Good location and comfort. Very expensive additional facilities in the hotel: internet, food and beverage.
I was in Prague for a conference at the convention center, which is a short (3-5 minute) walk from the Corinthia Hotel. The hotel's room accommodations were fine. Room was clean, reasonably spacious, beds comfortable, and a good desk working area (though electrical outlets were in short supply.) Breakfast was included in my reservation, and it was a phenomenal hot buffet spread. Room service was quick (<30 minutes each time I used it) and food was good quality and affordable. Free wifi. Easy access to the city via the adjacent Metro stop. I did not explore the neighborhood at all -- didn't seem very touristy. The room seemed well insulated from both street noise and sounds within the hotel.
spa, room, breakfast, location in room and lobby it was really cold!
The hotel was immaculate, excellent facilities and friendly helpful staff. The hotel has its own metro station and the centre of Prague is 10 minutes away. The room was a good size, well laid out. the hotel has a wide choice of restaurants and the food/service from them all was excellent. The swimming pool on the top floor is something else, th view of Prague is incredible. The steeam room and sauna was also very good. This hotel comes very highly recommended and i woud definelty use it again. The only minor criticism was that there was maintenance going on, drilling and hammering that started early in the morning and lasted all day.
Apart from all of the above we especially liked the very close proximity of the metro, which was very easy to use. The girls on the concergie desk were very helpful at all times.
beside from exelent service was the location of the hotel very good because the Metro was very near by and it gave easy acsess to the city.
Hotel was good value, clean, excellent breakfast buffet and close to metro subway station. I would use it again.
easy to go with the metro
I enjoyed fairly cheap weekend rates and I liked the large room and health spa facilities. The hotel is a couple of stops on the Metro from Wenceslas Square and three stops from the railway station.
the spa facilities
The kindness of all the personal.
I ll come back again.
wellness package good value for money unclear if you had to pay for bottles of water in the room and films expensive to pay for on tv
Rich breakfast on the 2nd floor Poor breakfast on the 1st floor. There was difference between those two places' supply.
fitness center, nice breakfast
clean rooms, good value, room was noisy we could hear the neighbors, breakfast was very basic. Staff was very unfriendly and rude
Good location 4 stops on the metro and your in the city center, hotel was clean and provided good services. hotel bar is on the expensive side!!
was so great hotel and i was happy to have the booking in this hotel ..Josef @Madina Evrey thing was great dunning my stay in hotel..
The staff were all very polite and helpful; especially the restaurant staff in the italian restaurant The guest room and bathroom were not at the standard that I would expect for a 4 star hotel; however they were clean - just in need of refurbishment - especially the bathroom.
the help and support from the staff when i arrived as i had my baby with me and they ensured i had my room before 12 noon as i arrived at 10 a.m due to an early flight
good facilities, accesible to any kind of tansport.
I recommend this excellent hotel which is luxiourious with many facilities and excellent resturant and bar. We have enjoyed an excellent staying and lokk forward to return.
nice room (apartment type). free parking in the hotel's garage. friendly staff. 5 min walking from metro station (2 stations from the centre of Prague)
the location, room space hotel staff, room cleaness
great location, parking included, nice and clean room, equipment, great food Elevators are closing quite fast and quick - not comfortable if you have a bigger luggage. Missing emergency lights on pathways, there are only moving sensors. Breakfast nice but missing vegetables. It is not an usual to charge for a breakfast or tea for child if is free of charge on the room with parents.
The accommodation was of high quality and the staff most obliging. I travelled with my daughter and needed a separate sleeping area. The hotel really tried hard to make the Prague experience a good one. I epsecially liked the generous breakfasts and the fact that you could eat at the accommodation if you chose not to self cater
good location, very comfortable apartment, great breakfast, staff speaking fluent english, all amenities as described
If I can stay in a place like this every time we travel, I will die a happy man. Just a wonderful place with wonderful personel. One example- just arrived there- had no czech crones- girl at reception borrowed me cash to the next day( without interest:) . None
very clean, friendly/helpfull staff no
Very clean and ellcellent staff, friendly always. Great value for money. Do not let the distance from the town centre bother you as the metro is close. But it's nice to be in a quiet part of the city "No loud boozers at strange times of the day" superb place a++++ Tea and Coffee facilities and a fan as no air-con Would be a good idea in the room, however mini bar is a bonus.
