the rooms were very good and breakfast too
Quality , value for money Difficult walk into town
View from the window is AMAIZING!!!! dinner is really really nice!!!! Puerto de la Cruz is beautiful city but not unless you want to have a lot of fun and good nightlife. it's better for calm holydays. way to the beach is toooo long((( and get back even harder because you have to go up all the time
Food was excellent People using the dining room at dinner time wearing shorts and flip flops, this is not ideal for a 5 star hotel in the evening. The internet wi fi is advertised on bookings.com as free but it is about 2 euros for half an hour!
very good location and excellent food not friendly reception staff, absence of wi fi, ocean pool didn't work in October
1. its location on top of the cliff, the phantastic ocean view --- 2. the large outdoor pool facilities --- 3. the food buffet with enough fruit (which you often don't find in Tenerife) --- 4. the overall good price-quality relationship 1. Sadly, this is no longer a 5-star hotel. --- 2. The hotel should offer WIFI internet access for free (facilities exist) or at a reasonable rate; the current pay-per-use costs are much too high. --- 3.
The view from the room was exceptional, nothing but the atlantic ocean. The food was good and there was a wide variety to choose from. Teamaking facilities would have been nice. Although a 5 star hotel, needs updating, although very clean it is a shame that it is looking a little worn.
Great lucation, big rooms, good service The only thing that little disterb me was that on the evening,at dinner the hotel took charge even on the water
Shoud not be a 5 star. more a 3 stars. need to look at the hotels down south to see what a proper 5star hotel is like. was excited about my trip but was disappointed
I liked the quantity and the quality of the food and the swimming pool near by the sea. Also, I liked very much the politely of the staff, the view of the room and the location of the hotel. Unfortunately, the staff didn't spoke english good enough...
In my room I missed a Mini bar an free WiFi connection
All was ok, the service was good and was pleased we chose this hotel, I thought the food would be more Spanish-like however I liked the choice of dishes that we had everyday.
It is located at the central of Puerto de la Cruz, walking distance to old-city, hotel it self is situated right at the sea side, which give you a wonderful view from room It is really old hotel, even it has 4* you cannot really find them there... I would rather consider it as a budget accommodation.
Location and breakfast and dinner buffet Drinks were not included in the half-board price and we were forced to pay the exorbitant hotel prices to have something to drink with our dinner
The surrounding gardens within the hotel grounds are superb. Food is plentiful-no way could you go hungry! Comfortable lounge/bar. A lot of places in the area including this hotel try to cater for disabled, however, anyone with a disability would find they are unable to access the pool which is such a shame, as it looks lovely.
botanik garden somebody stoll 100 euros from room number
Good around package and price, room was large.
Nice garden and quiet place. Friendly staff. Maybe they can buy some new babycots. The little iron beds are a little bit dangerous for a baby.
Our room (1503) and bathroom were spacious, quiet, with a lovely view. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens. The dining room closed at 9.30pm which is too early for Spanish people to have dinner (I am a Spanish resident). As the hotel seems to cater for mainly German and English tourists, I suppose this early timetable suits.
Really beautifull garden, peacefull, very big room, friendly staff at the restaurant. The comfort of the room was not 4* level but a spacious 3* (No minibar, no deskchair, old paint).
Garden location. Pool and area around. Food selection. Lounge area.
garden, staff, meal, ducks, people, swimming pool, everything sometimes was a loud music after 21.00 till 23.30, but it wasn't a problem for us
The rooms are good sized, clean (no cockroaches) and everything you need for a stay are there (including complete kitchenary) No heating or ventilators, so it can become very hot in the apartment. Also the beds are very hot because of a plastic cover around the mattress.
Staff was very correct and helpfull. Ideal location. Excellent price/quality ratio ! Parking the car in the city of Puerto de la Cruz is a problem. The hotel has a limited number of parking places.
Friendly atmosphere, garden good, appartment spacious and the town of Puerto de la Cruz in very nice. The sunbeds were poor but we managed
the hotel style looked nice, the pool was great and the room a good size and well equiped the hotel bar was very quite but it was the time of year and there was plenty around to make up for it.
Localization of the hotel, with calm, in withdrawal of the sea front. Noisy at groundfloor, non separated with the reception and the bar; the sound-proofing of the rooms is also insufficient.
It was quite comfortable, with food stores close by, easy to access. I didn't like that there were cockroaches in the room and there was noise in the garden in the evenings. Also, there were some very noisy guests above our room, every night making noise like trampling horses and throwing chairs on the floor.
