Everything was nice for the price
My Girlfriend and I were so upset with the price and quality of the room ...Celebrating our one year Anniversary. .we opened the drapes on the window only to find a Brick wall for the view.at the price of 180.00 you think they would of included something else in the deal ??.breakfast maybe.and to add insult to injury they put us in a Handicap room ..everything was scaled down ...never again will I stay there again.thanks for the Anniversary memories All of the above
The bed was comfortable Nice bar and to have live band playing The parking Food at restaurant not very good and service was very poor Pool didn't look very clean Shower was horrible kept going hot than ice cold
Convenience to the Falls. Staff was accommodating. Air conditioner went out, said it was fixed but it was still to hot. Had to call for maintenance for shower no hot hot water and water pressure. Had to gather all our things and move to another room which was an inconvenience. Will not stay there again.
Half sized pillows? The pillows are half the size of a standard pillow so if you sleep with two pillows stacked and roll over your head falls off. Everything else was great..
Quick walk to the falls! Older hotel, could use a face lift, but served the purpose for a quick trip.
Proximity to Niagara Falls and restaurants. Hotel rooms and hallways are in need of renovations. We had a view of a brick wall which was from the hotel next door.
Blocks from the park, we were able to see the fireworks. Great walk...sucks we went in the winter when everything is frozen and closed. But still worth that beautiful view! First the lady at the front desk was RUDE! I didn't catch her name. She asked for mine as I handed her my ID, then she goes and demands the man next to her set up the room keys, but in her words she said "get these keys ready for, what ever this girls name is". Which was clearly me. I personally don't mind that people pronounce my name incorrectly, but I've never heard anyone say something like that. That was just extremely rude of her. Then when I asked about the parking (as the lot is a bit too small to fit a decent amount of cars), she seemed annoyed that I had bothered her with that question. The room and location are great, but if everyone is as this lady was, I'd rather not book again.
Room that was assigned to us was very close to the elevator, bedroom was nice and spacious, located at like a 5 min walk from the falls and also very close to the rainbow bridge (border to canada). Very close to surrounding restaurants as well. Last but not least the bar gets pretty packed at night downstairs so that is also a plus. Bedroom's minifridge had a musky smell to it, most likely due to the fact the when it was left off the water inside made a sort of a puddle at the bottom which got that stale water smell. The bed was harder then what we are used to on these kind of hotels, although since we are healthy (no back issues or anything of the sort) we were able to sleep, but on some movements rolling you can kind of feel the bed springs. The last day of our visit the hot water didn't work and the cold water was just too cold to take a bath with. Breakfast was not included for our stay (which is ok), but when we went downstairs to get the breakfast the food was less then appetizing for lack of better words. Door knob also had some issues getting it opened with the keycard which having it re-scanned at the front got it to open my door. All in all these issues I personally am able to live with because I was able to work around all of it but for other people it might be a dealbreaker.
Hotel was very nice and clean. Very close to the falls and everything else. Will be going again!!!!! The only bad thing I can say is it was cold lol not the hotels fault though
I liked everything about this hotel, from the friendly staff to the wonderful sleep. There was nothing we didn't like!!!!
Nice facilities and clean room Nosy at night and had handicap door that took a minute to close each time it was opened. Also bathroom door was broken.
The room was large and accommodated 5 people easily The mattresses need replacing and also the bedding. Continental Breakfast was poor and there was no room for it. The rooms need updating. Bath tub slow to drain.
comfortable location, nice rooms, well-equipped. nice hotel staff, easy access to local attractions, shops, within minutes from a big factory outlet continental breakfast - I thought it would be organized in a better way
The manager was friendly and helpful. The room was so uncomfortable - we only stayed one hour and then ran to a nicer hotel . It was really awful - low ceilings, noisy, smoky, small, cheap, scratchy linens, - you name it!
closeness to Niagara Falls.
