We had excellent service in one of the restaurants. Also, the Christmas decorations were beautiful. It was raining and you couldn't pull up to the overhead shelter to unload your car. They made you park (an obscene $24.00 per day to park) and unload your car and walk to the entrance. They had shut down one of the check in stations just before we arrived, consequently we were probably 50th in line to check in. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. The line was even longer an hour later. Directions to our room (the place is huge) were very confusing and the elevator to our room was out of order. We took the stairs. Also, one of the escalators was out of order as well. Only two pillows per bed. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the next night. Four pillows per bed. Smaller room but more comfortable and much less expensive. Will not go back.
The place was amazing eye candy. The gardens and water features are so beautiful. We had a great time walking around throughout the place. The headboard on one of the beds had a few places where the vinyl had peeled off. There was no liner for our ice bucket and underneath the bucket was a hair tie, which leads me to think, the room wasn't cleaned properly. Also didn't like the hidden servic fees tagged on to our bill which where explained as, "that pays for the complimentary wifi, 2 bottled water" and what would seem to be our privilege of walking around and looking at the hotel.
I booked this 2 days prior to a training at the hotel and it turned out to be the most spectacular room. I am going back with my family. It's a truly unique and magnificent experience. The type of room I had was huge with a Murphy bed and electric fireplace along with a dining room table for six and living room. The private double balcony overlooked the cascades. For a business training it was expensive even with a great rate the extra respect fees like parking are high but the resort was beautiful. I had problems with my in room coffee maker and they delivered a new one.

Lots of amenities but all prices were raised to an extreme also had reserved a king bedroom many months prior and was told on arrival that they were all booked suddenly so had to spend and extra 110 each night for an upgraded room
I did like the beauty of the place. Too overpriced for the hotel. The price is ridiculous. Will not be staying here again. I will get a much nicer hotel for the money the next visit to Nashville. Everything is so spread out and I did not get a chance to even walk to the Grand Ole Opry. Room service for 2 people was around $80. I had men's beard clippings in the bathroom. I have stayed in better resort hotels. This 2 day stay cost over $1000!!! Not at all worth the cost.
Parlor room does not include a bed. Just a pull out couch. Shower temps tyre was either freezing or scalding. The smell of whatever cleaner they use was overwhelming. Also charge a $20 mandatory resort fee.
After staying a night in a room without a tub, they were willing to switch rooms for us to a room with a tub. The first king room we stayed in didn't have a tub or a microwave. The shower had the hair from whoever stayed there last on the floor which was disgusting. The night before we stayed at a comfort inn for more than half the price to save money and that room was actually much nicer than the Gaylord. Wish I would've just saved the money and stayed at the comfort inn and driven in to the Gaylord to walk around it for a couple hours. Also having to paying $26 a night in parking per vehicle is ridiculous and another way they squeeze you for every fume they can.
The hotel is beautiful and has lots of ammenities. Way too many kids unsupervised. Kids throwing shows off balconies and jumping in and out of the hot tub.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was nice to walk around all the property and see all the plants, flowers and shops. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool in the evenings. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not like that we had to walk so far to get to our room. We parked in self park. There was not anywhere close to drive up our car and unload. We had to bring our luggage from the parking lot to our room which was a very long walk. Every time we left, we had that long walk to our car and then back to the room. I would have been lost and not able to find my way most of the time if my husband, who has a great since of direction, had not been with me.
Setting, and scenario was very soothing. Ample check in staff so lines moved fairly fast Overpriced rate of hotel + all eating establishments within. MIght as well join up with Disney on pricing models. Resort fee was add-on that doesn't rate for the 2 bottles of water on day one, and internet service hookup. $40 for 2 days, plus I guess holding our bags for 3 hours pre-airport run. Uber your ride to Airport you'll save 100% of their shuttle.
The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient to the highway. The breakfast was very good each morning and the price point was excellent! A great deal!! Although it looked like some updating and surface remodeling has been done there were some rusty spots near the ac and in the bathroom it from humidity or condensation.

