Very nice and spacious room; very clean and everything you could need is there: robes, safety box, umbrella, ... The staff was very nice and helpful. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to a big shopping centre.
The room was good value, very comfortable and had a nice balcony. The hotel has a good roof terrace with a swimming pool. It is very handy for the railway station. The breakfast was uninspiring.
it's a nice hotel in a quit backstreet just a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Good value for money
Nice hotel, nice and helpfull staff, clean and I got a room high up, just as I asked for.... I think the hotel must think a little abou the brakefast.....nearly every guest came to the breakfast with their own...yougurt,bread, cheese and so on...it was a little bit boring and simple... Food is so cheap in Thailand so they could make it a little bit more intresting to go to the brakfast table..
Excellant sized rooms , breakfast more than adequate. Good value hotel near to beach/entertainment area.
The Citin Loft hotel is centrally located in Hua Hua and is easy walking distance to surrounding shops, restuarants and the beach. The room was a good size, clean and modern. The hotel is good value for money and I would stay again
Free WiFi Internet access in room, breakfast included. too far from the beach, too expensive for a budget hotel
Location was excellent and friendliness of the staff was reapply good
Nothing not a same us they show on them pictures, i ask 1 single king size bed they put me 2 single bed together, can you imagine, pool like my bath in russia small and old, staff poor english, no cafe, far very far from beach, dont wast your time and money even for 1 day!
this hotel is great value for money and well located in hua hin. the room was very spacious and spotless. although it's not a hotel with a lot of character the staff are very friendly and it's a quiet spot just off the main road.
We stayed in the hotel because other hotels in the centre of Hua Hin were fully booked. Room was beautiful, however hotel lacked atmosphere since there is no central lobby. Shuttle to the city very irregular. Taxi took hours to get there. Hotel situated in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast served only asian food.
It's a great luxury to have your complete privacy around your pool, The poor language knowledge of the staff is sometimes a problem to make yourself understood.
We had a wonderful time at the aka.... Food was delicious
Piracy is good. Water quality of swimming pool not good enough & no bicycle for children, only 4 big bites for adult, hence, activities not much for choices. As many DVDs had lost, not much choices for guest.
Calmness, perfect staff service and care, private pool Suddenly early in the morning, the electricity is gone and I reported it to the front desk staff during the breakfast time, but nothing happened till we check out. They must be more fast and instact to this problem situation.
The pool in the delux one room villa was a really good size to swim in. The restaurant at the time of our visit offered a limited selection of dishes
Staff were very helpful and polite. Villa pool is nice. It's worn out. Furnitures and accessories are old, used-up and need repairs. Bath-tub was very dirty - un-usable. No privacy when shower as you can see from other salas. There's no pool chair. Refrigerator is very small for 2 bedroom villa and only 1 phone for 2 bedroom villa.
Place, Service, Cleanning, Location, Decoration Nothing
The quietness of the place, a lot of privacy.
Private pool of 10 meter and the villa whit a quiet ambiance,a small golf car bring you to your room, so you don`t must wolk on the big resort. take about 5 km from center to Hua Hin, have a shutlle bus, but only on 12.00 o clok,6 pm and 9 pm, a taxi to the hotel is about 300 Bath... for 5 km very much for Thailand
relexes and holiday Cleaning bathroom because quite dirty
I live in sydney and I must say i was really suprised to find such a great resort on the beach so close to bangkok , that I could just chill out with my Family. The pool is enormous, the resort is brand new. We have booked again for next year! Cheers Sam
Nice, big room,service-very friendly, foods at the hotel rather cheep and delishes.free shuttle from hotel to Hua Hin(5 min by car). All were super. Beautiful garden!!Privite beach. Hotel is a smaller then I think, nothing to do at the hotel in the evening.
I liked the tranquility of the setting, the awareness of the staff but not in your face very helpful especailly the young guys at the pool area, always there to see your every needs, towels, menus, drinks etc...very very lovely and always smiling. No
for three days and two nights that i stayed at this hotel.everything that i done example go to have breakfast, have snack,go to library and go to swim i walk by myself for far distance the hotel have co-cart car but it used for convenience of the hotel staff it not used for service the guest even guest is a fat woman or kid.no greeting from hotel staff.and no information from the hotel that you have snack and drink served at 14:00-15:00pm. on the first day that i check in i don't know.i drive to the hua-hin market to take a cup of coffee on that time.and absolutely this hotel is very bad service.if you have time.please kindly observe putahraksa hotel all service is very good.thank you and i think this hotel is the first and last time for me. please kindly improve your service or go to observe putahraksa hotel how that hotel is the best one in my mind.