Low price room was clean not fantastic
the staff was very friendly, when we arrive late they leave the door for us, as well as the breakfast of next day. the wall of the family suite is really thin, and noise is significent during night.
Hospitality; Lila and her husband genuinely provided customer service that matters. They kept a parking spot for us. Gave us the tissue box when we requested only 1. Offered tea when cold. Offered to throw out our larger shopping boxes. It was simple but clean and accomodating. Breakfast. I recommend steaming hot coffee / tea and or bagels / crossiants - inexpensive. I wouldn't mind paying a few dollars more in the comfort of my room than going out...especially when it's super cold.
the office open too late
The price of the room is expensive in comparison with the standing of the hotel. And it's certainly not due to the proximity of the Niagara Falls (about 15min per car). Possibility certainly to find a better hotel with the same price closer to the Niagara falls.
Staff was very friendly and the room was quite comfortable. Bathroom was very nice and recent.
Bed was uncomfortable, as were the pillows.
I only stayed for a night so I can't really tell any experience I had
Location Service was terrible. First, they only had one treadmill in their small under equipped fitness center and that sole treadmill was OUT OF ORDER. Also, room service did not clean our room, although I talked to them and the front desk 3 times to do so without any luck
Nice hotel with a good location, everything was good
The lobby was pretty. 1) About an hour after we checked in, the smoke alarms for the hotel went off and we had to leave. After waiting around for over an hour, the alarms still going off, we went back to the room, got some stuff and went to dinner. When we came back, the alarms were still going off. The staff gave very inconsistent information about this situation - everything from staying out of the building to going back to our room within 5 min of one another and an hour after the alarms started. 2) On day two of our stay, the power went off, which shut off the air conditioner on an extremely warm weekend. The air conditioners are extremely old wall units, so they didn't work well to start. 3) Our bathroom was filthy. The sink and toilet were dirty. The shower's ceiling was moldy. The whole hotel room (not just the bathroom) stunk of mildew and was faintly damp. Oh. And they knew we had 4 people checking in and they gave us 3 towels. 3 doesn't even make sense. They gave us 1 hand towel and zero wash cloths. 4) The pillows were lumpy. I've never encountered lumpy pillows like that, so I really didn't know that this level of lumpiness was possible. 5) Both beds were lumpy, but more importantly, were so saggy in the middle that it was impossible for two people to sleep in a bed without spooning all night. This may have been slightly more acceptable if the air conditioner worked adequately. I've stayed in motels that cost about 25/night that were cleaner, offered better beds, and much cleaner bathrooms than this room that cost over 300/night. I've stayed in less expensive rooms in even more touristy areas that were also better. I've stayed overseas in much less expensive rooms that were better. Honestly, this was the biggest ripoff I've ever experienced, and I'm considering disputing the charges with my credit card company. Not only did the hotel offer the least value for the money, the hotel CHARGED their GUESTS for parking and didn't even offer free coffee. Such a bogus excuse for a hotel.
Guest Services, including front desk, housekeeping were very good.
The location was great! Easy access to the falls and other attractions in Niagara. When you walk into the lobby you are hit with a mildew smell. The staff was friendly at check in. We paid our $10 parking fee (?!?!) then headed to our room. The elevators are just scary! When we got to our room (a king suite) the odor changed to feet. There are two doors to the suite, but only one worked. The room itself was was ok. A little rough around the edges, but acceptable. The water pressure in the shower had a lot to be desired. To say I pee harder than the shower is no exaggeration! The free wifi was spotty at best. The TV's were not working when we arrived. After returning from a long day of touring the area, Time Warner had shown up to fix the cable. Only to go down again a few hours later. We wanted to have a late night dinner and had decided to try Tony Roma. It was convenient and by all accounts sounded good. It was just after 10:00 PM and their website, Yelp, Trip Advisor and all the listings online say they were open until 11:00 PM. We were ignored by the first two employees that walked by the host station. However the third person (a waitress I assume) asked us if we were being helped. She then proceeded to tell us they closed at 10:00 and since they are a franchise, there hours are different than what is listed EVERYWHERE else. Not to mention it seemed a bit early for a restaurant to close in a tourist town on a summer weekend. Overall my assessment is, I could've got a nicer suite (by far) at The Borgata in Atlantic City for what I paid here and had all the amenities. At least I can cross this off my bucket list.