Close to airport. Hotel located in cell phone dead zone. Wifi was weak on the back side of hotel. No help from staff. No restaurants nearby for food.
The location was nice close to where I needed to be. There was at least one nice staff member I seen while I was there always had a smile on her face very friendly. I believe she worked the night shift. The floor was filthy turned the bottoms of my feet black the shower area had a stuffy mildew smell. The pool hours could of been longer. The room was dark and the a/c didn't cool the room down much.
The rooms were up-scale, lovely bedding, and a very comfy bed. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Full breakfast was complimentary along with an evening "happy hour" including food and cocktails! Also, free shuttle to Airport and into town. As of 3/17/17 the Spa was under repair/reconstruction, so that was not in use.

good moring free breakfast kept spraying room deodorizer in room..asked desk to tell house keeping not to use spray in room...poor results..still used spray..on third nite night clerk moved us up stairs to a room that was not sprayed.. I believe that room deodorizer was to cover up the smell of bug killer..did see roach on T.V. cabinet
The staff was awesome, they were as nice and helpful as possible. It could be cleaner, (disguised with dark colors and decorations).
Breakfast bar in morning was great, rooms were nice. There was very loud noise coming from above our rooms (even could hear in hallway) that couldn't sleep through, but when told front desk was very dismissive saying was highway traffic. No, it was the plumbing from above us we figured out because every time someone above would flush the pipes went crazy. So no sleep for us =( Also our fridge didn't work.
I like that snacks were served in the evening as well as breakfast, the food was good I liked having a small living room in the king bed suite, worked out well to have friends who were staying up the hall hang out in our room clean rooms, liked the lay outs of the king bed suites black out curtains could have been better (able to close all the way) freeway traffic was sort of noisey

I was woke up shortly after 5am by the construction crew banging with sirens and screaming. It was horrible. The hotel said they didn't know ahead of time a complete lie the building next door has been being built for over a year i found out. The wake up call (not that i got any sleep) was a half hour earlier than requested. Room service was horrible the food was not good and it took over an hour (nearly an hour and a half) to get a club sandwich. The delivery girl pandered for a tip suggesting there was no tip already included and telling me how people weren't answering the door when she was trying to deliver food. I tipped her only to find out room service charges 21% tip built into the bill plus a delivery fee of $2.50 on top of that. The room had a barely working toilet, some of the lights did not work, the fridge had no adjustment and would freeze everything solid, the fan in the bathroom was, also not working. Valet parking guys were great very friendly and professional. $35 per day is awfully high for valet at a hotel that has no parking at all to accommodate their guests except the valet option or you can go drive around downtown and find a public lot. I stayed in a suite that i paid extra for. I would highly recommend this valet service but i wouldn't stay at this hotel until the construction next door is finished at the vet least. I will not stay here again.
Location Booked a king room, but when we checked in they gave us a room with two double beds. I had the reservation confirmation that showed a king room, but they said they had no king beds available. They did not offer to give us a discount, but "upgraded" us to a double room that had two bottles of water, a candy bar, bag of chip, bag of snack mix and two drink vouchers.

Location to Broadway, in-house Starbucks and bar. The windows were leaking because they were poorly sealed which leaked condensation and the wall paint was peeling because of the moisture. The room smelled like a locker room because of the mold growth. We paid to be close to Broadway but I expected the room wouldn't smell like a locker room and have black mold. Thank god we didn't have to spend much time in the room. If we didn't have the mold and the stench, stay would have been great.
No Cribs were available during our one night stay unfortunately.
The proximity to downtown and the courtesy of the staff. The hotel manager was great to work with and happily resolved the main issue we had. There was no indication that parking was valet only, or that it would cost an additional $35 per night. I think the A/C in the hotel rooms needs an overhaul, the actual room never got close to the temperature set on the thermostat, it wasn't unbearably hot; but it sure wasn't 65 either.
We loved the quick easy check in and the complimentary breakfast buffet! Omelets were made to order and delivered to our table, and the wait staff couldn't be nicer! They even asked if we were finished eating before breaking down the buffet...for those of us with sleepy teenagers this was a real plus! We picked this hotel because it was located downtown and we like to be in walking distance of tourist attractions when we travel. Location was good, but be aware that this hotel is located up the hill from the downtown area...and it's a pretty steep hill! For women wearing heels it can be a bit of a challenge!

