good price for the room, staff friendly. beds slept good. house keeping could speak English. bath room needed a little work.
Right off the highway Beds are comfortable Staff is friendly Pool Plenty of parking Dog Friendly Continental breakfast uses too much plastic and styrofoam and uses throw-away cups to pour waffle batter. Hair dryer was disgusting, dirty. Bathroom overall didn't feel clean and fresh.
Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. Not a luxurious place but would stay again for the price! Bed was not the greatest.
Close to downtown A/C did not work good in the room. Kept freezing up.
I will definitely be returning, they offer no pet fee! We traveled with our pets to save money on boarding them and most hotels have a huge pet fee. Red Roof Inn will now be my go too always!
Breakfast was nice Room smelled bad, like animals. It was old, worn, out dated. Bathroom had animal claw marks on cabinet. Blanket had cigarette burns and smelled funny. Bed was comfortable but thats it. Pool was dirty. Poor side of town and $85 was overpriced for all that.
Staff was nice Old hotel tubs are dirty and the beds were sprining
The price was good for Nashville. Having a washer and dryer was a real plus. We spent very little time in the room as it's Nashville. We just needed a clean place to sleep and that's what we got. A very good value and just minutes from downtown.
Location Room smelled awful. Breakfast had no protein. Small dirty bathroom with clogged drain.
NOTHING EVERYTHING. FRONT DESK AWFUL.
Didn't like anything. This hotel was pretty disgusting. The shower from the floor above leaked right into this vent in our shower ceiling. The floors had layers of dust and crud all around the edges and corners. The bathroom tile had mold. The bedding seemed somewhat clean but the pillows had yellow stains on them. Also, we got back to our room around 2am and there was NO parking.. not one spot. I had to park by a dumpster in an unsecured area. Would never stay here again.
the bed was comfortable
Nothing They were rude, the room was not clean pubic hair on bathroom floor and hair on sheets also hair stuck on towles
It was conviently located right off the interstate. This place was dirty. Old and dirty. Not only is it due for a total overhaul, it wasn't cleaned well. The room was outdated and the furniture was stained. The smell made us uncomfortable and the staff made it worse. I won't stay here again. I was very unhappy with the service as well as the poor condition of the room. We slept there because it was too late to change our minds and woke up to the office guy screaming at some woman outside of our door loudly at seven in the morning. The bathroom was gross and the beds were barely standable. DO NOT STAY HERE. Got a kayak deal and regretted it. We got three hours of sleep and we're totally disgusted with the stay. Not sure who to ask for our money back. What a dump.
I assumed better quality in a Howard Johnson. Room out dated , mattress had chips all under the fitted sheets .
Room 115 could hear loud noises from guests loitering outside room 115 late at night.
The location was surrounded by sketchy gas stations and a loud night club but for 50 a night I could make due. the tub in our room leaked. The morning we were leaving we found bed bugs in one of the beds and when I spoke to the management, they said the would look into it making it seem like that wasn't the first time she had heard the complaint. They offered no kind of compensation and/or an apology. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Spend more money on a nicer hotel.
From the third floor, a fantastic view of the Exxon station next door, coupled with the faint aroma of a cat made for a memorable visit. Humble accommodations, yet I slept soundly....but throughout the night I dreamt I was in a Super 8. The breakfast bar was adequate, complete with fresh Raisin Bran. Nothing to dislike here. It's too on my list for the next trip.
The people working there were friendly but not super organized. The 1st room we were given wasn't finished being cleaned, so we where given a different room. Was in a ghetto neighborhood. No violence but there was a decent amount of prostitution happening! Sheets were white and clean but that was the only thing, wouldn't walk on the floor barefoot and the room smelled like mold.
Front desk area was just remodeled and it looked nice. The blueberry muffins were good. Stairs are only located only on the back side of the hotel, outside is very dirty, it is located in a very rough area of town and lots of loud noises (yelling, music) at night, there were bodily fluid stains on BOTH of our comforters, wads of dirt piled in the corners of the room. Would never go back! Disgusting!!!!
