The Centara Grand Mirage is a fantastic themed hotel. I only stayed for a couple of nights with my partner, my son and his girlfriend, as a stop over, but we would definately return here for much longer. It has almost everything you could want right there in the hotel complex; including a private beach, excellent restaurants, bars, spa, good size gym, kids play rooms etc etc, and fantastic grounds with numerous pools, slides and a lazy river. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The hotel is far enough from the noise and bustle of Pattaya to relax, but only a short Tuk Tuk ride to the action if you want it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone - families, couples, old, young - there's something for everyone. No Complaints, loved this hotel.
Water sports facilities are excellent this is the best place for families with young childrens.
all new hotel, trying well to be a 5 star hotel overall staff did its very best to please guests. The staff at the bar was a let down, management needs to watch out. Besides that nothing negative to report.
great！ I love their pool! Had so much fun
The pools were excellent. Paying to use the kids playroom! For goodness sake... I know it was only 50baht but still. If you are going to charge at least plough the proceeds back into the equipment in the room.
Jacuzzi room is very romantic Check-in and Check-out counter should switch, check-out staff is double the check-in, that makes the check-in line very long
It was a ideal location for our Holiday and we had good time all through our stay at the Hotel. It was very clean and maintained well. We look forward to come back with our family Members as well. May be the Hotel could have had a Disco or Lively Pub. Because, we had to go around searching for a good Disco and Active Pub. Anyway thats only our expectation. If they were there it would have been more good. Whatever it is we liked the Hotel a lot.
all detailes are thouruoghly thought over in hotel design, lanscape, fruits in room, small details - comfortable stay, evening sea dining at Aqua restaurant on Friday little beds on the beach, too many people on the beach had to spend time looking ofr free beds for money
Lay out of room and view
Everything about the hotel was just gr8-the location, the ambience, the rooms,Buffet b'fast,Room service-it was a very good experience in totallity.
Freindly staff, very nice and helpful The room is too small, the walls are thin, hence, you can hear every little sound on the next room, it was a nightmare
liked the open concept bathroom and the swimming pools the morning buffet spread did not have much variety
The position is very good for seeing most things in Pattaya and the staff were all very helpful. The fact that it no longer has a tennis court.
Very good hotel
Swiming pools was nice. Too much extra charges! Not so worth of money!
The location was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The hotel did not give me an invoice when I checked out.Is this the normal practice.
The rooms at the Ocean Tower are beautifully designed and comfortable. Attitude at reception is not very Thai, close to unfriendly.
Swimming pool Staff are not helping
Close to the beach. Good breakfast. I asked a quiet room with Internet. Received a noisy room without Internet connection. Later got a room change. Night party in the garden next to my room, no pre notice. 3 star hotel. I dislike.
This is my second stay in this hotel which is excellently located and offers great value for money. Second poolside with seaview is a big plus. Staff is very friendly.
Very nice place! In the heart of walking street, but still peaceful place to be! Cool pools and everything! Recommend! I will stay there again in future. Wifi got to be free these days! I won´t never pay that 700baht day for internet access!
The location was very good, at the end of Walking Street, by the sea, and in quiet surroundings. The swimming pool and the gardens were beautiful and spacious. Nothing to complain about, except that you have to pay 420 bath per day for using your personal computor in your room.
Unless you have a early raise to catch your flight....forget it....the hotel does exactly what it says in the tin...no glamour, no fuss...by the way, the swmining pool is more like a baby bathtab...but its cute..the airport drop off is a plus... The area is simply hedious..the staff friendly, but the girl at the reception she forgot to wake me up, and I nearly missed my flight back. She keep asking for tips even though I have just check in...weired...I guess, they are there to milk as much money as possible, knwing at the look of my face, that I will not be coming back in the hurry.
Excellent breakfast and swimming pool nothing to coment
Friendly staff, always helpful no
Excellent Location right at the end of Walking Street but quiet enough to be relaxing, extremely helpfull staff
Situation is really good. There is a disco 50 metres away. The person who took the photos for the hotel web is really good because the reality is far away from those photos.Plenty of mosquitoes.
