deal with the volume of people efficiently. Restaurant staff were particularly miserable and abrupt but, the food was good and there was a wide selection each day. The pool bar and pool area was kept really clean and the staff there were friendly and helpful, not enough beds around the pool and didn't enjoy the fight with the Russians to get one at 8-30 in the morning! All in all this is not what I would consider a 4 star hotel at all yet they are charging 4 star rates.I also think it is worth mentioning that during our stay only 3 out of the 450 rooms were occupied by non Russian guests!!
Good Food. Very friendly staff. All round ambience. Good management, especially in the dining area. The smallness of the rooms and the lack of comfortable seating in the bar area/
The hotel, staff was absoluteley perfect. Good value for money. The good was fantastic breakfasr was even better. The reception staff were all lovey. I f you like the night life you need to go to Salou town centre! Dont forget to g into the lively night clubs 007 and the Bus stop! I will return to this hotel without a problem. I highly reccommend this hotel.
A great family hotel, good value for money, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, after staying for one week the evening entertainment was a bit boring but I would definitely recommend this hotel. The triple room was a bit on the small side for three people
First of all the hotel was perfect in every way,The buffet food was great but the most important thing was the staff at reception they were brilliant,I had some queeries about airport transfers they made the calls and sorted everything out for me.
This hotel represented good value for money - food etc. was of a very good standard considering the price we paid. No complaints - everything was better than we had expected (again given the price paid)
The food was great and varied, as was the entertainment. The bar prices were reasonable too. Lack of Aircon in the rooms after October 1st meant sweaty nights, and if like me you were at the front of the hotel leaving windows open meant traffic noise...aswell as insect bites. Hotel staff did not want to entertain the idea of turning the Aircon back on.
Sightseeing, pool, spa & beach. No
Nice hotel, great swiming pools, good entertainment/programs for families with kids, good food. Cleanness of our room below average, worst after complain at reception.
We liked everything service, comfort, entertainment, pool. heat No complaints had a lovely week
beachside location, good food, rooms clean bright and comfortable. Staff friendly and professional. Lovely hotel and would recommend it for future holidays. bath towels were small and worn thin. No other dislikes.
Friendly staff, good food.
The staff tried really hard to be polite and welcoming even though their grasp of english was poor, the maids were efficient and unobtrusive and overall the hotel was quiet and in a great location for the beach. As it was close to the end of the season (Oct), the entertainment was poor and I think there must have been a problem with the dish washer as it was very hard to obtain a clean plate to dine off in the restaurant. The piped music in the residents lounge was at times overly loud and very repetative, so if the 60's was not your era - take an ipod! It was also very quiet in La Pineda at this time of the season, with few of the local businesses being open so a bus trip into Salou was the order of the day - three trips - three different ticket prices - very frustrating when you go to the trouble of politely asking in Spanish for your tickets!
Location on beach. Peace and tranquility -- not a sound in hotel after we went to bed. Access to excellent public transport. Access to international airport. Staff courteous and helpful. The weather was perfect for us and not too hot. With very little modifications the vegetables in particular could be served hot for lunch and dinner. We had a lovely few days and have no complaints. We even managed to spend a day in Barcelona using the excellent public transport system
Food is very good for Spain. Quiet guests, which is very important for those who travel with infants. Air condition been switched on at the second day only after several claims. If you want to have a 95% Russian hotel it is yours.
pleasant modern rooms, next to beach, quiet. could do with more choice for evening meal. (chips were the only potato available on all four nights)
Good view from the room, you can see sun rise Big oilfield factory very close to this town, very early check out, deposit for tv control...
nicely decorated, friendly staff, close to Port Aventurer theme park Too many old people. Bar area dull
The fantastic rooms with a fantastic view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and the new renovations have been done to an excellent standard.
Good location, free public parking near the hotel noisy restaurant and staff not very motivated, free wi-fi just at the bar, had to pay for the remote control (they've returned the money but still ..)