Very clean, high quality decor, good sized rooms Location (down side street), no tea/coffee making facility
Short walk to the Metro and only 2 stops from the centre. Excellent breakfasts. Very modern and clean rooms with minibar and flat screen TV. The hotel arranged taxi pickup did not work well. It was 20 minutes late and then we had to wait for other passengers and drop them off at their hotel first. Cost was 660Kr and we made the return journey by metro and bus for 160 Kr total for two and it couldn't have been easier.
everything was perfect. nothing
the service was very good -the breakfast was perfect and the location was near to metro station the only thing that i didnt like is that i couldnt smoke in my room
The breakfast was great. It was a ncie suprise to see someone constantly filling up the items when they were getting low.
cleaning and good service
Free small parking, very careful staff, good location, calm area quite simple breakfast
The staff is very friendly. Free and safe garage. Hotel looks very modest from outside but the room is worth 4* and breakfast is fine. I recommend this hotel to people who are on a city trip and dont spend too much time in the hotel (no bar).
This hotel is a little bit outside the old town area, but so close to the metro that you can be at any of the tourist sites within 15 minutes. The hotel caters to business execs and provided excellent quality and nice amenities.
The location was good re. Vyserhad and convenient to public transport.
After you familiarize yourself with the city's public transportation system a little bit, it really easy to reach the hotel.
The hotel staff was fantastic!
Comfort, pleasant and young stuff, many tramlines quite near. No, it was not.
Nice view and clean rooms. No noise during the night. It´s very far from city downtown.
close to the city centre. noizy-squeaking bed
Close to city center, nice personnel, clean room, fair price... No.
A little too far from the city center
the staff were very good under very poor management
Big and tall rooms, nice, old building. Good breakfast, close to public stations. Our room (14) had balcony. A bit noisy, both from the street and next rooms, halway, as the walls are thin. Railway runs right behing the hotel. First time in my life I was asked to pay for the hotel room before I could even see it. Also be sure to ask for an invoice on the spot when you pay, we almost got in the situation that our payment to not to be recognizes later. (Make sure you ask about prices, covert and service tax in neighboring restaurants, pubs before sitting down, as for example at a close beergarden we drank 6 cheap beers, the waiter counted 6 but charged us 10 of the most expensive beers on the menu. Even the guy at public transport ticket office did not give back change correctly.)
Only localisation small rooms, accomodation and ventilation was unsufficient or out of order, then temperature in the room on 11 floor was so high during the day and night!!!. Noisy breakfest room with loud music
Nice 4* hotel. View to cemetery.
Easy to find. Good parking facilities. Helpful and efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Easy underground connection to city centre Administration seemed chaotic. The receptionist seemed to have no records of any visitors bookings and dealt very professionally with a frustrating and embarassing situation
Good location, close to the metro station. Very good breakfast and buffet dinner. Nice staff. Good value for money. The bed was nice and big and it makes he room little bit small.
Secure parking, close to Metro station with very easy access to the centre (5 stops to Museum direct)
Nothing. A.c didn't work in either rooms and the staff were rude and un-friendly As above plus the total over-all rude, miserable & moody staff made for the worse hotel
Flexibble and forthcoming handling, clients had meeting and the banquetting dpt was very efficient, respecting all additional needs andwishes. No
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable room
friendly staff, breakfast small bed
My room shoud be non smoking room but anyway I can smell it some cigaretts. Breakfast was horrible. Waitress as well. When they wrote u can use wirelles it just in some rooms not in all hotel.I had on the door dont disturb but anyway someone came inside.
Hotel Pankrac is near Congress centre and metro station. The room is comfortable and safe especially for baby and children. The breakfast is good. The room is clean and cool design.
laking of refrigirator in room
The hotel is close to a wheelchair accessible Metro stop. Convenient when traveling with my mother who is in a wheelchair.
Near thу metro-station, easy to get to the centre of Prague Poor breakfast, problems with hot water (sometimes it's cold)
This hotel is near the underground and is very easy to find it. In the morning you can eat everything in its excellent and generous buffet. The rooms are clean everyday by the friendly staff. The tram line is near the hotel and you can hear a bit its noise, but maybe I'm pretty sensitive about the sounds.
The reception person is very helpful and the hotel is close to a metro station. Room was not very clean.
Good location within 10 minutes of the centre of Prague by metro. Also took less than one hour to reach the Airport by metro & bus.
breakfast, good location - close to metro and tram towels, altought clean, had some strange smell; there is no telephone in the rooms
It is very quiet place
Hotel is very close to city center by public transport.
Very nice small hotel on a good location. Good conection to the center with trams 11,18, 56. Excellent breakfest and clean rooms. Quite part of town. Night trams aren't by the schedule. The nearest metro station is 15mins faraway (red line).
