Compact but perfect
We had room 702, which was on the top floor of the hotel and had a small shared balcony. The room was tiny which is typical for Paris, but clean, with a fresh new bathroom and a very comfortable bed. There was a mini fridge and good air conditioning. Our room rate included a continental breakfast, which was served in the basement. Conveniently located a short walk to Gare du Nord and Gare du l'Est
Maybe not the best neighbourhood, but there are restaurants and we never felt that it was unsafe when we were out for dinner in he evening. There are homeless people near the railway stations

Great location - just a walk away from the Gare Du Nord as well as the Gare Du Est. Nice, smiling people at the front desk and clean, comfy rooms ! I stayed for 2 days and on both mornings had an early start - so didn't try the breakfast...the staff at the front desk charged me Euro.20 less ! Haven't seen that happen in too many European hotels ! I would come back here for sure !
Well..obviously the toilet could be a bit more bigger...!

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, location was easy to get to from the metro.
Breakfast was 8 euros extra, room was rather small.

Location - close to Gare du Nord and Paris shops
When showering water goes on floor- no screen.Breakfast 8euros should include hot dish, E.G., omelette or similar. (Lorette Opera breakfast for same price is much higher standard)