I like the room, the services, the food ,the location near to the centre of salou, near to he beach, near to the port aventura park, tvery clean
The hotel was in the centre of everything that salou has to offer. Was very clean. Extremely small balcony in our corner room. More importantly however poolside very cramped because numerous tables and chairs set up which were not used by guests at all but restricted the area for sun loungers.
The pool is nice and jacuzzi is an added feature nicely placed where everyone can access it. Bar prices reasonable. Close to centre and beach. Beds are very firm and can leave you feeling stiff in the morning if you suffer back problem.
Enjoyed the relaxing by the pool, and the restaurant food was good. Soft drinks quite expensive - 4.80 euros for two bottles of coca cola. Quite steep really.
Good value for money, convenient location, clean comfortable rooms. Dinner food, staff and room was poor and unenjoyable
Central location to all restaurants and beach, rooms spotless on a daily basis, breakfast fresh and tasty
The general areas, pool, reception etc are excellent. The food is very good both for breakfast and evening meals with a very good selection at reasonable cost. The hidden extra charges: 25 euro a week to use the bedroom fridge, 17 per week to use the small hotel safe and even a charge for a second key notwithstanding that the booking was for two persons. This was not refunded on check out. The check out time of 10am is ridiculously early although they do supply a room to hold bags. In room 327 there was no lock on the safe so it could not be used even if we were prepared to pay 17 euro. The price of the internet is crazy at about 6 euro per hour. In a four star hotel all these charges should be included. The general hotel is excellent but bedrooms are maximum three star. These hidden charges make you feel ripped of-even a three star would not have such high charges. Dont let this put you off. It i
It was close to the amusement park. The food was only ok for the price. The beds were horrible. The bathroom could be cleaner. It felt so far away from town.
The staff were very very slow in serving in the bar, a person could have to wait for up to 20 minutes. at one stage they were in the back room of the bar looking out and took 5 minute to come out, it was very very annoying.
access was easier to go to the parks by staying at the hotel very spanish orientated not good for irish/english speaking
Vicinity to Universal theme park and town. Indoor swimming pool option. Patio doors. The hotel applied smelly fertiliser to the grass which meant that the patio doors could not be opened. A letter to the manager was issued re this, but no response received.
The whole package was fantastic. Character breckfast was poor not enough characters.
loved the beach club! Room no way four star! Floor was only mopped once in our five day stay, this wasnt enough when you have 2 adults, 2 child sharing a room.
location time allocated to leave hotel 11am t early
Well kept pool areas, activities for children. Location between city and Port Aventura, free access to Port Aventura. "spa"
The quality and the variety of the food in the buffet was very good and added to the experience. The friendliness of the staff. The frequency of the transport service to the themepark. Only a small item but it would be helpful if there was some form of sheltered walk from the rooms to the hotel. It rained during our stay and was the only aspect that caused discomfort.
Lovely setting. My 5 year old really enjoyed the kids club, nightly mini disco and shows. The fact that we could enter PortAventura as we pleased was an added bonus. Staff not very friendly. The hotel does not provide a kettle in the room which was very incovenient as we had an 8 month old baby.
large spacious rooms, good variety of food at meal times. We arrived about midnight at the hotel and found that a lovely cold buffet and water was laid out in the dining room for us - most appreciated after a long day. there was not enough coffee dispensers in the dining room and this resulted in long queues for coffee etc.
Life guard around the pool at all times when people were swimming. Ask reception for anything they were always eager to help. Have now stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 5years and probably will again in the future. Entertainment every evening if you stayed in that night and always a good selection of food.