Very nice accomodations... walking distance to all the activities on broadway street... restaurants, pubs, tourist shops and nightlife! We checked in hours before the blizzard hit and the highways shut down... Hotel staff was very limited, but did their very best to accomodate our every need. The lounge is adequate... a limited but very good menu. And live music at night. Clean room and friendly staff... whats not to like???

booked for the distance to downtown Nashville, so very walkable, very safe; however, had we realized that the CMA had just occurred two days earlier, we probably would have booked earlier than we did and been able to find something more affordable and just as convenient. given that we were already paying $350 for just 2 double beds, there was a $15 charge for internet service and $28 for parking (or $32 for valet parking). We parked at an outdoor lot just down the street and so saved $8 a day; the room was not very spacious and just had one chair to sit in other than the two double beds.
Great location, great view of downtown, very nice facilities I reserved a deluxe suite according to the pictures online. The room was not near luxurious as the pictures, especially the bathroom.

This hotel was very nice except for the fact that our room was connected to the room next door and we could hear everything that was said/going on in the room next door. This definitely made us paranoid that they could also hear us. Very frustrating.
Upon arrival my room was not ready at the check in time, so the front desk gave us a voucher for some cocktails and apps to enjoy in the library lounge. Also, it was super quiet at night. Which normally is wonderful. However, I tans to sleep with a fan noise. The front desk gladly accommodated me and brought one up to our room!

My wife and I went to Nashville for the country nightlife. The location was the best! Everything was within walking distance. On the night it rained, the hotel provided us with a free shuttle! The gym was far beyond expectations as well, great equipment and clean.
The hotel recently underwent a 25 million dollar renovation and it was impressive! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy and we had a great view of the city! With such a massive renovation, I would expect fabulous bathrooms. And they were not. At all. The worst part of our stay was having to pay $30 to park our car on top of the $240 we paid for the room. That alone is enough to make me hose another hotel next time I stay in downtown Nashville!

From the moment we pulled up front we were treated as if we were their only guest. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the ease of check in was outstanding. We were only in for one night so we got to our room, which just blew me away on how nice it was, changed and headed to the pool to relax for a bit before heading out for dinner. I would highly recommend Omni to all travelers coming to Nashville. The only part I didn't like was leaving. The hotel did nothing wrong, we just didn't want to leave to comfortable bed and the view of Nashville.
Loved the proximity to downtown, the outdoor pool, fitness center, Easter brunch and room were wonderful! All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating! The pool was so popular they ran out of lounge chairs in the sun and we wish we could have spent an evening out on the patio after 9pm. Both minor compared to all of the positives!
Fantastic hotel .. Music Hall of Fame and Hatch Print located within the hotel ... Convention Hall directly across the street !! Nice hotel bar with nightly music .. Good shops within hotel. The pool area and fitness center are great ... The best location in downtown !!! Really enjoyed our 4 night stay ....

Clean and luxurious Cleaning staff kept bothering us early in the morning to clean rooms. Don't go here if you want to be bothered.
The appointments in the hotel created a luxurious atmosphere. On Sunday we were not allowed to call for our car until after checking out. We waited 20 minutes for the car given the number of people checking out at the same time. Visit ended on a irated note.
Parking options seemed limited to Valet. The Valet team was super nice and helpful, so that's totally fine. Pool deck is lovely. Views all around are awesome - great location. Staff at Kitchen Notes are wonderful. Food was pretty good. Loved the inclusion of local food sources and other local services (Bongo Java). When they asked me if I'd like a luggage cart, I said yes, but didn't realize that it automatically came with a bellman. In the future, I'd recommend asking if someone can help with the luggage, instead of if I'd like the use of a piece of equipment. One other critique... We have a king bed at home that is way more comfortable than the bed in our room. In general, I can tell that the nicer the hotel, the less likely that I'll wake up in the morning with a sore back from the bed. In this case, I think there's room for improvement.
Overall good place to stay because of location, could get a better deal on price. Helpful staff. When I first tried to check in, they somehow had my reservation for the wrong dates. This was amended once I showed them my confirmation email. Building and facilities were a bit drab and dated.
The staff at your front desk and valet were great! Very friendly and helpful. The ironing board did not have good padding and my shirt had an imprint of the actual board on it. The iron also leaked water all over.
The beds were super comfortable, the rooms seemed to be updated to a more modern theme, and the location is perfect for checking out everything in downtown Nashville. It is easy to hear people coming back from the bars around 2am and their room doors slamming shut. Also, their were metal platforms on the roadway out front and every time a vehicle ran over them, the loud noise could be heard and we were on the 12th floor. It was very hard to sleep with the noise.

