I liked how close it was Walls were dirty. It smelled wired.
Room was quite good.
The room was comfortable, clean, and a good value The shower didn't work very well
close to airport, shuttle service to airport, nice rooms
I liked it
Fine for a two night stay. Bathroom sink kept clogging, not so great area.
close to the football stadium
courteous staff, not too far off from SFO downtown, in-room microwave & refrigerator.
We liked the fact that it was clean and liked the price. The breakfast had problems sausage was cold and sausage muffin sandwiches were moldy, got 3 all moldy, actually bit into mold, not good
It was easy access to Oracle arena for a concert and to the airport the next day. we enjoyed the Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches. . Grateful for the refrigerator and microwave. Would have liked the fan in the bathroom to work and the person above us tramped through their room literally all night long, stomp, stomp, stomp, couldn't sleep.
What I appreciated most was the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff. They were knowledgable of the surrounding area which proved to be quite helpful in assisting me in navigating around the area. I enjoyed the BBQ that was held there as well. I wish the rooms were a little larger.
I'm usually a Hilton / Holiday Inn person. Thought that this Comfort Inn would be a "downgrade". Was pleasantly surprised when I found it as good /better than my usuals. WiFi connection very Weil, nice room, comfortable bed etc. I'll try it again!
close to airport. It was clean and I felt safe there.
The front desk staff was friendly. The shullte service is great. &They allow you park the car in the hotel while you are away.
The bed. Nothing really. Everything was great. Great budget hotel.
Total value of LQ program. The consistency of the quality. Been an LQ fan since 2007. There were two break ins to commercial stayers. This is is a real problem around airport Travellers as we are so sting exhausted
Great hotel close to airport with free airport shuttle. Good night sleep before my early flight TV didn't work
Close to airport. Beds seemed fairly clean and no stink in my room. It's Oakland I guess so you can't be too picky. $200 for a night is crazy for the quality though. There was a big convention so that maybe the issue but I've stayed in Motel 6's that were less scary. Whoever did the flooring in the bathroom glued the edges but not the middle so they have warped. Looked like someone wiped bloody buggers on the wall at some point and they have never been cleaned. Pretty nasty
Staff friendliness Staff maintenance Air conditioner needed work, it dripped water on the floor and had been doing so long enough for the room to develop a musty smell
Overall it was clean and cozy. Bath tub drain. No refill towels.(their mistake)
Close to the Airport
Good sheets, bed, pillows, breakfast was very good as well...business center was a life saver!
Clean , quite , great location for travel thru Oakland airport , would , stay again Location , cleanliness and friendly staff
Badly in need of refurbishing and more concern for patrons, but the place was completely full.
I loved how comfy the beds were, bathrooms could of been a lil bigger for the type of room I stayed in, but it got the job done, lol I didn't like that I needed a separate ticket to get out.
I needed to do laundry and the staff was very helpful! I felt so much better traveling with clean clothes! My stay was too short!
located close to the freeway The staffs lack of customer service.
I asked for a non smoking wheel chair accesible room at the first floor, they didn't have it! They gave me a smoking room without facilities for for a handicap person. Neighbors we're loud all night! Bad neighborhood!
Staff was absolutely amazing! Really respectful! And we were situated with our room with no complications. The room was not fully cleaned. The bathroom towels were wet. Trash was not taken out. Before giving someone a room make sure it's fully ready. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and we will return soon.
Staff was professional and nice at front desk. Witnessed a drug deal on the street in front of the hotel and was followed by a crackhead begging for money to my car the next morning.
Easy access to and from Coliseum The doors would not close correctly so you had to really pay attention when entering or exiting the room to ensure the door was shut properly
Bumpers that ar
Dirty with bad beds and pillows
Great convenient airport access! If we had to comment on something negative, it would have to be the brochure for take out pizza on the counter. Hands down, worst pizza ever, otherwise our stay was good.
the location was convenient to the airport. the pillows were terrible, the doors to the rooms don't automatically close, you have to pull them shut the last inch or so. the whole place just felt a little scummy. not quite worth the fee that was charged.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Refrigerator in room not working properly. No microwave as advertise. Breakfast could be better. Can add bacon, sausage, fruit. With extend hours: 10:30 or 11:00am
Nice staff, Good rates, convenient location. The room stank of cigarette smoke, and this was supposedly a non-smoking room
It was near the airport! staff were friendly! they have a shuttle bus to Oakland airport! They told me they didnt get the reservation from booking.com??? sooo , who's fault it is?? hotel or booking.com??? luckily they had rooms available and at the same price i booked.
Staff was extra nice late at night Hot tub ice cold after a long day drive. Not able to get on wifi perhaps bandwidth
Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy check in and out. Friendly night clerk.
The room was clean but a little small. The bed small for two persons and the current of water for the bath tub was really slow. The rate of the hotel is kind of pricy.
I book this room last minute and was looking for value. I was visiting SF and wanted a place that was affordable. I went to school in Berkeley, so I somewhat knew this general area. Room's in SF were pushing roughly 150 a night not including parking. I booked this room for about 80 bucks and free parking! The room overall was nice. I was not looking for anything 5 star, but I sure as hell was not going to stay at some dump. 80 bucks for a place to stay the night seemed just fine to me. Also, this was a really nice excuse to explore a little bit of Oakland. =D
It was clean. Everything worked. The staff was not very friendly. We were put in a smoking room on our second night when we had asked for a non smoking room.
It was cheap, available and not too scary. The front desk personnel were helpful. Room was clean. Heavy bleach smell in lobby. Free shuttle runs every 30 minutes so keep that in mind when getting ready for flight time.
We were given no choice but a "smoking" room. The smell was disgusting. The room was on the ground floor with no window screen so keeping the window open was not an option. The waitress at a nearby restaurant warned us it was a dangerous neighborhood.
Very nice under every point of view..the room, the amenities, the pool, great breakfast and varied too. We could finally sleep well, great beds.
overall facility was above par. Pool, spa, continental bfast and computer/printer area met expectations. Biyonka was very helpful and smoking hot. My truck had all windows when I woke up in Oakland. Room pics online didn't match. Someone took the pics with a gopro
I always get a clean quiet room when I come here to travel with my family. Never had a complaint yet.
Simple but good breakfest, good price and next to San Francisco and friendly staff. I was booked a non smoking room but the room has a hard smoke smell.
Ants in the bathroom, flies in the room... area was not nice and not very safe. Wound not go there again. TV was not clear. Basic cable only (at best).
The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were very clean and well kept. I had trouble with the cable in my first room, so the owner came in immediately and began working on it, exchanging cables and repairing the wall socket. He then apologized and offered to upgrade me to a different room for the inconvenience. The neighborhood wasn't the best in the world, but it wasn't terrible, either.
The crown lodge was not too far from my mother's house For some reason, our key wasn't always working
The staff was confused and confusing. The man at the front desk did not know how to retrive our reservation. Even with no other distractions, check-in took nearly 45 min!!! Quality of room was poor and I did not feel safe in the neighborhood.