We arrice very late at 2 AM Had a very short night and we were oblidged to exit the building due to a false emergency fire evacuation during our short night
The lobby was good, the staff was friendly. The night we arrived there the fire alarms alarmed went off early hours, it was very disruptive and no staff came to state it was a false alarm you had to go to the lobby. Although they made up for breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was not very clean needed cleaning.
We had a beautiful room, very clean. The pool was warm & clean. Our window overlooked the falls and we got to watch the fire works and light show that was just over the falls. We had a great time.
ROOMS WERE CLEAN, STAFF WAS AMAZING, FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL. GREAT VIEW OF THE RIVER AND THE CANADIAN SKYLINE. GREAT PROXIMITY TO EVERYTHING. THERE REALLY WASN'T ANYTHING WE DIDN'T ENJOY
Suite is large. They have false advertising. Website shows pictures of views that are nothing like what I got. When making reservations I asked for the 20th floor or higher. The agent did not tell me that those were not available. I got 10th floor and that view was NOTHING like what their website shows as a 10th floor view. I was SO angry. If I had known that they didn't have anything available above 20th, I would have booked elsewhere.
Close to waterfall The room was dirty. My daughter got lice from there. For that price I was expecting clean room
We had an amazing time, very close to the Niagara Falls (walking distant), staff was great, bed was super comfortable, clean bathroom and room. Very satisfied with our stay. I would come back. The buffet breakfast at TGIF was overpriced, and it didn't taste too good or fresh.
Gentleman at check in and check out was very helpful and friendly. No closet or coat rack in room. Toilet is very low to the floor
Everything was perfect. Not 1 complaint about anything.
Trash in ice machine room left for two days. Melon ring on floor of elevator left for two days.
Good but not great location. Good but not great rooms. Excellent staff.
Unfortunately we only got to stay one night. The hotel was within walking distance to the Falls as well as many other attractions and resturants. The rooms were clean and spacious. Oh and those beds were heaven after a long day in the Park.
The beds were soo comfortable! Where were the recycling containers? We felt horrible having to throw away our glass bottles in the Starbucks / lobby area.
The hotel restaurants were fabulous. The kids enjoyed the rainforest cafe and arcade. The pool was just okay, doesn't seemed well maintained. We were not told by anyone not to go beyond the hotel and casino after night fall. The area beyond should not be visited at night by anyone. It is very dangerous. There are no rooms with niagra falls view as stated in their advertisement...and you cannot see them lit up at night. Disappointing!
I like the area and all of the surrounding site. It was a.most enjoyable weekend. It was very exciting. I liked everything about my weekend.
Staff was friendly and accommodating
Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly. Half of the lights and outlets were not working. 15+ people in the adjacent room were very noisy (child's birthday party).
Name might be misleading when you read "by Sheraton Niagara falls" its actually10 min drive to falls. the closer one is in Ontario not in NY. Its says paid parking, which was interpreted by two different receptionists that its need to be paid another $10 per day to be paid, and not included in booking, when shows same booking page which shows paid wiify they interpreted as already paid and no need to pay again. confusing as it sounds they waived parking fees and told me that next time I will have to pay if its says paid parking.