The location was perfect. There's plenty of night life & food options within walking distance. The room was clean & customer service was great. The Bridge Bar was great for meeting up before heading out. The breakfast buffet was pricey but most are. The food was good. The fitness area had suitable. I would stay here again.
The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, beds very comfortable. Location is perfect to all the excitement of downtown. The hotel does not offer free wifi. You have to pay by the day, and at the high nightly rate they charge it should be complimentary.
They upgraded us to the private/penthouse floor upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and a great shower with an endless amount of hot water. Right in the middle of everything downtown. And an onsite Starbucks!! A little pricey. Just to valet the car for one night was $35!

We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay immensely. The bed was huge and comfortable. The room was clean and bug free. The indoor pool and hot tub were both clean and not super busy while we were there. The facility is beautiful. Highly recommend! No continental breakfast but there is breakfast available for purchase (no review on the food, as we are elsewhere).

Liked how it is always quiet and the location to airport is the big reason we like it. Only major complaint was the bed was shot. Felt like the middle had fallen out but if that was the worst then I'll survive :)
The rooms where clean, staff was very friendly will most definitely be staying again. The pillows was great and fluffy but once you head hit them it went flat.

I have never stayed at a filthier place in my life. It turns out that they gave me a room that had not been turned over from the last guest. Yes, I slept in a bed with sheets from the last guest! When they found out about this it took them 4 hours to clean the room. STAY A WAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely nothing. The conference I had to attend. But the hotel had nothing to do with that!

Staff was very customer oriented. Quite clean. Good breakfast. Location was not as good as expected but did have a shuttle running every 1/2 hr. To the downtown area. Shuttle stops at 9:00 pm. Early stopping of the shuttle. Should at least be til 10:00. Otherwise, enjoyed our brief stay.
The staff working there are very accommodating and friendly. I got to the hotel early the first day and was directed to the free breakfast and allowed to store my bags for free. Breakfast was great! Mini pancake machine along with waffles and eggs. The room was large and comfortable. The location was convenient but not as convenient as some of the other hotels downtown. (I like walking around so it was a bit out of the way returning home in the evening by foot.)
Bed was comfortable, it was quiet. The check in guy at the front I thought was rude. There were random stains on the curtains, walls, and ironing board. I thought the price was too high for the quality. If it were 200 for 2 nights instead of 300 I thought that would've been more fitting. Might as well stay in a la quinta

The only thing i liked was the location!! The hotel is well over priced with what you get.There was no bottled water in the room and having to pay for breakfasts on top of the price of the room is outrageous, making it a very expensive trip.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It is right across the street from Vanderbilt University which was great for morning walks around their campus. The hotel is also within walking distance to some great unique restaurants in Nashville. It is also an easy drive to downtown. The staff was very welcoming and the valet service was quick and professional. Our room was clean and in good shape. Hallways were very quiet at night. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our room was amazing... Stayed in the premium king suite...bed was beautiful and comfy... Furniture was very eclectic, bathroom very clean, overall romantic... Had a keurig coffee pot and stocked mini bar ( which we just stared at it because the drinks and snacks were so expensive . We really enjoyed the bar downstairs , Masons. The staff was amazing. Took very good care of us. We were very lucky to have got this room for such a great pricel on kayak.

Extremely friendly, accommodating and beautiful hotel. I love the old school accommodations with turning down the bed at evening and water bottles whenever needed. The rooms were nice and dark with the blackout curtains, staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered and would do anything to make our stay wonderful. Amazing hotel and amazing stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Fantastic location as well. The only downfall were the few times we tried to get picked up by the shuttle. Leaving the hotel in the shuttle was never an issue but being picked up would often get very busy and we were told 7-10 min and not hear from anyone 40-50 min later. A few times pick up was fast but the majority of the time we ended up having to call uber.
We planned on going to New York or Chicago when my wife suggested Nashville. I immediately thought of honky tonks and country music, but I'm into new things and so we set a course to Nashville. There were several Hotel options, and we pick the Hutton because it seem to apeal to us more so than the others when we saw the website. we were not disappointed. We had a great time.
The service was fantastic from the moment I checked in until the time I left. The front desk, bar, maintenance and cleaning staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The fitness center was very nice with a variety of equipment. Very close to downtown!