Good size room for the 3 of us. No, nothing, it was a good experience.
location, swimming pool was amazing and rooms were big the buffet dinner was crap.... some of the worst food i have ever tasted
Great hotel near to facilitiies food great had a lovely stay till we were checking out We were treated terribly at checkout by the reception staff and manager. Our visa had authorsied with our own bank when they put the payment through but was coming up declined on their end. They would not accept this and wanted us to pay twice and would not let us go. We missed our taxi for te airport. The payment gave us problems as we had only 100 euro on us and no pin for the card. We pleaded with them to let us go. The manager said that we would have to call family to get the money to go. We eventually promised to send te money by credit transfer when we got back to Ireland. Our bank has given us an authorisation number for the transaction. We were very upset when we left the hotel. They took copies of our passports. We will nopt be going back there
It was clean and we was always able to get sun beds, but some needed repairing. No
Good position for Portaventura and the beach/restaurants in Salou. Lots of shops nearby
friendly and helpful staff ;location to theme park; mini disco for kids in evening the pool outside was too cold
Breakfast is ok. Food at dinner time is terrible.
the outdoor swimming pool, the ping pong table, the billiard and the size of the room. Staff at the restaurant and the lady at the bar were very nice. The rooms are very basic and were not well cleaned when we arrived, and when we made our booking we asked a few things that obviously they never read or did not take into consideration. Some staff were really not nice and that's a pity because most of them were nice and it puts the overall evaluation down. I also didn't like the fact that there is a minibar but you need to pay to just use it. I had no idea and i brought medicines with me that should be placed in the fridge and i found it really unfair. The turkish bath was not working on the first day.
Beautiful and clean hotel. Nice swimming pools. Delicious breakfast for 5 euro (egg, sausage, bean etc., fruits, vegetables, drinks etc). Every common place is under video control, so we (or our objects) are in safe, I think. :) The neighborhood of hotel is clean and nice (except one big white house close to hotel). The hotel has free package storage, offset 10 o'clock check out time. Be careful the view from your room. The view from our first room was the neighbouring building with a big white wall, around 6 meters far. I feel myself I'd in a prison. The receptionist can't give us another room because, they were full. I called the booking.com customer service immediately, and on the second day, the hotel offered me an another room, with beautiful sea view. These fact was known when booked, but uncomfortable: 10 o'clock check out time is a little bit early, swimming pools are close too early, need to pay for safe and refrigerator (but somebody of previous guests already hacked the fridge, so you can use it, if you are clever.) Pair of ear plugs is necessary of course.
We felt that the hotel and rooms were excellent in terms of cleanliness and quality. It was very convenient for the beach and town, while we were also able to visit port aventura and Barcelona easily. on the last day our towels got v.wet in a storm and a kind member of staff took them and dried them for us so that we could pack them in our case-this was v.kind of her. i feel that the sunbeds could be improved. they are v.uncomfortable as you cannot adjust the backs.
Beautful hotel. A bit noisy at night outside in street. Rooms lovely, clean and nicely decorated. Close to everything. Value for money. Noise at night outside.
clean and nice. huge lobby with sofas. pools. you get what you paid for internet costs money, It did not work with my ipod and they could not refund me. Safe costs extra money. Regular&hot Drinking water costs a lot!
how clean it was some late night noise from street and neighbouring hotels
Excellent hotel!! Beautiful pool with tree shaded pool bar seating area. Quiet location but right by the sea, promenade and all amenities. Sea views across the bay on upper floors....stunning sunsets!
Relaxing around the pool Car parking is a real nightmare around teh hotel and in Salou in general, we were fined 200 Euros and our car was towed away to the pound. The police tow away all foreign cars and leave the Spanish ones alone. Staff at the hotel should be compeled to inform foreign guests of the risks and also have a map of all car parks available for guests to find one.
The staff were very friendly and hotel was clean
The location was perfect, the staff were all extremely polite and helpful as was the lady who cleaned our room. The children's pool was great and the staff in the mini club were really nice. The breakfast was good but I was not that keen on the hot food in the evening. Having said this I could always find something to eat and the salads and deserts/fruit were really good and fresh. Other people I spoke to found all the hotel food good so it might just have been me.
The room location was the worst in the Hotel. View was to very noise appartments and all day noise of ventilators from restaurant and food smell. I asked to change the room but Hotel staff ignored my request. Hotel is good but I will never stay there if the room location will be the same.