Water in the pool is not chlorinated. We stayed in three hotels, this was the most unpleasant for the same price. This hotel is for pensioners, boring, old renovated rooms, soundproofing is not at all (hear absolutely everything). We felt like in a nursing home. Kitchen poorly equipped.
Close to center and public transport. The live music in the evening in the bar below the hotel was too loud.
Big tropical garden and big pool. Spacious apartments with good neutral design. Free parking everywhere around the hotel, because in those Tenerife mountains it is very important. Lots of restaurants on the entrance street. At evenings some clouds too, so the very hot weather is only on the southern part of the island. Nice personnel. Quiet! No teenagers or party people! No wi-fi - you have to go to the bars.
fliendly staff and very quiet hotel...nice area.quality food in the buffet.acceptable price for beverages. Pool is a little bit cold for kids - could be warmer,so as the childrens playground should be bigger.sometimes evening music is too loud for thouse who has their rooms with pool / teide view.
Its convenient location and the splendid buffet breakfasts. There was no internet access in the rooms and the pool was small for a hotel of its size.
Good location. Room had a nice view. Staff tried to be friendly. The hotel has every indication that management was trying to cut costs in every little way. The staff tried to be friendly but were badly overworked. Every single time I went to or even walked by the front desk, others were waiting and the phone was ringing and it took several minutes before anyone helped. The wi fi did not work. Breakfast meats were iffy. Numerous little renovations were needed.
i liked the variety of the buffet for breakfast and dinner. well, during the nights there was some noise from outside from the bars but it didn't disturb sleeping.
view and the staff cleanliness of the room-we have to ask the staff to bring us every day soap and there wasn't pool and in the website there is
location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The Bar was dark and dreary with no atmosphere. There is only one english TV channel, CNN. There were a number of German. I think the hotel should provide not just german and spanish TV but also english.
The friendliness of staff on reception----couldn't do more for us whenever we asked for advise etc. The quality and the choice of food available was excellent, at all meal times. Excellent location for shops, beach, restaurants etc. Very reasonable bar prices, basically the same as outside the hotel. would definitely go back to this hotel. Unfortunately, the pool was out of action due to refurbishment, however, the hotel provided tickets for the nearby Lido. No hairdressers/beauty salon on site, but some nearby. La Florentina, the Italian restaurant was closed, so there was no a la carte menu available.
clean and OK for a short stay The resteraunt staff were quite unfriendly. It seemed they couldnt wait for the sitting to end. Our drinks waiter would be better off being a prison warden. Oldish bald chap with glasses and a moustache...didnt get his name.
I had a super view of the valley and the sea. The room was spacious. The staff were generally kind and thoughtful. There was a remarkable magician on in the evening too! There was clearly an enormous machine above my room which whirred noisily during the night.
Never got to stay there arrived and hotel was closed It would of been nice if the hotel was open very disappointed
Nice staff,, very accomodating Hotel is in a moderate state of disrepair in, for example the indoor pool and sauna areas. The staff were very responsive to complaints, though.
Spacious triple room, excellent bathroom.
Value for money quality and variety of buffet breakfast Indoor pool/saunas need a refurb high temperature in dining room for breakfast (we only had rb)
I liked best, that I could find place for parking the rented car near the hotel any time the trafic of the free bus to the beach is not comfortable, especially it's absence after five o'clock
Location, facilities Uncomfortable /small bed "smoke" odor towells (once) Poor Internet access. Only one station and outside the room. Strange arrangements (must sign for extra payments if not returned) for the TV remote control and towells for the pool. This is not acceptable for a 4 star facility
The web-site has the hotel as 100 m from beach! Entirely untrue the hotel is at La Paz. Nowhere near a beach! A modern Hotel should have at least one news channel in English available on the television.Very old tv sets
The predominating reason for choosing this hotel (and for coming back to it and recommending it in spite of the high price) is its magnificent garden. In general very friendly staff. Impressive breakfast buffet. All meals can be taken on the terrace at the pool and garden. For lunch and dinner, neither the (sometimes chaotic) service nor the food are consistently of the quality expected from a five stars hotel. For example, on our last evening in the hotel, I ordered salad bar as starter and steak with chips as main dish. The chips were delivered whilst I was serving myself at the salad bar and were thoroughly cold by the time the steak arrived. The steak was well done whilst I ordered it red/rare. And above all, the waiter serving the steak didn't even notice that he spilled a few drops of dark red sauce on my new beige trousers. Internet access for guests not bringing their own computer is also very poor and expensive.
comfort, space, food, spa, large bedroom, met nice people, very well organised and lastly staff and management attending to detail and very nice with it
We enjoyed the extremely good service we received. The swimming pool was heated to a temperature that was very pleasant. We both had very good massages in the spa. We felt the only thing missing was the provision of tea and coffee making facilities in our room.