An excellent hotel - newly refurbished, quiet, clean, very helpful staff and good rates. Having a pool (albeit small) is an unusual perk in a Prague central hotel at this rate. It's a tough out of the way from the city centre, but if you get to grips with the tram system (easy when you get a map) then you're onto a winner here. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room is a minor gripe (but there's room service)
The entire hotel was 100% clean. The single rooms are quite small with limited space for suitcases etc.
отношение персонала очень доброе,внимательное-как буд-то у себя дома живешь!сам отель новенький,чистенький! все ооооочень понравилось
Good position near tram stop (15-20 min.to get to the city centre). Very clean. internet free. nice breakfast. Limited space for suitecase. no international channels on tv sat
Very Excellent and Staff are very kind. This hotel is small and a little disstance from Praha center but very quite good hotel and I'll recommend this Inos hotel to my friends. Far from hotel to Praha center but it's a little bit uncomfortable. !!
it was near the centre
very clean, comfortable to reach the old town by tram
Location & value for money. -
Quiet neighbourhood, helping staff - speaks excellent English; room was big, breakfast very good for 4 EUR, possibility to park the car in their safe underground garage (10EUR/day). Bus station is 3 min away; #3 and #17 are frequent and they take you to city centre in ~10 min. Hair dryer in the room.
Staff supplied all the information required to help us visit Prague, very enjoyable. Walks very pleasant. Not suitable for the less able who would struggle to walk to the hotel from the tram stop. We are very able and walked for miles.
Rooms are very nice & situation ir OK
The girls at the reception, very pretty, all ;)
We were given a fantastic room with a balcony. It was clean and large. The hotel is perfectly located- the tram stop at the bottom of the hill has trams going all over the city, and at the top of the hill is the metro and night buses. The walls are thin, so if you have an inconsiderate neighbour, expect disturbed sleep. In the two times we stayed at Inos we've been unlucky once and lucky once.
Very good quality 3* hotel. Easy access to trams for centre,Clean and confortable accommodation. Good selection of food at breakfast.Helpful staff. Slight problem some mornings getting cleared table to sit at and room had only one chair. These are minor dislikes that would not stop us returning or recommending this hotel
a nice hotel with good restorant and near to the metro
ı enjoyed the stay. it was clean and the staff were very helpful. I had no problems with the transportation to the city centre.
Nice hotel, modern, clean well kept staff friendly and attentive. Ideal as a city break type hotel. No complaints
Friendly staff, parking behind the hotel , good link to metro and tram
good, quiet room. good restaurant. nice, polite people. nothing special, only shower
It was friendly. The building work that was going on in the hotel and out the back of the hotel, which meant we were woke before 7.
nice, discreet service
Everything was good. Quiet, clean room, friendly staff, good location, great breakfast.
nice bedroom - good shower - good breakfast the location is not great, quite far from the old town which is the turist area. However everything else was fine.
honey moon cocktail and the music in the bar the internet connection and the construction works
lack of English speaking news channel
The room was good quality for the price, also the breakfast was good with eggy bread. It was close to tram links to the centre The hotel was tucked away in a side street, though ok once found
location is to the center of the city and it is easy to get there.
there was no hot water in the room!!!! Also room was very cold. They do not open heating system in the middle of the october. They don't deserve being 4 star hotel
Nice place, close to the riverside and one of the oldest part of Prague called Vysegrad. Near to transport as well. If u don't care about a 7 min way to the center of the city book it right now. The only reason to chose this place it's close to my friend apartments )
The respective value for money paid.
Breakfast, friendly staff, good location, interesting design
I liked the friendliness of the staff, the price and cleanliness of the hotel
near by congress center and metro station
Staff were very nice, great selection for breakfast, very welcoming hotel.
away from the hustle and bustle of city centre Quality of bath and hand towels, very thread bare
vicinity to Congress Center and Metro. One staff member at the front desk was unprofessional. Wanted only cash payement for the hotel charges, One my colleagues also had the same problem in the middle of the night.
Hotel was in very good location - only two metro station from the citi center and comparing it with its price it was very good choise. Rooms are very small but in case you would like to sleep only there it is ok.
Polite receptionists, clean and spacy rooms, minibar, bathtub, safety deposit box in the room, free internet, nice lobby, relativ good location (easy to find it with car and day&night easy access to the old town with public transportation), good breakfast. strict policy for the breakfast time ('til 10, but to be everything ok you should be there at 9.15 max.). like almost enywhere in Prague, the exchange rate is ~ +10%, even if you pay with cash.