Recently remodeled hotel so everything was nice looking when we got there. I paid almost 200 dollars for one of the nicest suites they had. The drive there from the falls was terrible. The air stunk because there are a lot of factories in Buffalo st. I felt like I was driving through the worst part of the city to get there. Like driving through the ghetto and poor ppl side of town. So I told my wife hy wait till you see the room! Jaccuzi beautiful glass shower room was nice but very compact. I dealt with it. Open the big windows to get a view of the river that I paid for and they put me on the 3rd floor room 304 has huge heating and cooling units obstructing the view. And the exit that takes you to the hotel is closed and your Gps doesn't know it. So it keeps bringing you to a closed street to take you to the hotel lol it was ridiculous. Probably won't go there again if I go to niagra falls again. The resturant is expensive as hell lol I went to dennys 6 min Away and worried about my car safety.
The location was great! It was nice to be far enough away from the tourism, but close enough to get to the falls in a few minutes. The staff was also great! This had to be one of the dirtiest hotels that I've ever stayed at. I know that everything can't always look like Mr. Clean spent a week cleaning each room, but this was terrible. The sheets and blankets were stained, dirt was everywhere, and the shower was full of hairs. When I stay at a hotel, I really expect to not have sanitary worries, but my girlfriend and I just couldn't get out of there fast enough, which is unfortunate, because the hotel has so much potential.
There were many services that I didn't take advantage of, but the room was clean, comfortable and had a great shower. The hotel was very close to the riverfront and it was a quick trip to the falls park. Door on the shower appeared to be mounted wrong. Not a big deal, but it let water onto the floor during every shower.
The location was great, the staff was nice, the room was clean. The walls were thin and the beds were a bit rough.
Stuff Hotel is very dirty, pool was stinky and really dirty, water in it was foggy. We couldn't even go in it. I did not see any people there! Our bathroom was a disaster. Toilet was always getting clogged and the staff kept coming up with the plunger to unplug it. There was no lid on it! Towels are dirty! While wiping myself with one of it i end up with a big black hair all over my body. Almost made me puke! When we went to warm up our food in microwave it was horrible dirty, after seen it we all lost our appetites! We let stuff clean our room everyday ....all they did is just straighten up our beds...and took garbage out... horrible...horrible place and it wasnt cheep... Never ever we go here again!
Close to shopping, restaraunts and highway. Staff was prompt at responding to requests. When booking online requested non-smoking room, when arrived received a smoking room, requested room change fortunately they were able to accomodate us. The bathroom lighting needs some attention to dark at shower.
The room was air conditioned, it was quiet and comfortable. As two women travelling alone, we felt safe.
Nothing. We were told this was the Quality hotel near the Falls but it wasn't. We could not get a refund after we found out. The room was dusty as if no one had stayed there in awhile. The bathtub had mold. There was not much water pressure. When I told the front desk the lady had just said 'oh, hope you have a better time next time'. Very rude. Would not recommend to anyone. Would of rather saved money staying at Super 8 motel or sleeping in the car.
It was dirty all around (I had to wipe the entire room down before we unpacked anything because it was covered in dust and grime), no elevators, full size beds that were on metal frames, dirty shower with terrible water pressure, poor service. We requested extra pillows because there was only 2 on each bed, they only gave us 1 and refused anymore. They refused to give us an extra suitcase stand (with 4 people in a room there is more than 1 suitcase) the front desk man was rude to my daughter and said "only one per room" like she was going to steal it! They would not allow my kids to wrap up in the pool towels to walk up to the room, they had to run upstairs, soaking wet and freezing in just their bathing suits.
The location was close to Niagara Falls. The beds were firm and comfortable. The hotel didn't have an elevator. We had to carry bags up to second level. The rooms have outdated decore. The hotel was dark and clummy with no exercise equipment.
Location Very low quality, compared to typical quality inn hotels. No breakfast. Microwave oven was dirty. Shower head was slow, water does not drain fast, holes in the bath towels , bathroom door did not lock. A complete disappointment.
Nice clean room No refrigerator
Hotel was good.. Hotel charged extra for fridge & microwave...I thought that should have been included
The staff were not so frindly have to whit long time tel they finished talking in the phones
nothing no worth the money I paid and the room smelled, the pool was not clean at all.