The hotel was luxurious, the rooms special, the dining food very good and staff were very attentive. No
cleanliness of the room, bathroom and even balcony - efficiency of the staff at reception desk and room service - presence of the manager - wonderful gardens - wonderful spa facilities - nice restaurants etc. etc. it's an excellent hotel the service at the "summer-pool-side restaurant" is rather slow - but you're on holidays ;-)
Very good service. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Buildings aging but well maintained. Curious rather odd style. Good food. Style!
It is the best hotel that we stay in. It isn't cheap but it is outstanding! Paying the bill :-) However, you do get what you pay for.
A beautiful hotel with everything that you would expect from a 5 Star hotel, but the very best thing was that you felt completly comfortable the minute you walked through the door. There was no awkwardness or need to adjust. This comfortable atmosphere was very much due to the staff.
Everything - thye warm atmospher, the services (including the night programs),the food and the facilities Non
The hotel is located nicely 10 minutes walking from main streets of the city. It also has a nice lobby and fair buffet breakfast. Very close to the main bus stops so if you are not by car it is definitely a plus. We also had a good sea view from our balcony. The fitness room mentioned in the website was the worst I have seen so far with four machines in total where 3 of them was completely broken and the other one is utterly useless. Internet connection was ridiculously expensive with 4 euros for an hour. The main target range of the the hotel was 60+ guests so not many activities for young people.
Close to the port and beach walking area, the hotel is in a good location. Even though it looks a little tired from the outside, not to worry the rooms are very clean and well laid out with enough amenities. Check in and out was fairly smooth. Hotel staff also helped us check that our flights were still operational due to airport closures. Parking also provided for rent-a-car guests like us. Overall a good experience, but we believe the safe should be standard and included in the room rate, rather than charging an extra fee for the same.
The location was slightly uphill however, afforded easy access to the general town area. Most of the staff were very old and did not speak enough English.
Friendly, helpful staff.
The hotel staff were courteous and nothing was too much trouble.all minor glitches were soon dealt with The hotels positioning in the town I also felt was perfect.
We enjoyed every minute in the sol Puerto de la Cruz, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the food excellent
food, location, close to main shopping mall and bus station. 10 min walk from the famous pool on the sea. the hotel is built on the mountain, so the second pool was on a high platform at almost the 5th floor level We found on our last day while packing a pack of gum that we never used under the table, meaning that that part was not cleaned for atleast 1 week... still the rooms were very clean other than that.
It was practical, clean & decent hotel, but next time I would prefer Puerto palace, which is better hotel for the same price.
Very nice and assistant personnel! Big cockroach in the hotel room! Air conditioning was not functioning at all.
Staff made effort facilities somewhat worne out
Very clean room, great view to the ocean. We enjoyed so much breakfast and dinner, the staff was very polite and nice. Nice women at the reception, very helpful. Also very good manager. We made the reservation in January at a higher price and we paid their current price in November. We apreciate the high importance that they give to their clients. The fact that there were much more mature couples and old people than young couples, but that was not disturbing.
Nice room with view of the pool
We had a nice balcony. but tennis players whack balls back and forth all day long till 10:30. Some food was ok - big breakfast buffet if you like that sort of thing. Too far from the center - nothing around but a German pub - Uwe was fun tho! This hotel is very dated and very boring and btw - they cannot guarantee parking - our only reason we booked there.
Excellent value for money, the restaurant had a good range of choices, they even provided us with some fruit when we arrived. The accomodation was a good size room with balcony. I strongly recommend this hotel. Absolutely nothing
The efficiency and politeness of the reception staff The buffet dinner was below standard on some items.
The accommodation was comfortable and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Although the food was plentiful, it became monotonous.
The friendliness of the staff and the location
Half-board, excellent meals especially with poor exchange No
Great place to base yourself for touring the North of Tenerife delightfull town pleany of shopping cafe's and generaly a great place to stay. I would recomend it to anybody, very friendly staff & great food. The local Church rings its bell quarterly from 8am untill 11pm not good if you want to sleep. ( not the Hotels fault.)
