The free airport shuttle and the free breakfast
The rooms and and the overall appearance of the resort are not maintained. On our first night our a/c leaked that caused water to flood a part of the room

Hotel is very nice, close to a shopping mall. Very organized an attentive staff. We had an issue with our AC and the housekeeping put us in a new room immediately. Breakfast is good and the pool and hotel atmosphere is very relaxing. Would stay here again.

When you walk in the receptions, restaurant and pool area was beautiful. The staff were super friendly and helpful and will go out of their way for you. The rooms were very nice and bed were comfortable. It was easy to book all our tours and pick up from the hotel. The buffet breakfast have the tastiest pancakes and the dinner at the restaurant was really good.
Not really a complaint, but we had a little incident with the water in the shower overflowing and wetting the bathroom floor.