It was a decent location. There was transportation available to the Canadian border to avoid parking fees. Staff was very friendly. The rooms seemed clean. The breakfast bar was well stocked. Nothing
Very attractive hotel. Well kept courtyard and pool. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was excellent. I cant think of any negatives we experienced. Much better than other hotels in this star rating.
The staff is really nice, waited for me to 3am to check in. 3miles away from Niagara Falls, very nice. Clean and comfortable rooms The breakfast is simple and not so good
The kind and helpful staff, along with the cozy room.
Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check out. Breakfast area was small. Very crowded at times.
Very clean Musty smell in hotl room Fan in bathroom not good Air/heat did not work well Breakfast was not very good or fresh
The hotel was in a good area, close to restaurants, and few miles from the falls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great deal for the price we paid. The only thing that was a little wierd was that our room door was open when we got there. Everything looked fine in the room, so we figured it was ok.
Front desk clerk was very helpful. Got us checked in early as we had activities planned for later in the day. Very pleasant and helpful.

Convenient location, with quiet, clean, newly remodeled rooms Website indicated heated outdoor pool, assumed would be use able even in cooler weather since it is heated. Water was cold and pool was closed up on day 2 of our stay. That's the main reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast contains no protiens
Coffee in the lobby was awesome!
We did not stay there long but it was very comfortable and seemed very accomodating
Friendly reception workers Bathroom was nice Comfortable bed Room 319 mold/mildew Unusable wifi signal No bacon at breakfast Terrible view and too far Depressing
Good location Breakfast food was overcooked
Room is standard, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Very convenient location and easy access.
Nice service for the value you pay.
Location was good The room I was in had some obvious water damage on the ceiling and the room had a mildew odor probably do to the mold and mildew in the ceiling and walls. The room had new carpet but I think that it was just covering up some water damage. Room 104 is where I stayed and the view looked into the utility roof. Just needs some minor updates.
Only stayed 1 night. For less than $80.00, very clean room, friendly staff, walking distance to casino and Denny's is part of hotel. Definitely a good deal for the money. And a better area than further up the road! Don't believe there was anything we didn't like.
I had a last minute emergency and couldn't make my trip. The hotel policy was to not refund me any money and keep the entire amount.
Pool, clean, close to falls, Dennys attached, parking free. Elevator was broken, no staff was around to help carry bags up 3 flights of stairs. I was told elevator would be fixed in a day or so. I was there the entire weekend and didn't see anyone working on the elevator. Front desk area seems to be extremely short staffed.
Its proximity to the state park and all the restaurant. Also the person checking us in was very sweet. She ended up upgrading us for free from a single king bed room to a 2 queen bed room with the canadian skyline view, at no extra cost. For the price we paid, i was hoping free breakfast should have been included, but it wasn't.
Excelente ubicación, limpio y buen precio
Location and staff were great. Building was rundown and dirty. Doors would not close inside and outside doors would not lock. They gave us another room and it was worse. We were in the elevator and the doors would not open. We had to push the door open to get out. They then put an out of order sign on it. Which left one old elevator for the whole building. Take the stairs and try to get the first floor. They say that they doing repairs but nothing was being done the whole time we were there. It could be a great place to stay if management would do a lot of work on the building.
Its close to the falls and not outrageously expensive. Had an awesome vacation!
I liked the. That the rooms were nice and clran. House keeping was good! Construction hammeribg sawing drilling every. Morning every day of my stay. When i addressed the staff they werent that helpful. Due to there inconvenience i had to change rooms move and pack all my bbelongings. That was there overall solution? ??? No free night etc. Completely dissatisfied! !! After staying there for 2week and spent alot of noney to stay.
1. The room was very spacious and looked renovated. 2. The hotel is quite close to the falls and rainbow bridge. 3. Bus stop is very closeby 1. The hallway carpets looked like they needed some cleaning. 2. It would take quite a while for hot water to run. 3. Some rooms face a helicopter ride. The take off and landing were very loud even with windows closed. Better noise insulation will certainly help.