below standard food, below standard spa, staff hardly spoke english, private villas had a prison-feel about them behind concrete walls. Only 1 expensive villa has a sea view
The resort is beautiful with a tropical garden. We stayed in a suite and found it quite luxurious with a kingsize bed and a large bathroom which came with a outdoor shower. Breakfast was great and so was the restaurant. The pool is enormous and the resort is right at the beach with its own private beach under the palm trees. The resort is 6 km from the centre but there is a shuttle bus 2x / evening. The bed sheets were not changed regularly enough. Every room received daily a basket of fruit except us. The bathroom floor showed old and therefore a bit dirty. All the woodwork in the resort could use a new layer of paint. All these details considered, the hotel is only worth 4 stars.
the villa. It is very nice and above what I expected. Due to the beautiful nature surrounding the villas, there are a lot of instects which made its way in the villas. My kids have been severely bitten by bugs.
The graciousness of the staff at the hotel makes this one of Thailand's most relaxing destinations. The large surrounding grounds are magnificent, tended carefully for over 80 years. A low rise development, you are close to the beach and town. The rooms are very well appointed, roomy and air conditioned - and the balconies have great views. The resorts' Sala Thai and Japanese restaurants have great food at reasonable prices, although you can walk into town - 2 mins - to choose other places if you like. This is a fabulous resort and this was our 3rd stay there.
This is a really nice and luxurious hotel. Expensive, but you get value for money. Friendly staff, beautiful garden and a good atmosphere.
The setting, the service, the luxury, the food. The size and quality of the bathroom towels were at odds with the rest of the luxury offered.
Loud Americans at breakfast!
Extremely friendly staff, the hotel was beautiful . Relaxed colonial style with stunning garden and grounds. We upgraded to Villa with club facilities which is particularly good value . Even without different room you can have club facility for extra 1500bhat which is good for snacks during day, afternoon tea and drinks.
Great service. Fantastiv staff. Clean. Great location. Secure and spacious!nice rooms with awsome balcony. We go back next year!! The food and drinks were four times the prices in town wich is a bit silly. We had a baby and the lack of elevatir was very frustrating. However we were allowed to use the staff elevator wich was ok.
the resort is in an excellent location....wonderful staff as is the case in most Thai resorts. we changed the room because it was dark and a bit tired in some places...and were given a very nice bright and fresh room.
A beautiful hotel in every respect. Wonderful location, stunning grounds, excellent staff, food, service, room, nothing could be faulted. Nothing

Beautiful setting and gracious staff. Wonderful hotel for children since they have a water slide.
Beautiful beach front property and very nice pool and spa. You & Mee lunch restaurant was very good. Minor problems with TV and hot water in our room were not adequately fixed by the hotel staff. Free morning yoga sessions were offered during our stay.
The Hyatt at Hua Hin is a great place to lay back and rest. Attentive staff available but not overbearing. Grab a lounge early and come and go all day. Be sure to enjoy the lovely beach too.
Compared to other Thailand hotels this facility was pretty lacking. The location is 4 miles from the town and transportation was difficult. Most unusual was the slow and indifferent service from the wait staff in the restaurants. I found this very unusual for Thailand. On the positive the beds were very comfortable and the pool facility was one of the finest and largest I have ever seen. I expected more from a HR and will stay at the Hilton Hua Hin in the future.
Peace of Heaven Only if it was closer to home : )
Palm pool suit has private jaggy pool on the face of nice sea view. Room is also confirtable and nice. In the morning, there is Yoga class whici is free for the accomdates. I-pod was broken but the hotel didn't change to the new one. So we conldn't listen to the music. However they overbooked our 1st night, one of reception lady didn't applogize to us directly. But we still think that this hotel is really nice.
The hotel staff is very friendly. Where we stayed it has very few rooms (ca 15) and additional 5 at another location. Very quiet and relaxing close to the sea, excellent maintained and clean,
Hey,i cannot describe it,you need to stay there to know how it feels.I regreat that i stayed only for two nights....should have stayed for a week.Great place and if you are with someone you love/like nothing like Aleenta. yes,i think the bathrooms should have a exhaust fan and the showers fittings ie: cold/hot water mixer should be up graded preferable with power showers should be great.
I loved the rooms, the setting, especially our private jacuzzi. Luxurious. The food/ spa is not that great/ not value for money vs. other Thai food/ spas. I would eat out or get massage elsewhere.