The Staff, They Where So Pleasant, Nothing Was Too Much Trouble And They All Seemed Happy At What They Where Doing No
Hotel is very sweet and a great value for the money. We can't comment on the breakfast as we slept through it.
A very big and comfort room in close proximity to the beach There were very lazy maids, there were always places needed cleaning
Friendly staff, comfortable room. Centrally located so not far to walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
Good location although rooms a little tired and shabby. Advertised as having wifi internet access but it did not. If using the one pc provided in reception no access to printer. Had to find an internet cafe to check in online for return flight.
I enjoyed the friendly athmosphere.I was pleaded with the quiet surroundings which enabled one to relax. I didn't encounter any problems.
Good location, close to old town, pedestrianised street to centre. Close beach in other direction. Small and cosy feel, enclosed garden with pool, nice ground floor room. Comfortable beds with extra pillow and blanket available. Payment demanded on arrival (I have never left a hotel without paying!) Lights on room terrace permanently on at night (perhaps for security, but annoying if window open)
quite location good variety of food for breakfast superior room worth the extra nylon bed sheets on beds ugly safe beside bed
The quiet San Borondon is quite unique regarding the cozy hotel environment, the unusual pool decor, as well as a location close to the city center, and beach and pleasant seaside walks. After repeat visits to Puerto I have finally found the place I plan to return to on future visits. None
Good value, decent small sun-trap walled pool area, location handy for the beach and for the centre of Puerto No parking (but parking nearby is easy, especially early morning or late afternoon/evening). No iron (all hotels have iron's don't they? I had to go and buy one). Mosquitos at night.
The very helpful attitude of all staff
the staff was very friendly the food could be more children oriented
Location Some of the staff was quite rude
The accomodation was very clean and comfortable. Good choice of food.
Breakfast was good and plentifull. The hotel consept was for 60+ and most of the guests was 70+. The Hotel had sold for some congress a garden party with pool until 02.00 and the noise of it kept all other hotel guests wakeupp until 02.00
The hotel staff wasn't so nice exept the house keeper's.But the view from the balcony is beautiful. There wasn't problem with the stuff.
Excellent position Some of the room fitting were fairly old and damaged, notably the bedside light and the bath had rust patches which had been touched up ineffectively
It's position in the centre of town. Spacious public areas. Nice pool etc Dining room rather cramped
The location, entertainment, pleasantness of the dining room staff, entertainments staff and cleaning staff. The food was an acceptable standard however the variety of deserts and fresh fruit was very limited. The staff at reception were not very welcoming and curt on arrival and did not display the customer service attitude that one would expect/desire
Nice and close to everything that the city can offer,, lack of parkingspaces. But thats a very common problem in tenerife in general.
I like everything, it's clean, good view mountain and ocean. not have air condition in room, but is ok because inside room is cold.
easy access to the places we wanted to visit no parking facilities
The position ( perfect if u arrive to puerto the la Cruz with the bus ) - gently staff - The resturant Buffet close so early :-( the swimming pool in the roof is small ..
Good location close to city centre and bus station and close to to the beach. Staff were not very helpful, had cockroaches in the room and asked for a change of room but was just handed a can of insecticide!!!
The hotel was well located, close to the beach and about a 10 minute walk from the centre of the resort.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the hotel was clean and the atmosphere was relaxed. It was a very reasonable price. The swimming pool was a good size and never busy. There is a lovely beach nearby, and lots of cafes and bars. The hotel is a popular venue for children's parties, and these were naturally a bit noisy, which made it less pleasant to chill out on the balcony in the afternoon and early evening.
Great location - very close to main bus station (to/from airport + rest of island), walking distance to beach (5min) and town centre + port (10min). The apartment was clean and had all facilities (cooking, fridge, TV, balcony). Most people knew bits of English, enough to understand each other. Cheap, clean and amazing food down town, very kind staff. No complaints about the hotel, but do check weather for the North of the island, as it was very hot but completely cloudy, had to travel every day to south/east beach (great transport though!) like Las Teresitas (best, close to Santa Cruz capital) or Los Cristianos/Las Americas (very crowded). No Wi-Fi in the hotel (many bars had it though), but cheap internet cafe downstairs and decent 3G coverage.
Basic, clean, efficient staff and excellent situation. Traffic noise and parking difficult.
- Location very good near centre, beach, bus station - Staff helpful and friendly - Apartment cleaned, replenished, and beds made every day - We enjoyed our stay very much in Puerto de la Cruz (lovely area) - Noise from extremely busy road
layout of apartment the apartment was rather basic
Location was very good, close to everything. Spa wasn´t open, some staff didn´t know what to do, food was appaling.