Rooms, Restaurant,Gardens and Pool New road cuts through former grounds at front of hotel.Fortunately rooms and facilities face on to gardens at back so road not intrusive. There will be new access to hotel when roadworks complete.
The comfort and cleaniness of the room and the very comfortable bed Proximity to busy road
The friendly reception was just wonderful and the dining room staff were most courteous
Large comfortable and quiet room. Staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond to requests. Lovely grounds behind the hotel. Restaurant a little expensive. Unfortunately the hotel although 4 star is right on the roadside, so location a little offputting.
Nice Hotel, large comfortable room, nice pool, great restraunt food and friendly staff. Great Hotel for families. The Hotel was too far away from everything unless you have a car or want to just relax around the hotel, 20 euros in a taxi into cambrils or salou which was ok but it is not possible to walk anywhere. The hotel is right next to the motorway and there are no footpaths..
The restaurant staff were friendly and the gardens were pretty, but nothing else came near normal 4 star standards. Without doubt a good 3 star hotel. Complete lack of service as hardly any staff visible. Terrible service (when it existed) from bar. Breakfast had little choice and is taken in a part of the lobby. Room nice, but needed some refurbishment and shower was just for rinsing - not for standing under. Restaurant was its saving grace as staff professional and friendly, but expensive and food nothing special.
Excellent hotel ! 4 stars well deserved. Very quiet at night. Lovely king size rooms with giant beds. Don't miss the restaurant of the hotel as it is also excellent. Free private underground parking with direct access to the room is a big plus.
The room was excellent, superb bathroom, reception staff were very friendly, didn't use any of the facilities. Breakfst could have been better.
it was very cheap! food was disgusting!
It is very close to the beach and also close to the Centre of Salou. It is just a short drive to Port Aventura. The noise from other rooms and the hallway. The walls are very thin and you can hear conversations between rooms.
this hotel made our stopover travelling from spain to uk very easy with its superb standards and location
Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner, well worth it. Pool nice too Quite close to the railway line and parking was extra. Managed to park on the street so no problems
Everthing was spot on Nothing
Superprice Near renfe railway
The hotel would have been perfect if I was spanish and had no children, it was a lovely modern property though. The staff couldnt speak english, and werent that helpful. I felt like the children were constantly in the way even though they were very good and polite. Not suitable for families at all.
best was the situation noice during the meals
The bar program the towels
Very clean, helpful staff, very Very close to the beach, can use the sister hotel right on the beach and just across the road. Excellent choice. Nice choice of breakfast buffet and as much as you like.Mattress was a little hard for me, but clean well appointed All in all a brilliant hotel for the price, would definetly recommend 10 minute walk from salou station do not go to tortorosa, 2.5Km away. Little bit of abruptness from the cleaners in the morning, but this is such a minor point and the only thing that was slightly wrong.
Very good value. Directly on the beach. Nice atmosphere and good entertainment.
The food was excellent, good room, good location for the hotel in a nice resort and on the beach The staff seemed to be somewhat overworked, despite that were pleasant and courteous.
Probably the only thing we liked was the closeness to the sea! The food was sub standard. The pool was too small for size of the hotel . the children didn't like it so they stayed mainly on the beach.
The view from the room Food. Size of Room. Price of Car park. Cost of Internet access. Level of noise on the ground floor. Area around hotel looks rundown compared to areas nearer to Salou and Cambrils.
Location of hotel, kind staff.
location for me was the best thing , augustus is close enough to salou but also far enough away , its nice to be able to walk outside your hotel , go to a local restaurant and not!! get hassled to go in. And not forgetting cambrils habour is just a short 1 euro 40 trip on the bus (bus stop outside hotel) for some great restaurants and trendy shops and beautiful habour. breakfast was a bit bland to say the least, we did nt do the hole full board meal plan so i cant comment on that, we prefer to eat out ..
The proximity of the hotel to the beach and the friendliness of the staff.
The hotel is just at the beach, great location and good value for money. The staff in the hotel could be a little bit more helpfull. Some of them could barely speak English.
parking@ 9 99 for one night is exssive