Beds were acceptable. This room had 2 comfortable queen size beds, pillows with various firmness and clean, soft linens. Although the hotel is clearly under renovations the changes are being done at convenient hours and with little disturbance to the guests. Of corse that's based on the one Thursday night to Friday afternoon I spent there. A dated hotel for sure; the carpet and wall paper prove that. Gray on gray is a depressing color combination and is only made worse by poor lighting in the hallways and rooms. The room came with basically just the beds, no fridge in the room, a single bar of soap and no breakfast in the morning. I have come accustomed to even mediocre hotels offering a simple continental, but no luck here. None of those were advertised so to be fair I got what I asked for. Water pressure was awful. My 7th floor room barely had enough water pressure to engage the shower head. I'm glad this was the end of my business trip and I had the extra time to shower with such bad water pressure.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, room clean and big enough, breakfast - good, locaton is perfect - strictly near Niagara Falls
Everything..the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, valet parking, beautiful rooms, luxurious beds and bathrooms, hands on chef for breakfast(he serves you individually at your table), bed turndown in evening with fresh cookies and chilled bottled water, near Senaca casino
The managers were very friendly. The room was very comfotable,it is a very beautiful hotel. Loved that they park your car for you,and breakfast was great. The chef was very nice.
Staff was amazing. The rooms were amazing and extremly clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff service was excellent and the comfort and cleanliness was superb. The breakfast buffet was delicious, overall a positive experience. I would recommend this hotel and return myself when visiting Buffalo NY. No complaints.
excellent small size of the room and less choices in the breakfast.
The staff couldn't have been better and were very helpful and accurate when we had questions. The towncar service was really helpful and prompt. The hotel is a gem and is as good or better than those on the Canadian side with similar ratings but the town of Niagara Falls, NY is not as nice as the Canadian side and feels a bit depressed.
Frequent guest at The Giacomo. Their attention to detail is impressive. Staff attentive, courteous, professional. Mature building that oozes character and warmth and class. While we were there: sunset wine & snacks; late evening home made cookies; hot, home cooked breakfast - all included. Highly recommend.
The hotel staff were fantastic There is nothing bad to say about it
The cookies that the butler brought to our room at 8:30..very kind staff! The room service did not clean up the rooms in between nights..so till the end of stay I felt a little cluttered with the dishes and bath towels.
The Staff ( best I have ever experienced anywhere), design, free delicious breakfast, fabulous bedding, fresh warm cookies delivered to room at night and location. Can't wait to go back!!!
Reasonable price Pool should be cleaned more often. Breakfast can be better. Sheets should be ironed.
Convenience. We were visiting from Canada, purely to go shopping, and the location was perfect. There was really nothing that we didn't like
Close enough to the falls with places for dining and grocery stores (+Wegmans) near by. They have an indoor pool which the family loved. Rooms were a little small. ( 2 Double beds)
Queen size bed, nice pillows
We enjoyed our stay it was quiet and relaxing. we loved our room and the pool was warm and enjoyable. The hotel had a great Continental breakfast. Its location was great too. There where no refrigerators in the rooms.
The staff was very friendly Too start we got locked out of our room and the guy had to come and change the door lock and moved us to another room which had a very small tub, the lights didn't work, and the tv didn't work. I ended up fixing the lights by myself by fiddling inside the outlet (which I shouldn't have had to do.) The breakfast was more like getting trampled on for the last muffin or little splash of what was left of the milk for the cereal. The heated indoor pool was not very heated nor was it anything like the pictures, very small, more than 3 kids in the pool and it was unbearable. Housekeeping cleaned our room, by that I mean they went through my wife's things and made the bed. It recommended a balcony room on the advertisement....They're are no balconies..not even porches other than over the pool full of screaming kids. I was NOT very impressed with this visit at all, honestly gave me a erie feeling about going back to a best western again.
