breakfast choice and quality not up to 4* standard. no shower curtain meant bathroom floor was constantly soaked.
The hotel staff was very fair in giving a lot of good informations about Paris and to book restaurants and to confirm our flights, etc. ; there are just a friendly atmosfere. it wasn't possible to do a good regulation of the room air condition.
Wonderful experience and very polite staff. Definite recommendation if you want to spend a deluxe weekend in Paris. Minibar was not very complete
Lack of identity of the hotel
Helpful staff. Good service. Lovely room Very expensive breakfasts. 29E for Continental and 35E for American!!
Literally a minute from Champs Elysees. Complimentary breakfast; expected a little more than just breads, croissants, cup of fruit and juice.
We had a wonderful, six-day, Parisian experience at the Hotel de Sers, located in the elegant Champs Elysees district and very close to the metro and upscale restaurants. The staff was consistently helpful and accommodating in their efforts to obtain tickets, give restaurant recommendations, make reservations, call taxis, provide maps and directions, serve in the restaurant, etc. Upon arrival, we were allowed to check in early. This was much appreciated after many hours of overnight travel. Accolades for Fernanda at the reception desk as well as the concierge (I can not remember his name!) for providing outstanding service in a cordial, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was not spacious, however, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Would recommend taking advantage of a room rate that includes at least a continental breakfast, as the breakfasts are very costly.
Reseption personnel, consierge. Breakfast service appalling, tables not cleaned. Slow service.
Great service and rooms. Well-designed.
The location was very good. It was definitely not a luxury hotel. Room was directly over the hotel courtyard that had been converted to a banquet facility and was extremely noisy. Fitness center had only one treadmill and one piece of equipment. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable.
Great location. Smart quite rooms. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Very friendly,helpful staff.Room wonderful
If there really is a perfect hotel in paris this is it.Everything down to the finest detail is covered, rooms are immaculate and stylish, reception and staff cannot go far enougn to help. Perfection.
deluxe rooms on top floor have a balcony, nice l'occitane toiletries toilet broke a few times, not the cleanest of the 5 hotels I stayed in in France during my trip
The location. The hotel is close to most major attractions. The staff especially Olympe is very professional, helpfull and friendly. The price is also good. Our stay was great. We could walk to most attractions. Nothing
We loved the staff at Elysees Regencia! They were so kind, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, modest and comfortable hotel in Paris.
Location of the hotel is superb. Staff is very helpful polite. Room amentities and qualifications fullfills the high quality standarts. Dining hall has no windows. in the basement. Breakfast is not included and is not worth 20 euros. Rooms might be small but should do just fine.
The location and staff The cost!
quete, perfect location
Good location, rather cosy environment. Staff at the (tiny) bar is very kind – exceptional in Paris – and nice design details. Good breakfast. Size of the rooms - very small although I booked a "deluxe Family room". A bit labyrinthic really. Overpriced.
They booked me a taxi to gade north and taxi driver charged me 16.50€ I'm not happy about taxi fare I think it's too expensive and he took me long way round
i liked threre cervice , and staff rooms very small
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was impeccible. We had an excellent stay here and will return again soon.
The staff is great. I arrived very late and there was absolutely no problem with the late arrival. In fact, they upgraded me to the lovely suite. There were delicious little pastries and also a free bottle of water (unusual). The room was quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. I highly recommend the Bassano.
Excellent hotel. Very pleasant staff couldn't do enought for us. Hotel was very clean, quite and comfortable. Walking distance to shops and major attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone.
Hotel Bassano conveniently located to Champs ellyse and metro. It was a lovely sleek hotel. Very clean and very comfortable. Bathroom area split into a water closet and sink shower area.
Very friendly hotel staff, excellent location, comfortable rooms.
Location, Staff Room size
Staff helpful. Rooms nicely decorated and comfortable. Excellent location Toilets and bathrooms did not appear to have an expel-air, which resulted in condensation on mirrors in bathrooms and odour in toilet. This was disappointing as the hotel standard was otherwise very good.
Very comfortable hotel with very hospitale and supportive staff. Very good breakfast in cosy and relaxing area. Location on a quiet street, we were able to sleep with open windows, yet close to main attractions. Surprisingly, we liked everything
Great location, short distance from Metro station. Noisy hosts which have lived at the room 204
Convenient to travel around Paris. Comfortable and compact. Pleasant atmosphere Breakfast was expensive.
Nearness to Champs Elysees
room was very clean and cmfortable though not, for a Superior room, very large.Excellent bathroom amenities(Pascal Morabito).Kind staff.Location was good.Free internet and computer at lobby. too small hotel, not really worthy of being 4 stars hotel. At night, only one person to do it all:reception, room service, luggage etc...Room service very slow. No one to help with luggage!
Cosy room, location of the hotel, room price, breakfast poor condition system
The location and the services! Small rooms.
A lovely hotel within walking distance to the best part of Paris and very close to the Metro and RER. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definately stay here again. Wish the rooms were bigger.
Very good location, Reasonably priced, nice size bedroom and bath. Clean!
the location was perfect for me and also the hotel is cosy and small which is good.. the staff needs to me more friendly and to smile more
very central and queit location , smallness of rooms
Excellent location. Good value. Interesting shower/drainage design. Very compact room/furnishings for a 'superior double room'.'
i like the location of it , hotel staff are keen to help & the room is very clean the room is too small
idealy situated for experiencing the magnificence that is Paris. Not long enough!
location and hospitality of the man and woman who was responsible for reception on October 10&11 two guys who was on duty from Oct.8 till Oct.10. The Russion guy was extrimely unfriendly
the hotel is nice, rooms are clean, location is great. Breakfast
closeness to avenue kleber rooms dark, room decor should be renovated !!!!! and rooms should be better cleaned. Elevator extremely small
well priced in a very good location
This is not a 3* but a 2*.
Location is excellent for sightseers The safe in my room was not working and the staff didn't seem that bothered.Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would be a real plus.
good location near to 3 metro stations hot temperature in the room
I think the price for breakfast was to high comparing to what you received.
The room was dark, not particularly clean and smelly! The whole hotel urgently needs to be re-done. Everything is old. Don't take the breakfast - costs 12 Euro for a disgusting coffee and a croissant. You'll get much better stuff half price in neughbouring cafes. Overall: hotel not recommneded
Friendly efficent staff. The walls in our room need a touch up on the paint/wallpaper
hotel staff was great, very helpful nowhere around this hotel was open after 10pm! nowhere to get food (not even crepe stands) or restaurants, absolutely NO nightlife!