Our introduction to The Hutton was by American Express. The 1st person I spoke to was Lisa Powers from the Concierge Team. She was fabulous. She sent us an extensive list for proposed things to do in advance. She spent a great deal of time prior to arrival talking to me about options for tours, restaurants etc.. I was coordinating for a group of 6. By the time we arrived our shows and tours were booked. She even assisted with a wonderful hair and dinner appts.. She greeted us upon arrival and the service continued. What a great intro. The entire hotel team, Tony, Laura Will, Megan, Eric and Ellie and Wendall who handled room service. The team in the restaurant bar, Rachel, Dennis, Cody and Eric were fantastic as well!!! Despite the fact that the rooms were beautiful and clean, we felt the maid service could have been a little more through. We had one meal at the 1808 Restaurant. It was fabulous. It might be a best kept secret. Perhaps it is because the hours for dinner of 5:30-9 was a little limiting. We had an Italian restaurant up the Street that begins with an A. We had to have dinner there one night. The food was good but no comparison to 1808. The service was terrible. I think 1808 might be a hidden gem.

Location was great. Close to downtown and the gulch. Free breakfast was appreciated There was construction going on that started at 6am on a Saturday. We were never offered earplugs. Never really told about it. I would have stayed in a different hotel if I had known this especially for how much I had to pay and the fact that the "relaxing" part of my vacation was ruined. One day when we came back from our hotel all our trash had been taken out of the trash cans and left on the tables next to our stuff. Staff was also very loud in the hallways talking back and forth across rooms while cleaning during the morning hours.

THe hotel is on Broadway and up the hill from the Honky Tonks but well within walking distance -- and in any event it has a free shuttle service operating to and from the hotel within a two mile radius. In American terms the included breakfast was both good and included plenty of choice - both hot and cold.The rooms are a good size and the staff are extremely helpful. The temperatures when we were there exceeded 100 each day so the outdoor pool was just the job. Finally there is plenty of on site car parking.
Comfort and breakfast Parking was fine when we arrived at 3:00pm, but when we arrived back at 11:30pm from our outing we had no place to park, got to end of parking garage and couldn't even turn around, so we had to back out. Very disappointed in this. There should be enough parking for guests
It was what we needed since we were only in town for the night and just needed a place close to the bars before crashing. Shower was dirty, random amenities fee, and bed was not the best.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Just a couple blocks from downtown, so you don't really have to drive anywhere. The decor was a little dated, but that didn't affect the comfort or the overall stay. That was really my only beef.

The location is great for proximity to downtown and Vanderbilt. The bar and lobby areas are nice. Bartenders were friendly and had good wine suggestions. There was a wedding on Saturday that took over the entire lobby for much of the day and night, so that cut down on our enjoyment. Friday night we enjoyed having a glass of wine in the lobby while listening to live music and waiting to meet friends for dinner. The shower stall was old and had mold and mildew stains in the grout. We were awakened several times during the night by people passing through in the hall. They weren't being excessively noisy; it seems to be a design flaw. I much prefer the Hutton. Even the Loews is better.
The staff was amazing and super helpful! Everything was clean and nicely remodeled! The hotel has zero parking you have to pay to park which was very expensive!

Customer Service was hands down the best!! Nothing. Enjoyed every bit of it. I did a ton of research and I believe found exactly what I was looking for.

The staff was very friendly. Our flight didn't leave until later in the day so they allowed us to hang out at the pool which was really great. The airport shuttle ran right on time and we didn't have to wait long at all to get to the hotel. The room was a little small so it was hard to move around with three adults staying in one room.
It waa very nice. And clean. Paying 35$ for parking in a giant empty parking garage, and not being informed at any point or with any signage guests wouls pay to park
Location We only had one towel in our bathroom. No one was available to get us more. ? We paid for a Parthenon view and received a parking lot view. The air conditioning did not get below 77 degrees. Very small room. Extremely disappointed for what we paid, and what we were promised.
Nice rooms and hotel staff is very professional Parking is expensive. Given the cost of parking in the area, it is heavy handed.

