Due to a twin hotel on the same campus, there's no children in this hotel. There's a great buffet b'fast, and many other guests seemed to have full board. Many people from Russia and Scandinavia. Two bottles of water provided free daily. Shuttle to Patong and Central Market for less than a taxi or a tuk tuk costs. Endless pools! Great restaurant locations on the beach. Swim up bar with connect four. Strong air con in the room, and free wifi in lobbies. Rooms aren't immaculate, mould in the shower, light fittings inadevrtently showing. Towels smell less than fresh. Bathroom lighting a little dark. Some pillows lumpy (but happily provided more)
Excellent hotel, staff were excellent, location is nice with good beach and restaurants. Good to hire a scooter so you can at out of the resort easily. Sound proofing between rooms was not so good.
Near the beach ,and in very nice erea the hotel over price for Booking.com,when I asked the people staying next rooms ,one from germany told me the price which is less by 30%than the price I got from booking .com and he got it from travel agency in his country, the same thing siad to me on man from England.the hotel charge for every service , like _ ice, shuttle etc.
Good location (Kamala beach) and nice swimming pool
i stay 1 night then i chaged fast very bad location
beach side so many insects and lizards in and around the hotel
This hotel has expanded significantly since I stayed in the early 2000's; it now appears to be a combination of Sunwing/Best Western and is a sprawling complex of ugly buildings with a very impersonal and perfunctory staff who you never see unless in reception which is the opposite end of the beach/sea entrance! Does not have the charm it used to and I would not likely stay there again. Its impersonal and perfunctory culture and the taxi fare to the airport 600bht which is in contrast to the airport controlled taxi to Kata Beach 750bht for a journey almost twice as long!
