it was modern and close to the night live it was still new and well looked after, modern and really neat
Friendly stuff, pool
In-room facilities are great with many nice touches like, internet TV, Pay Per View TV, cosy bed, nice bath tub!
It was a fresh and new built hotel in the heart of Patong. Nice staff, good location, fresh.
Very nice hotel
The location is perfect. It is difficult to sleep early at night since some bars around the hotel and don't close before 3 AM.
Rayaburi is located very near the beach. Rooms were very clean and the staff were all very friendly.
I liked nothing about this hotel...only the location and all but one of the hotel staff were nice and helpful. Hotel charges $27 for each visitor (even if not staying the night). Online booking did not disclose this. I was already paying a double occupancy rate. Hotel is very noisy. Doors slammed all night, elevator bell rings all night. Could hear noise from local bars that surround this 2 star hotel. Mildew in shower and hundreds of ants in bathroom, poor lighting on bathroom mirror; could not see to shave, 4 spot lights above bed in my eyes. TV remote works only if you held arm fully extended up in the air. TV cable had poor reception & sound. Refrigerator made noise. Room safe not bolted down; worthless for security. Hotel charged $25+ for laundry. Got same amount cleaned accross the street for $1.50. Hotel used same serice. Bed like a rock!
I originally booked for 4 nights but was able to stay another 3 nights as I was happy staying there. I was in a loft wing room overlooking the gardens at the rear. Very comfortable, air con, balcony, large bathroom and shower etc. The staff were always helpful and understanding, the Rayaburi restaurant was excellent food and service at a good price I ate their nearly everynight. Overall I enjoyed my stay there as it was minutes walk to the beach and close to all the shops and night life. Thanks Rayaburi
The design of the hotel is wonderful. Great for honeymooners. Reasonable price. Fairly good location. Front desk staff could be more attentive, be it attending to anyone.
always take receipt while giving your payment to the hotel, they didnt give me back my 600 bhat and promised to refund at check out but when the time came and i asked for money then the girl standing there refused to refund and informed me of already refunded me the money at the time of check in. not trust worthy , the front desk
comfort and easy access to Patong Staff where great...
Yes it was very nice The open bathroom and toilet was good design for honey mooners
Hotel was beautiful, great/friendly staff would deffinately stay there again and would recomment it to everyone
- Clean rooms - personnel kindness - good position, near the beach - Excessive number of surveillance cameras - noise due to maintenance works - payment was required in advance for entire stay
The royal suite room was very spacious and clean. Basic facilities provided. Simple but good buffet breakfast (included with room). No hassle during check out. Friendly staff. No complaints for the price I paid for the stay.
nothing the room very dirty, air conditionig noisy and hotel too old.
near to beach. Good location, helpful staffs, clean rooms
Rude staff. Charge 500 baht for guests.
staff are very freandly an heplfool wifi conection no very good , especialy if your room is on see view.
The location is great, near patong beach about around 2mins from the hotel. The staff are helpful in our needs. The location of where the buffet breakfast is. Not conducive enough for a dining area. The fruits are not fresh esp the banana.
Price and location.
Every thing was good The room was little bit dark.... It need some extra lights.
Relexing in the Jacuzzi while overseeing the hills in the distance. Quiet enviroment at day/night. Clean room. Breakfast is not bad. Staff friendly but they speak simple english which you need to ready understand yourself. 5-10 mins walk to the beach, 15 mis to bang-la road and 15-18 mins walk to Juneceylon Shopping Mall. Lots of massage palour, other hotels, ATM plus money changer and less pub down the streets. Breakfast not much spread and the same every morning, The shower w/o bathtub and toilet is in seperated rooms which is really inconvience, the jacuzzi has no hot water and the water seems to be yellowish in colour. The flat screen TV is tiny and not much of English channels. We requested for a queen size but we given two singles bed combined together which is uncomfortable, no extra pillow other than the 2 only pillows provided in the room. Take note there's no Safe in the room which is mention on the site but its at the reception desk. Paid for the WIFI (200 baht/1440 min) in the room but you need to go out of your room to get the signals or go to the lobby.
good location. very quite at night small pool.my room ad a jacuzzi but no hot water only cold.only shower no bath
The staff are really very good, breakfast very good,i really like the rooms. Nothing to write
Facilities were fine, room was large and clean. Bed was uncomfortable (but pretty typical for cheap Thailand hotels). The biggest issue was the club next door to the location, which blasted and bumped music until well beyond 2am. Also, the street this hotel is off of is closed down to vehicles at 5pm, so if you arrive later in the day be prepared to hike a fair distance with all your luggage (in the rain, as it so happened for me). Also, the wifi coverage sucked and constantly dropped.
