Had a fantastic time, the room was magnificent, the staff were friendly and really helpful They need to offer more additional food and drinks when sitting around the pool, both were never offered, free hireage of the push bikes would also be nice, they could provide more transfer times into the city been 10 km's away the times were really spread out.
The location, quietness, spa. Level of sanitary in the restaurant and distribution of tourist in restaurant.
The comfortable room stay but would like to see a better selection of food in this resort, perhaps instead of a buffet it would be preferable to have a personal menu ranging in Vietnamese traditional styled foods and western foods for visitors. Yes the beach that it is built on is not at all suitable for swimming or for doing much with and although the swimming pool is large it is only one depth. This is probably to please families and their children and not at all that pleasant for those adults without children.
The bed is among the best in Asia, the pool is enormous. The food is not good at all, the resort is far away from town so you need to take a 7 usd taxi for lunch and dinner, unless you like pizza or reheated frozen food.
Keep in mind that this is my sole experience in a luxury resort. That said, An Lam Ninh Van Bay Villas was a jaw-droppingly luxurious experience from A to Z. A gorgeous beachfront with few others around, beautiful facilities, and delicious meals. From the softest sheets to lovely private pools, my friend and I sighed for it as soon as we departed. It was an enchanting day and night. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Both of us swore we would work hard enough to be able to afford to stay there for more than one night in the future. Thank you so much Hung and other An Lam Villas staff. --Rebecca and Anna The butler service is uncomfortable for those who are not used to such attention--we felt guilty the whole time since we didn't really know how to behave and ended up only asking the butler for information (which was very helpfully provided). Additionally, there are no locks on the villas, which may lead to some nervousness if carrying valuables (there is a safe, however).