Good price. Suited my need for a quick, comfortable 5-hour nap. TV was analog and very staticky. Pillows very lumpy. Sheets were good, but mattress itself was stained and dirty (had small hairs on it).
It wasn't too far from my venue (The Ryman) I found a roach in the bathroom and the toilet took forever to flush. The floor also felt a little sticky.
The way Motel6 handled a quick and easy refund. After I got ahold of the company This hotel should be closed permanently. From the missing fire alarm to the bullets (not just holes) left in the wall, the broken furniture, and let's not forget the electronical wires hanging out of the wall. It was a dump
The staff is very pleasant. No sound proof, you can hear people going up and down the stair, talking ect. No coffee maker like advertised, It the most expensive Motel 6 during my road trip and the one I dislike the most.
Room was DIRTY. Huge bugs and spiderwebs above toilet. Shower full of mildew. Lipstick stains in pillow. Tried to tell me a 'double room' is not 2 beds, but only 1 double bed.

Continued from negative comments Keys did not work two nights Had to get fixed at desk Got one day credit from all the hassle of room not getting repaired Nice desk person but was new so he had to call manager Non smoke room smelled like smoke Asked for different room Hairdryer falling off wall Sink drain backed up water started leaking Had to put waste basket under sink front desk they said they would fix or move us nothing don
the price was appropriate the room was not thoroughly clean. the shower was stained
There seemed to be illegal activity going on at the hotel, and I didn't feel super safe.

the price It is no longer a Econo Lodge and the web site has not updated this, the rooms didnt look anything like what was on the site but they where still nice rooms for the price and the staff was GREAT.
The desk clerk returned $10 for our inconvenience. We were told we would have a double room and it wasn't. It was in a bad neighborhood. The bathroom was not clean.
Staff was very welcoming and very nice. No
Look out people. Once these thing bite, put hot water on it to relieve the itch. These things are nadtu. Leave the light on in you room when you sleep here. IBed bugs dont like light
It was awful beds killed our back felt like beds where from the 1970 worst stay ever and that's no lie
Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Near the medical district (where I needed to be). Just about everything else. The place looks as derelict as the Lorraine Motel in Memphis (where MLK was killed). It's in an unsavory area of Nashville where people roamed the parking lot and streets at all hours. The "nonsmoking" room had a horrendous odor of mold and stale cigarettes. The comforters and curtains had holes where cigarette ashes had burned through them. The bathroom was the dirtiest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel (I decided against showering due to this). The walls had all sorts of odd stains and sticky spots that had dropped to the floor, I have no idea what any of it was. The pool in the middle of the motel was si cloudy you could not see the bottom, not that I planned to use the pool anyway. The whole place had the smell of marijuana and garbage, no matter where we walked (this one is subjective, the people staying there affect the marijuana smell, the garbage could just be because the cleaning lady was picking up garbage, to which I say bravo). At the price this place is I didn't expect much, but this was the worst place I've ever stayed at this price. Stay at the Baymont Inn by the airport if you need a cheap place that is at least clean and centrally located. To finish this review, I'll leave it to the words of a man on his phone as we left after checking out "...I just stayed in the s***tiest motel in all of Nashville." Amen.
wonderful people sharing the hotel it´s a bit rundown, i was expecting that
Inexpensive. Nothing to write home about, but fine for a single nights sleep after 800+ mile drive. It was very quiet and did not see any signs of danger as some expressed.
Waffle maker at breakfast Cleanliness, no bath tub, seemed a little scary.
With the hot weather, being about to go to the pool was great! The rooms are small, but clean. The inn is on the outskirts of Nashville but it was no problem getting quickly to the tourist sites. The staff range from apathetic to rude. They made a very big deal of us taking two buckets of ice chips instead of just one.
Nothing. The rooms smelled of mold and there was no room to move in them.