Great room with a view of downtown. Jonathon at the front desk comped us a bottle of Champaign to help us celebrate our 25th anniversary. A really unexpected gesture and much appreciated. Translucent door on bathroom makes it impossible to use at night without casting light into the sleeping area.
Hallways were stuffy and too warm
the hotel and staff were very nice, but wait a year to stay here till the construction is over. We were very unhappy to have paid $300 to stay at the Hyatt. Our room looked out over a construction site that started work at 6am and was using dynamite-so no napping or sleeping in. We like to nap and then go back out in the evening, but that did not happen. We are also meditators and that was impossible.

Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant wasn't too pricey!! Food was great too! One of the maids was also extremely polite to us getting us more than enough fresh towels when we asked and offered us plenty of other things. Second time I've stayed here and I know I'll stay here again in the future when I come back to Nashville!! My only problem was our shower sprayed everywhere (outside of the tub) and got water onto the floor and outside the bathroom. Apparently started to leak into the room underneath us so while my friend was showering, a maintenance man came to our room and yelled at me. Basically saying, "how is your friend showering, because if it's pointed to the wall that will leak." To which my response was, "well shouldn't it not be leaking?" He was very rude and then he disappeared and I have not heard from him the rest of my stay.
Not a thing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The Fourier smelled like sewer and every night about midnight the rooms started to wreak of sewer. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom like it hadn't been cleaned. When we got home to unpack our suitcase and all its contents smelled of the stench. So gross.
The front desk had my information wrong and the wrong dates for my stay. When pointed out they were rude and a first refused to change them. Luckily I had my confirmation email. The bathroom was first as well.
The only positives I have would be: There was a roof. The toilet flushed. There was a bed. There was electricity. Check-in time is 4pm. Arrived at 6 pm for a reservation booked months in advance. Couldn't check in until 7:40pm. Bathroom was dirty. Room was marginally clean. A Best Western or Econolodge would be comparable to quality of this hotel, but their cleanliness would likely be superior.
Very friendly staff, the shuttle was amazing and saved an uber trip, location is close enough to downtown and also close to some outskirts places like Antique Archiology. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. The lady in the gift shop was very nice and helpful. One of my better stays in Nashville for a night out. The bathroom is a bit dated but it was clean, you can see the age in some of the areas but on my floor it was clean.

Nothing The staff were horrid. The hotel is filthy it smells. No carts for luggage no service no help. Disgusting. One of the worst stays of my life.
The price was reasonable and the staff very accommodating and helpful. Transportation to and from the airport much appreciated. Restaurant decent for breakfast. Bar okay. Location, location, location: The hotel is a bit out of the way, which we felt because we did not want to rent a car. It is a bit "long in the tooth". One of the reasons we went there was for the swimming pool, since Nashville gets really hot early in May. When we got there (90 degrees), we were informed the pool is not available until the Memorial Day weekend. We would have stayed closer in if we had known. Internet free but very spotty. The reservations had trouble getting in straight. Kayak was fine.
The staff was very friendly The bathroom in our room was absolutely disgusting. Hairs on the soap dish and shower walls. There was BLOOD (about the size of a bald dollar) on the tub. Utterly repulsive.
Proximity to downtown Nashville and hockey Needs a major update on appearance. Rooms were poorly cleaned, toilet took multiple flushes just to get TP to go down, vending machines only had beverages and shuttle service limited due to a call-off so we had to drive downtown and park on Saturday night.

Free shuttle downtown every 30 minutes Toilet was visibly not cleaned, blanket on bed looked like it had orange juice spilled on it. I called the front desk immediately upon check in and they said they could send up housekeeping "soon". I explained we were in a rush and they responded with no sense of urgency. They front desk actually said cant you just get ready anyway if the toilet isn't clean. I explained my concern was what was actually cleaned in the room if you could tell from the surface that somethings were dirty. I had to find a manager to get service, he did respond promptly.