The price was great for the amenities offered.
Staff upgraded my room for free.
-strange smell in the hall -room to small -poor breakfast, especially too much plastic
Make your own fresh made waffles at breakfast was just great! The clerk at the counter seemed perturbed we booked over the Internet instead of calling. He also commented that the booking.com website had incorrect info about the hotel, despite the hotel sending in the data every 3 months.
It was very close to shopping & Highway.
breakfast in the morning
The staff was friendly and gave suggestions of places to eat and things to do. Hotel was walking distance to the Falls about a block or so. The hotel was just run down and needs some updating. It was way to expensive for the night and the condition of the room, but didn't have many other choices. Hotel was hard to find there wasn't a sign on the hotel I drove by it twice which was very frustrating.
great location-near the falls no hair dryer, small room space and parking lot,
This hotel is very close to the falls and the casino. All within walking distance. The continental breakfast was disapointing. No where to sit to eat, had to take it back to you room,.
There was nothing to like of the hotel while I arrived I got a dirty room the beds weren't done it was pretty bad I asked for a different room and the restroom was clogged didn't work.
Close to the FALLS If there is no place to find then I will stay.
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Location is very convenient to the falls and Rainbow bridge. Room could have been cleaner, but it is an older facility and is a good value.
Location and value for money are good. The hotel very old, it needs refreshment, there were little insects in bed, that bite me all night. It was terrible!!! Everything seems to be dirty, I'm not sure that they change bedsheets.
The only good thing was the location for visiting Niagara Falls. The pictures online did not match the hotel at all. The first room I was in the lights didn't work. We were put in a different room and that one had a shower/tub that got clogged the first time it was used and I had to pull SOMEONE ELSES HAIR out of the drain. Also the staff forgot to bring me towels when I called. The people staying there seemed like drug dealers too. They were basically living there and shady people were coming and going. Not happy.
The place was dirty everywhere! doors and locks were broken.. and no one seemed to care about anything.
The location is fairly convenient. The front desk clerk was friendly. The entire place smelled bad. The room was filthy and some of the outlets had exposed wires. There was a cup full of cigarette ashes on the balcony of a non-smoking room. There was an adult toy in the drawer.
Room is big Not clean, smelly Wifi is not working
Dirty property and the worst front receptionist. Name was Sheela.
Caroline at the front desk was amazing! She tried to find us a cleaner, more comfortable room. When that wasn't possible she brought us a fan and was very apologetic for the lack of cleanliness of our room. She even offered to clean it herself! The room was outdated and dirty. There clearly had been some maintenance completed recently as there was drywall dust and white putty everywhere. Something must have been removed due to the large square of carpet that was discolored and frayed. The bathroom was dirty and we tried to touch nothing. The only reason we stayed instead of cutting our losses and going to another hotel was that it was late after a day of driving and hiking and we were getting up early so we were desperate to get to sleep.
Nothing. Worst place ever All the staff, facilities and services
the location everything else
Very close to Niagara falls & other main attractions. Free parking so no need to worry on valet charges. Niagara Trolley is nearby hotel to visit all the attractions. Nice breakfast included. Value for money with comfortable stay for family. Breakfast time can be extended to little more.
Walking distance to the falls and the staff was friendly Run down, no wifi, beds where to hard, the pool was not kid friendly at all the breakfast was minimal. The television in our room was really dark and very outdated. And there were large extension cords running all through the halls into different rooms don't know why.
Close proximity to everything Needs to be up graded
I liked the convenience The room was dirty and dusty. There were spider webs on the lamps by the beds. The breakfast left much to desire. Very outdated. The elevator looks like something pulled out of the 80's.
Very close to the falls and very affordable rates. Room has not been updated in quite some time.