Our stay was good. We didn't know about transfer to town while bookinf, so, it became a nice suprise for us. The breacfast was wonderful, the hotel itself is very quiet, the staff is friendly, the price is more then good. There were only 2 things I didn't like - owful pillows and just couple channels in English and 0 in Russian - that was dissapointing.
A great hotel with friendly staff and the rooms where very nice. The buffet breakfast was also very good! No, accept that it was a bit far from the center of Prague, but that was not actually a problem since the public transport was so good. The tram went about 12 times each hour, and it was only 500 meters to walk to the tram.
clean room, fair price + free parking space room = "smelly" & very thin walls: we could definitely hear our neighbours move, snor (all night long), sneeze,cough....... also a bit far from the city center + breakfast not 4 stars worth
the location was very far from things, the hotel restaurant was also very high priced and was a specialty restaurant with limited sushi menu
Relatively good value for money mainly when you need to park your car. Well, it has 4* but it looks more like typical 3* and I do not see any reason why to return. It also did not especially pleased me to hear all the sounds from neighbouring rooms.
the cleanliness of room the lady on the reception try to give us another type of room witch was much cheaper that the one we booked
Excellent restaurant, good atmosphere, beautiful nature Poor wi-fi, not so clean and not so comfortable rooms.
The breakfast is very poor, no vegetables
It was very hot and no airconditioning and no fans!!
They dont have normal windows, you can not look outside
good peaceful location bar man very pleasant receptionists not very friendly
I enjoyed the quiet and peace in the evenings and the ease with which I could get to places in Prague, either on foot or by tram. The staff were polite and helpful. If I'd known there was a swimming pool so close by I would have brought a swimming costume. I enjoyed being on the river. I didn't think much of the breakfast on offer.
The location and breakfast are good. The beds were quite uncomfortable although we could put up with them. One of the members of the staff at reception was quite rude and authoritary all the time dealing with us as though we were (her) young kids.
it was fun staying on a boat, and the breakfast was delicious. plus, the tram lines were a short walk from the hotel unfortunately, we were on the side of the boat that overlooked the shore, so we didnt have a nice view. also, the woman at the front desk kept interrupting our check in to talk to other people and help them numerous times
location, type of hotel not 100% clean, small shower
The hotel has been build on the river using an old ship and the scene from the windows are very nice.
The friendly atmosphere, good service the staff are so helpful. I recommend Botel Racek highly for young & old.
I loved being in a real stateroom and watching the ducks, swans, rowers and small commuter boat on the Vlatava. It was also pleasant to go up on the poopdeck to drink Moravian white wine and watch the sunset. Downtown Prague was easily reached by streetcar. Lenka and René at the front desk were good-natured and helpful.
I liked the idea of staying on a boat and the staff were very helpful and he maids were very prompt in morning cleaning the rooms. No not really just that the bathroom was small, would not be suitable if you had children but that is all., although they may have other rooms that would be suitable for families.
very easy to find and very good access to the transport system
Staff was nice, water temperature was good, breakfast was good. The distance to subway station is very convenient. Some of the lights were broken. The bed is a tilt up storage bed and doesn't have a mattress, just a sponge. Bathroom wasn't clean. The shower is a stand-up one but lacked elevated place to put soap. The TV is 12inch CRT with bad reception and broken remote.
room was clean and comfortable a bit too far from Metro station and no maps available for the neighborhood.
Very flexible, good information about the city, complimentary city drop off and good breakfast
Surrouds : highway, train, semi-industrial in front of the entrance. Heavy or noisy work 7 days / 7 days !
the staff is very helpfull & breakfast is good. calm place. tv - only 4 channels
Peacful and romantic enviroment, excellent recreational opportunity. The menu was simple. It did not appear in a typical Czech cuisine, but the dishes were delicious.
The service is excellent and I enjoy every stay there. This was my third stay (previously for 26 nights and then 13 nights) and I will be staying at least four more times in 2008. The location is a bit remote for Central Prague siteseeing especially if staying out late. It is close to my client though which works well for me.
breakfast, friendly staff
Good location with friendly service Though taxis were available, would reconsider stay as taxi returning back to the hotel was rather expensive.
Beautiful facilities and a very comfortable experience. The staff was warm, courteous, and professional. The hotel's ambience is perfect for a peaceful stay not far from downtown Prague, and the food and service were outstanding. I will stay here again in the future. Limited parking space is the only drawback to this hotel.
The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and acccomodating to us.