Not a lot we changed after two nights Lack of coffee maker ,iron.ironing board.radio alarm and cost of taxi into city each day.
Room was clean, bathroom was nice, furnishings seemed to be pretty recently installed. Seemed to have some slightly seedy activity going on in the neighborhood behind it.
Good stay. Value for money. A bit isolated fron city area. Had to get taxi every time to go out. No fridge or microwave in room but one in breakfast area you can use.
Staff was very friendly TV had more stations then I've ever seen in hotels Back entrance worked perfectly Location was next to the interstate, close to downtown Lots of places to eat in the area Breakfast Microwave & refrigerator in the room Bed wasn't great, a bit worn Column in room took away space Breakfast was small; truly conteninental
A lot of things included for the price. Very comfy bed. Very affordable. They didn't change or pillows and sheets, only our towels. We stayed there for 5 days.
I love this hotel it's in the cut & quiet!! The pool was clean & cold!! I didn't eat breakfast BC I didn't know if it would be crowded! I love the glass shower & the King Size bed!! This is my second time staying & the first time I came back in June they didn't have as many cable stations as they have now, so they've upgraded & I would stay again!! Lebanon outlet is 20 minutes away & Opry Mills is not far! Also ate at the Cheesecake Factory at the Green Hills Mall overall great trip I liked everything!!
Good hotel for the price
just remodeled was nice price was cheap for nashville bed was to hard
90 dollars for two nights. Thats says enough. What do u expect for so little. Good for just stopping thru for a night or two. Other than that there are hotels in the area for a couple bucks more that are a lot more worth it
Nice Room To close to the road.
The room smelled like smoke. There were dirty footprints on the door. The shower head fell off when we tried to adjust the angle. The wifi did not work. There were cigarette burns in my sheets.
The only thing I could possibly like was the refund I received when I refused to stay there. This place is a complete dump and not up to Days Inn standards we've seen in the past! The main lobby glass doors were cracked and repaired with duct tape. The lobby was filthy and unwelcoming. We were skeptical of what the room might be like so we asked to take a look at it before we committed to checking in. The light outside the guest room door was not working. The lock on the guest room door was broken. The carpet was filthy with large puddle-like stains. The guest room bathroom was so disgusting. Grime and soap build-up in the bathtub. We promptly went back to the lobby asking for either a different room or for housekeeping to clean the room before we checked in. We were told the housekeeper had already left for the day. This was at 2 pm! There were no other rooms available. In addition to that, there's a "Gentleman's Club" that shares a parking lot with this hotel. The front desk staff was rude and did not attempt to accommodate us. We called customer service and thankfully got a refund. We ended up going to a Comfort Inn on Demonbreun in Nashville and were very pleased with the accommodations there and we only paid an extra $20 a night to sleep in CLEAN room without risking our health & safety.
Black mold in the bathroom, bugs as well. No vent cover over vent in bathroom. Bedding was old with holes, new pillows were the only perk. Didn't feel safe, people kept knocking on the window. Glad I have my vaccinations.
staff seemed fairly friendly when I walked in although rushed. he said my room was around the corner pointing in the general direction of the parking lot. took me about 5 minutes to actually find the room. the driveway was so broken I thought I popped a tire when I pulled in. our room was down a dark hallway filled with spiderweb and our room smelled. we ended up staying with a friend in their hotel room at a different hotel. I knew there was no way we were getting a refund. it was really just gross. literally didn't even unpack in the room. left about 5 minutes after we arrived and turned the keys in about 2 hours later but yea didn't expect a refund.
Nothing. It was absolutely disgusting!! My pillow smelt like another person, the WI-FI DID NOT WORK!!, our mattresses and box springs were covering in some sort of brownish liquid! I took pictures it was so gross. Also, we had TWO people staying in one room and were only allowed ONE key. I even asked for a second key and the front desk clerk/manager said "only one key per room." Never had that happen before... Will never stay there again. It also is in a bad part of town! When our cab driver picked us up he told us to stay in our room until he got there. A different taxi took us back and said he told us he would wait until we got into our room to leave. Do NOT stay here. It's worth the money to stay in a better hotel rather than here.
nothing nightmare, we left and went to another hotel the clarion and it was great, we had 3 days booked at days inn, we just left and ate the costs, these sights tat book hotels should warn people, it almost ruined our trip.
