bed was comfortable and clean. lots of storages. location and view was great next to the beach.

food wasn't good. breakfast is good but orange was horrible. my room was in 4th floor in suite building and it's noisy at night because of the bar in top floor. swimming pool was very cold to swim in October. one of the cups wasn't clean.

The food was great and always lots of choice. Great for our 18 month old also. Communal areas were clean and welcoming. All staff were happy and smiling. Lots of alcohol choice at the bar too. Lots of comfortable seating areas to choose from and great views.

Our room could have been a bit cleaner as there was dust under the sofa and the wardrobe door was broken. The childrens playground could do with some love or possibly a bigger one. It was a bit of pain to get down to the pool with a pushchair as the lift stops at the floor above so we had to carry it up and down the last flight of stairs.

The staff is super friendly. For this money this is expected. The location is great.

The behaviour of the guest is sometimes not acceptable (lot of waste, simming dress for lunch..)

Pool area nice, great views, direct access from pool area in to sea via steps. Short walk to beaches. Free hire of kayaks from hotel and other activities e.g. archery, dance classes. Good variety of food and drinks in all inclusive.

Junior suites are across the road from the main hotel and pool/sea area in a separate building. The rooms are very poorly designed. They consist of two room, bedroom & living area with ensuite . All beds are in the room which adjoins to the corridor, which opens up to an additional pool and bar area. No sound proofing and incredibly loud. All night noise from the bar (lots of boozey brits being rowdy) and all morning you get noise from parades of guests leaving dragging their suitcases. Therefore no good nights sleep. We made multiple complaints as it was difficult to enjoy the holiday on little sleep. Reception staff refused to move us as apparently all suites are equally poorly designed and they did not want to move us in to the main building even to a cheaper room. They made excuses such as ‘today was a big check out day so tomorrow won’t be as noisy’ and ‘the bar will close at midnight and then it’ll be quiet’.. so no luck if you want to sleep before gone midnight or past 6am in the morning. Alternatively 1 of you can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area which is quieter ... not quite the 4* experience we had been hoping for.

I really like the location of the hotel. This is a good hotel for families. The hotel closed on October 31 but that doesn't change anything. It was quiet and that was good for us but the service was always good. It's a place to go again!

The food could be better in terms of options but that is just a minor thing. It is a 3 star hotel so you really can't expect more.

The hotel was perfect in every way for us, location, value for money & the wonderful panoramic view from the balcony. We would have liked to have a premium double room but we did not have that have that option on your site at the time of booking. We will definitely go back very soon

everything was OK, I had many pieces of info about my holiday before I went there from your site. I like it very much; it was exactly what I expected. I loved the location of the hotel. I will recommend it to others. Really good value for money.

Very convenient to beach, shops, restaurants, also the fact that you could up-grade to a superior room which we did.

The noise from nightly entertainment, our room was just above and it was difficult to sleep, and after it finished they spent about an hour moving tables and chairs around, again very noisy.