Close to falls Outdated and dreary. Poor breakfast.
location The hotel had a stale smell, the hall ways were filthy, the room also smelled, was dirty, had peeling wall paper, a running toilet, and the bed linens appeared to have been used. We cancelled that night, however there was no manager available, in this 24/7 industry, until Monday to authorize the cancellation without fees. The card I was given to contact the GM had an invalid phone number, email address, and website. It was very frustrating to deal with all if this while trying to enjoy a weekend away to relax and destress.
Great location Aging infrastructure
Staff was Very friendly...Location was great, walked to Hardrock cafe and falls..Our room was upgraded to 6th floor as we were newlywedsThe view was Fantastic!! Would have been great if there was a jacuzzi tub in rooms!
Good stay for the price I paid. No
it was ok, don't expect too much booked family suite for six persons and it has only 1 bathroom
Staff at check in was very informative and the size of the room with 3 beds was ideal! I would have liked the pool to open earlier.
Location is good (close to the Niagara Falls) Appearance of the motel could be better with a more aesthetic pavement in front of the rooms (present asphalt pavement is uneven, cracked) gives a disadvantageous appearance for the facility.
Staff are friendly Suitable for stopovers / shortstays
leaving the hotel soon on the morning (06.00 AM) we couldn't have the continental breakfast included in the price.
We must say this is the right kind of Hotel if you are planning to stay for a couple of nights to visit the Niagara Falls. It offers economic prices and a good tranport connection to the Park. If you want to relax a little, the pool opened untill late. The hotel is quite off-hand to be reached easily with public transports, yet it's not so difficult by car. Cleanliness could be better: the rooms give the idea of being dirty even if there is a maid that cleans them every day and the pool doesn't seem particularly clean as well.
The room and washroom were clean.. Housekeeping done everyday.. TV showed most of the channels and room was well carpeted. Location is not at the centre of tourist destinations.. Quite aloof area.. Breakfast could have more options
Large spacious room. No iron board, coffeemaker, hard bed, smelled musty
It is affortable and comfortable no
I thank those people who recommend this hotel through online reviews. The place is about 10mins drive from the falls, the staff are very nice, the room is clean and good for young children (we don't experience bed bugs), and most of all the price is very reasonable.
Rooms were very nice, very close to the falls. Lobby bar had an awesome bartender who knew the area. Smoking everywhere, this kept us in our room and out of the hotel. Which was fine but would have liked to enjoy the hotel a little more.
Overall a really hotel hotel with lots to do and all the modern conveniences. Loved the room and the atmosphere, we will definitely be back. A/C in room didn't work that well, we were a little hot sleeping.

This was definitely a one star motel. It was not a 2 star hotel. That said, it was in a great location, walking distance to all the main attractions. This was definitely a one star motel. It was not a 2 star hotel. It was older and showing wear and moderately clean.

Super location - 15 minute walk to the falls, 5 minutes to food court and restaurants. The room was nice and clean. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Two lamps did not work. The back window could not be closed and locked. The towel rack came loose on one end. Overgrown bushes in the back obscured any possible view and allowed insects in at night.
Location. Close to Casino and several night spots Floors and bathroom were dirty. Rub a dub scrub needed for toilet and shower. Smelled like someone smoked in room?
The location is perfect, and so close to the falls. Breakfast was cooked by Jenny and was amazing!!! She gave great recommendations for what to do and where to eat. We loved it here and highly recommend this B&B.
I was just looking for a one night stay close to the falls but if I would have known how wonderful Hillcrest was I would have stayed longer. Hillcrest is so inviting, both the staff and the house its self. It's off the main road but it's so close to everything. We will definitely visit again and stay longer! The hospitality was great!
My husband and I enjoyed a very nice overnight stay at the beautiful Red Coach Inn. The dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The chilled champagne, cheese and crackers were a very nice surprise. The room was clean and neat. The staff was friendly but could of been a little more helpful with directing us to the area sightseeing attractions or the visitor information center just around the corner. The location was just perfect.
