There was a deposit for the tv remote I was scared for my car the whole room squeaked when I walked through it
Nothing Shady looking hotel and had old/broken/trashed furniture sitting on the walkways and sides of the building. Check in process took forever with the first desk manager like it was his first time doing it and hardly spoke any English. Didn't have my reservation from the online service. Room that I was given was disgusting with holes in the walls, filthy bathtub, stains on the chairs/bed spread, hair on the pillows and 3 of the lamps didn't work. Just a nasty room. I asked for another room and the key wouldn't work twice. The new desk manager finally walked me up and got it opened for me and the room was in the same condition and smelled terribly like cigarette smoke (and I'm a smoker, just don't smoke indoors). He said sorry but it's a "non-smoking" room and wouldn't refund my money because it was past the 15 minute time frame. Sorry but if it takes more than 15 minutes to check me in and investigate all the negative things wrong with my room, it shouldn't be my fault. After arguing with him I finally left and found another hotel. The only reason I gave this a 1 star is because I couldn't give it a negative score. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.
