Convenience to the airport. Bathroom was very old, A/C didn't work well.
Under my reservation It said I was going to get a full bed, a bath tub and a non smoking room. Come to my surprise they put in a smoking room with no bath tub. When I went to sleep I come to find holes in the sheets
close to airport. staff was helpful no mini fridge in room. bed unconfortable
Fairly close to the airport, though not as close as I had expected.
Pool is very nice although it's in the middle of the Hertz hire car lot. Did not offer currency exchange.
close to airport very poor dirty area, front door to hotel locked, high fence around hotel
hotel is close to the airport, very convenient, very clean, hotel staff is very welcoming, I wish there was a large selection for breakfast. cafe latte cornetto is too light for me.
the swimmining pool and the airport neir by we stayed in a room on the frontside of the hotel wich was very noisy caused bij the traffic
Close to the airport and immediately next door to the car hire drop off area. porter was extremely helpful. Not easy to find, partly because road signs in Italy are very poor in general. There was no restaurant within the hotel and only one within walking distance which was not very good.
Comfortable room. Convenient to airport. Some repair needed, e.g. shower, toilet seat..
Clost proximity to the airport 1. Teapot had water and mold. Asked to be replaced - it was not. 2. Sink drain stopper and shower drain stopper both broken. 3. Toilet flush difficult. 4. Did not recognize Priority Membership.
The room had a great, five-head shower - something I would only expect to find in a luxury hotel. Also, the convenience of its proximity to the airport was wonderful.
Proximity to airport, helpful "English-speaking" staff, safety Size of room (understandable, though, for a European hotel)
Museumbuurt, Bij snelweg, Bij vliegveld, Park, Panoramisch uitzicht. The access to the hotel was a one way narrow road in an unsecure area of Naples. By trying to reach the hotel we were stuck in the narrow streets of the old city center and robbed. The hotel staff did not offer any help in our contact with the local police.
Beds and Rooms were excellent. It was immaculate. The front desk was very helpful-Renato-
Decent as a three star hotel. Not quite close to the sea: see view really means " you can see the sea as a part of landscape". The bathtub was not quite clean especially for the part of jacuzzi. Due to the limited space, you need to ask them to park your car with payment. I don't understand why we had to pay 20 euros instead of 18 euros as indicated. Maybe because it was a new year period, but then we should have been informed of that. The hotel staff was friendly, but in the breakfast room there were flies, which wasn't really pleasant. Overall, I would prefer hotels on the coast to this one even if I would have to pay extra if I come back to Amalfi.
got a free upgrade to a nice, big room lack of Internet in rooms
food excellent receptionists excellent
hotel garden surroundings were beautiful. A bit out of the way, the area did not look saft to walk around, however the hotel was gated, which help. Chose it to be close to the aiport for an early morning flight. Needed to contact reception to put the ac on.
Comfortable accomodation, nice staff Restaurant a little pricey.
The hotel was well signposted and the grounds were very well kept.
The desk staff was very polite and helpful. A little worried about the surroundings and having to be let in through the gate.
The staff were scrupulously helpful and polite at all times. They even changed our room to one with a better view.
The hotel is historical piece. The location of the hotel is really not easy recognized.
Large comfortable bedroom, close proximity to the Capodimonte Museum, reasonably near the airport, some staff helpful. Breakfast unimaginative and very limited, dinner overpriced, no cold water in any bathroom fittings. Instructions for safe difficult to follow or safe not working - did not ask about this as only staying overnight.
Good size room, clean and quite
Better lobby and restroom at ground floor No
it is very clean. no teapot in the room.it was a bit noisy from outside automobile traffic.
It was in the city center. We had to use outside parking parking diario recommended by the hotel. The parking attendants urinated in my car as a joke. I was not please upon the discovery. I will never stay there again!!
The girl at reception was nice. This hotel did not meet the expectations for a four-star hotel.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The reception desk people were not very accommodating and charged us extra for having a third person in the room even though we booked for 3 people. They did not speak english very well, discriminated against others, and were never PRESENT at the desk.
I like the beauty of the palazzio, the original paintings on ceiling in the room and in the dining room. We had the impression not to be in an hotel but to live in real Napoli area.
Great manager, lovely rooms, excelent breakfast, great location. Wonderful hotel for those fit enough to walk up the stairs - not for the diabled.
The manager was at our beckon call. He was very helpful in every way. It was a hard to find-"off the beaten path"-even for the taxi driver from the airport. The button at the gate to the courtyard of the hotel needs to be labeled better especially at night.
Very high quality forniture / refurbishment, the common room for breakfast is a stucco room and looks more like a private living room (with couches and flat screen further to the tables) than a breakfast room since it's in a period building, there is no lift anyway the manager carried the luggage downstairs for us
The nice rooms, the spaceous bathrooms, well designed and beautifully decorated, the distance of the location to museums and the university. I would rather classify it as a Boutique B&B than as a hotel.
The building was stunning, room excellent and the manager most attentive. Nothing.
The room was comfortable, spacious. The breakfast had several offerings. Maxime, the manager, was gracious and very helpful. The location took some getting used to. Hard to find street. The climb up 3 levels of stairs with luggage might prove difficult for some people.
The hotel is located in a building built in the 1600's but the rooms are very modern and comfortable. The best feature was Maxim, the manager, who gave us wonderful advice on places to eat and see in Naples and made us very comfortable while visiting in his city. We were not prepared for the first impression of the building where the hotel is located when our taxi dropped us off. We found that in Naples the exterior of most buildings are no reflection of what you may find inside and were very pleasantly surprised once we were in the hotel.
It was a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming hotel. The staff were very friendly; it was all you would expect from a hotel.
Clean, comfortable, unique and lovely design, lovely staff