The hotel has a great location and still under overall renovation. Therefore, Spa, parking and other services are not operating.
The room was extremely clean and the seaview fantastic. The hotel is situated in the centre but away from the noisy music bar corner. We enjoyed half-board and the food was fantastic. We would have liked to have international TV-channels like Eurosport. We did not like the staff trying to be funny by saying "terve, terve, mita kuluu" etc."in Finnish". It gives a cheap picture of the hotel (basic tourist two star jargon).
The position was good - an ideal base for exploring the town and the north of Tenerife. The sea view fron our room was lovely - perfect for people watching from the balcony. Car parking costs had been reduced fron 20 to 12 euros per day - a necessity if you have a car. Reception was a little slow at busy times. The buffet restaurant couldn't cope with the numbers at peak times. The food was ok for the price but tended to be lukewarm.
I liked the decor, and the hole atmosphere of the hotel.
the location and the view was very good.the food olso. the servies and the staff very good the bed was not comfortabel were from 2 bed
The staff were very nice and friendly, especially the waiters in the restaurant. We had breakfasts and dinners there and the food was excellent with a lot of varieties to choose from. On my birthday, they arranged my table with candles and delivered a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne. Before my check-out, the staff at the pool bar managed to teach me a delicious local sauce and she even gave me a piece of rose for friendship. I was so touched. Weekend nights the main bar had "Duo and Swing" and it was really fun. We also liked the location, so close to the tourist spots, but very quite and lovely views from the balcony and sea breeze. We had a great time there.
The situation was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The swimming pool was a very good size and the flowers lovely. Good position on coast and at edge of old town centre. Pleny of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We were shocked at the price for using the hotel car park which was 20euros per day with no reduction for our stay of 1 week - toral cost therefore 140euros. This made garaging more expensive than the car hire. Also the buffet dinner was poor quality and expensive.
Design, comfort, geographical situation, very good breakfast Contrary to what is announced on the webpage, the Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms which are higher than 1st,maximum 2nd floor (the only signal emittor being situated in the reception hall).
There was NO information about any facilities in the Hotel. The restoration was lovely, but booking a Hotel called a Spa should have those facilities available... OR state clearly at all points of booking that the Facilities are not yet ready. We were most disapointed.
Excellent ratio price/offering. Tasty/rich breakfast and dinner. attentive staff. Very good location for trips and excursions. Rooms at floor level do not provide enough intimacy.
it is conveniently placed especially for the Botanical Gardens. The dining room staff and cleaners were very pleasant. We generally enjoyed our stay. First impressions were extremely poor. The man on reception was just short of downright rude. We got the feeling we were unwelcome! He had to be asked for the door key as he had forgotten it. Then when we got to the room, we found he had forgotten to give us the card which operates the lighting. Fortunately we got one from a cleaner next door. The man who checked us out was almost as bad. suggest some re-training!!
The meals The fact that the staff doesn't know English that good.
Facilities, relaxation, pools indoors and out
It was what I expected for money paid. The staff has to speak other languages except German. Very far from the coast line, the beach. At night there were no light in the indoor swimming pool.
quiet, nice breakfast lock box did not work
The food in general was good but the cooked food was only warm and not hot, they seem to have catered more for the german market than anyone else, and also had only one brand of beer in the dining room, as this was our 40th wedding anniversary overall, I was disappointed with the hotel,.and would not rebook. There was no mini bar in the fridge either, just empty .
food was very good lots of choice reception staff
excellent range of food and friendly staff. sadly disappointed in the entertainment at night. Also not being allowed to eat in the other hotels (Bonanza and Canarife Palace)
It was close to everything and the staff was extremely helpful in identifying activities to do in the surrounding areas. There weren't many young people at the hotel, a lot of senior citizens. The hotel was about a 26 euro ride from the airport, hotels in Santa Cruz were closer to the airport. The hotel wasn't really near the beach, you had to take the hotel shuttle to get to that area. The food was sub- par, better off going to restaurants near the beach, and there were no televisions in the room.
Our room was a corner room with two balconies and a view of Teide and the ocean. The gardens were lovely. The hotel would not allow me to buy a glss of wine to accompany my dinner in the evening. This we discovered only after signing on for the full-board. I have never been anywhere where a hotel refused to sell a glass of wine to a patron. Such a dumb idea. This information was not provided in the over-view or review of the hotel. I would not have booked our stay there had I known that was their policy. Weird !!!