- Location to downtown (3 miles). We were able to grab a cab from Nashville/Allied cab for $12.00 each way. It saved us the hassle of parking and dealing with roads in a city we didn't know for the show we drove up for. Totally worth it. - The staff was acceptable and accommodating when needing to be. Did change our room with no major complaints. When we checked into our room we provided our booking information (one King, non smoking, 2 occupants). We were sent to a smoking King room. When we asked for a room change we were accommodated but told the rate we paid online was for a smoking room regardless of what the website told us. The rooms smelled upon entering. The bed spread had a cigarette burn in it and the facilities were falling apart in the bathroom. The only thing new was the toilet. There is a reason this hotel is one of the cheapest in town but there is a reason for that.
constant phone calls to our room from the staff in the early hours of the morning, when we answered no one responded. maids were banging on our door at 9 am, told them we were sleeping they opened the door anyway and then closed it. They came back an hour later and banged again (check out is at 11 am, so they should not have even been knocking in the first place) Didn't generally feel safe anyway, two mid 20 year old females, didn't feel safe. will never stay here again.
Nothing!! That the bed was hurd as a lock , and there's spiders in their sinks!!
You have to drive through a somewhat scary area to get there and the exterior looks a bit scary. Inside was a very professional staff, a very clean well kept room and even the outside pool was very well kept.
No major issues. Breakfast was not great but better than I expected given the rest of the hotel. They argued with me that I booked a non-smoking room, and that was the extent of what they said to me. Pretty gross. Not very comfy.
It had a refrigerator and was cheap and close to the airport and the city. The room smelt like smoke the first day. I bought an air freshener and that helped. One night I walked into my room to a horrible smell that smelt like a skunk or someone smoking weed. When I brought this to the clerks attention they told me their was nothing they could do. Then when I was back in my room he came to the door with a freshener and sprayed all around my room to get rid of the smell. Even on my pillows. When checking out at 4:50am in the morning I was first told I had to wait til 11am by the clerk. I had to explain 3 times I was flying out and not asking the check out time. The bathroom floor and bath tub floors were somewhat sticky. The bathtub had no plug for me to take a bath.
They have a friendly staff and decent facilities. It is the best weekday value within 15 miles of Nashville. It isn't the best location or the best facility. The breakfast is a poor excuse.
Pool and room was nice Need more pillows
Clean room. Smelled clean. Carpet was clean too! Bed was comfortable and nice. The TV was nice and they provided a small refrigerator and microwave to go along with the free WiFi. Excellent value for the money. Not much for breakfast.
The hotel room was clean and kept up well, the bed was comfortable. The staff responded to my only complaint and fixed the issue. When I tried to use the bathroom after checking in to the room, I discovered a sizable puddle on the bathroom floor coming from a leaky toilet. Thankfully, as I said, the issue was resolved while I was out.
The rooms looked like they had been recently renovated. The tvs were new flat screens mounted to the walls. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were a nice bonus. There is some cereal, coffee, and packaged buns for breakfast, nothing special. Ton of places to eat within walking distance. It was a 10-15 minute drive to the Opryland convention center where we were working. This motel exceeded our expectations, especially at the $44/night rate we booked.
Beds and pool were decent Floors turned our feet black, had to wear shoes in our room the whole time. So dirty and GROSS!
Room was clean and neat. Bathroom spotless and lots of hot water with great water pressure. Breakfast was very skimpy, and the area assigned for it much too small.
Location worked well for us. "Breakfast" was a joke. Linens looked questionable. Toilet paper behind the bathroom door? Weird.
