Food fantastic and staff worked very hard and looked after their guests well.spotless clean hotel great location.
Could do with more entertainment but overall the staff done a good job.

Okay, but wouldn't choose this chain again.
Recently redecorated or refurbished, the hotel is well situated and pleasant to stay in.
No tea/coffee facility in the rooms. No safety chain/ internal locks on doors. Poor sound proofing room to room Lack of information about additional charges.

The location, not too far from the beach and far enough away from the hustle of Palmanova

The staff were excellent, with the exception of the head of entertainment who was very rude and arrogant, and also shouted at my dad ( who is 72 ) around the poolside in front of all the guests when he answered her question about the karaoke!
the bedsheets not being changed for 10 days!