Excellent value for money (room + breakfast buffet for 2 persons for 50 euros; dinner buffet for 9 euros per person) Do not expect modern design, and some details about equipment, but nothing problematic
vue from the balcony and all other things was nice
Splendid garden, pool and sports facilities. Japanese bath and sauna. The sea view form the room The lunch/dinners could be more simple avoiding too much mixing and cooking.
The services of the reception (eg. rent a car, ticket sales, shuttle bus to the city, kiosk) are very good and cheap, restaurant is ok, the swimming pool and the cocktail bar are wonderful. The breakfast isn't too diversified, but it's very fine.
It was relatively cheap. Hotel is very old and needs renovation badly. It is far away from being a three star hotel. No air conditioning.
Beautiful view. Large rooms. No television, had a few bug problems...
Location - above town, but only 20 minutes walk; nice park next door, easy parking.
Nice and Quiet surroundings in the Park. Beautiful wiew over the Sea and Teide. Comfortable. Nice and helpful Staff. The Breakfast was nice but we missed fresh vegetables. The eggs were boiled far too long.
This is the third time we have stayed and the staff do not treat us as strangers. Excellent service.
The staff must try to speak english for those who dosent understand spanish
Very helpful and polite staff. Evening entertainment poor and aimed at non Brits. No parking.
We had a room on the 10th floor overlooking the Lido complex- woh, in the daytime but obviously noisier in the late evenings until the music died down along the promenade restaurants. Great room for the prce we paid for B and B though the breakfast was very average.. The beds were very uncomfortable and we both woke up each morning with backache. They also sounded like they were covered in plastic as they made an awful noise every time you moved. We did swim in the pool on both the afternoons we were there but the water was pretty chilly - it said it was 23 degrees. I can see why few people were using it!
Excellent location, excellent staff, face some language problem very few know working english language. Telephone charges of 3 euro for no calls.
The breakfast provided was very varied. The lady in the beauty salon downstairs by the pool area did fantastic massages. Central location. Though a great selection was provided for breakfast sometimes the hot food was not that hot.
good location, lovely sea view from my room, the swimming pool was a nice touch No free carpark anywhere in sight, if you're planning to rent a car to get there, be warned! Also there was no fridge in the room, something I would expect in a so-called 4-star hotel. Not a 4-star standard, I'm afraid. Reception staff had poor English - it took 20 minutes to check me in!!!
The View. It was about 10 minutes walk from a free car park. And you can't even pull-up outside to leave your cases... and my room never got any sun.
The setting and location . The guests were allowed in dining room at dinner time in shorts
The hotel is centrally placed and offers a good base from which to tour the local area The general ambience of the hotel is good however the rooms and bathrooms are tired and need maintenance. Food was of an average standard but plentifull.
It's in the middle of the center. The beds were horrible, the bathroom wass tiny and the toilet was broken. I wouldn't book this hotel again. It also attracts a lot of old people. Definitely not meant for a younger couple. And if you don't like noise you are not at the right place here. It's accross from a lovely square but then again the church bells ring every 15 minutes. And people stay out till midnight so an early night in is impossible
I've stayed at this hotel 3 times now and each time they have welcomed me, when I returned I recieved flowers in my room!
location bathrooms need updating
The location of the hotel is excellent - although parking is not. It is very nice and right in the pedestrian area.
Central Could be noisy
Location was great, clean and tidy, staff nice and polite. none
The price, the coziness and the location were great.
Delightful setting and historical character of the hotel. Excellent food and helpful staff. Very convenient for the tourist facilities and the traditional town centre.
Nice Canary atmosphere, friendly staff, very good location (close to the sea, beaches, bus station, many banks in the neighborhood, shops to buy fruit, etc.), breakfast already at 7 am + possibility to choose among many things to eat, possibility to sunbathe on the terrace. Noisy location (though it got quiet enough late in the evening to be able to sleep well); little swimming pool.
Nice hotel, easy access from the main road. A little bit far from the sea but it is not an issue when you have a rented car. Overall, good value for the money.
Very clean, good service, good breakfast and friendly personnel.
Great views, very good breakfasts (don't know about any other meals), close to town centre. Very noisy room. I'd expect a 4 start hotel to be a little more cleaner (I blame the management, not the maids). If you get a room with sea view you'll probably enjoy you're stay even with the limescale in the shower and some stains on the bathroom ceiling.