Close to the port, where you can take a boat to islands. Close to Walking Street, where many restaurants and shopping malls. Very friendly staff. I had to change the room to a Exclusive Delux because ordinary Delux room is not 4* but more 3* hotel room. Bathroom in Delux room is not very good. There was a re-construction near the big sweeming pool. There was a lot of noise there all day around.
i liked the sea view and the swimming pool i even extened to 5 days and got the same rate
The view was very nice, every thing was very clean, pool was clean and nice, staff were very nice and helpfull and well situated for shopping. The price was a bit expensive compare to the 5 star hotels that I have been in other places.
The facilities in terms of relaxation, i.e. pool, sauna, spa etc. The sea facing suites have a great veiw. The phenomenal service & attentiveness. They really appear to value you as a guest in this hotel!
The situation to the beach and view from balcony room was amazing. The service and amenities first class. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night. The room furniture was getting a bit tired. It was a shame the mosiac on the pool floor had worn as it hits you when looking down on it.
The staff was very good. Rooms nice, but somewhat dated. The ungoing construction took away from our staying comfort.
Very nice location, quiet, personnel very friendly, big room too many "budget" tourists, Breakfast buffet mediocre
Booked for a friend, but stayed at this hotel before. A nice hotel with secluded private beach. Efficient staff, and sapcious clean rooms. Good breakfast Wireless is at a charge. Residents have to buy prepaid cards. For a hotel of this rating, this service should be free of charge. The location is a bit away from the city.
A great place to relax...great pools and sporting facilities..only costing 100baht to get Walking Street which is only a few minutes away Only one level of room airconditioning..COLD....ask a couple of times to fix it but temperature never changed cold..
very helpful staff. lovely room, and the food was good a little out of the way, about 15 mins by taxi to pattaya. but plenty to do at the hotel
The view was great and staffs're very helpful. Room was not clean. Empty bottle of water and left over cookies were left from previous guest. The room's pretty old but big. Sofa was dirty. TV Remote control didn't work properly and No free Wifi. On the second day we went out and got back at nearly 3.30pm. , the room wasn't done cleaning yet as hotel's housekeeper was not enough. Breakfast was just so so. Swimming pool is nice but no slider for kids. Also the Kid's room which's located in the fitness center in the other building was super small. Steam+sauna was charged 200B/hour. (None of hotel we've been charge on this kind of service. This is very funny to us.) Compared to other 4 or 5 stars hotel in Pattaya, this one is too expensive. "One time is enough"
I like the closeness to the city area. The staff is amazing and helpful always. At the beginning the room did not smell so good... I guess it was the humidity.
Excellent staff very helpful and smiling Very nice location Nice swimming pools nice rooms Vey pleasant atmosphere
Really nice people and clean love everything about it Nothing
Many swimming pools, have a private beach , may outdoor activities.
Nice lobby area and swimming pool The location is not really convenient. Even so it mentioned that hotel has a beach access however sea is far away from the shore and not even deep enough after 400 m walk the water still up to knee.
There are very good swimming pools, very good restaurants & bars and very good Gym and SPA. The sea near the hotel is shallow and dirty.
Lovely pools surrounded by beautiful gardens - it is a resort in the city.Extremely clean with good reception people and housemaids great ! The bar staff let this hotel down badly - suggest you check your bar bill closely - every day there was a mistake and it wasnt as if they were over worked !
Relaxing, warm and friendly , a well run hotel catering for a full range of customers. Staff met requirements of all types of parties from business people to family holidayers, they were always there to attend to your needs and requests. Noisey aircon unit, room key had to be changed once sometimes twice a day and beds a little on the hard side for myself.
Велмколепный a tropical garden, ухоженая territory. It is not audible city noise from street. Pleasant conditions in numbers, excellent breakfasts. Because of plants around басейно constantly garbage in water, is a lot of mosquitoes. Road wi-fi.
Good location outside of the central area. Nice gardens, good breakfast. One of our rooms was not ready until four o'clock when we checked in. Water in the small pool was not very clear.
Beautiful gardens and great swimming pool; I liked the choice of wooden furniture everywhere; spa treatments a bit expensive, considering there is such a choice of places to have massages I had asked for a terrace room - but got a balcony room - upgraded to the third floor though