Clean room. Everything worked. Could not beat it for the price. Located right off the highway. Close to Fice Points pizza for the best pizza in Nashville.
The neighbors were allowed to scream and fight at all hours of the day.
Convenient, good location, clean room. Includes microwave and refrigerator, nice tv. The pillows, very flat and uncomfortable to sleep on.
Close to downtown Nashville. You get the bang out of your buck. Solid hotel.
WiFI coverage and speed was good. The room had an LED TV. -Garbage, broken bottles, beer cans, etc... laying around the lawn and parking lot -The front desk staff were never around. I couldn't check out and ended up leaving the keys in the room -The door latch to the room, although it flashed green every time, would only open the door 1 out of every 4 or 5 attempts. Of course the front desk staff weren't around to fix this. -The room was tiny. The luggage cart wouldn't fit in the room. The room was supposed to be two queens, it was two full beds and hardly had any space to move between them. -Moving the nightstand, etc... to plug in chargers revealed parts of the room that aren't readily visible aren't cleaned.
it was horrible. we will never go back. I cannot say anything good about this hotel
The distance from downtown was nice. There was stains everywhere. On toilet, on the shower curtain, the walls everywhere I looked I found some kind of stain. Cigarette burns in the blankets and was supposed to be a non smoking room
Restaurants in close proximity The staff seem to be missing at least 90% of the time the doors were broken as if they had been kicked in. The room was not very pleasant floors were dirty and the elevator repeatedly stop working not to mention we were on the 4th floor.
Bed bugs!!! Do not stay here. We had no dead bolt on our door either. The manager was very rude about the bed bugs and would not offer any sort of refund. I am truly disgusted by this place. I do not recommend.
The live in owners keep the building nice parking lot clean. The rooms were dated but clean. No mold in the bathroom. Newer comfortable bed. Newer A/c units with digital controls. 58 dollar room rate was going to be 80 just a few days later on our return stay. We booked the return at another place.
Nothing Terrible experience, the hotel was trashed outside the room and hallways. Had to let the hotel because of a swingers convention going on. People running around having sex and doors wide open on the fifth floor. I am very disappointed and upset.
met my basic needs could have used some extra elbow grease
The hotel is close to Nashville. We have had a room in front of the motorway ... very noisy ! The fitness room : dirty, defective fitness equipment, no towels or whatever, ....
swimming and breakfast
The staff The elevators did not work, there was evidence of mold in the shower
Nothing. Wife has bad back could not take bath No stopper in tub it was removed or broken. TV didn"t work properly Clock could not be. plugged in to wall socket. Only 2 plastic cups for hot coffee. only 4 real small pillows on king bed. $110.00 per night ? front desk said $150 .00 is their standard rate. I asked for rate reduction but desk said I booked on line and couldn't give one.
Location was fine. Cleanliness was not great. Room had a funky smell.
Pet friendly. Grounds were full of trash and the stairwells /walkways were filthy.
Staff was great. Very helpful. Room was ok. Did not use breakfast option. Pool good. Value was good. Not in opry land or near downtown. Location/neighborhood. First night I was scared. 2nd night much better.
It was pretty clean and the price was pretty good. The hotel was very dated. It was incredibly dark in my room. The staff was also not very helpful. It is alright for a one or two night stay but if you want to stay longer than that, I would suggest staying at a better hotel.
Nothing ... No elevator...bad coffee... Check in attendant behind bulletproof window... Barricade the door!!!
? Everything! Dingee smelly (smoke) even it was marked no smoking Didn't even want or dare to take a shower. The whole room was old,run down, Nasty!
The location was great! Being 8 min away from downtown Nashville was very convenient for us. The price was nice too. We knew we were not getting the fanciest place in the world, but not bad. Clean bed, newly renovated bathroom, nice fridge and microwave etc. That's what we expected and we were happy. The area is probably not the best. Always people sitting around looking sketchy. However everyone we did talk to was nice and we had no issues. We kept to ourselves and they did too.
